I used to drive to my local Planned Parenthood clinic and pray that it would shut down and that the workers would have their eyes open to the salvation of the Lord Jesus Christ. One day, I drove into their parking lot to pray and noticed their signs were gone! I went home and researched on the internet, discovering that the Planned Parenthood branch had closed!
A few weeks later, I ran across an article that stated that three other New York Planned Parenthood offices would close in September. The same day I found an article stating that an office in Manhattan would no longer be offering abortions past 20 weeks of pregnancy. They stated a lack of finances as the cause of the changes.
Praise God for answered prayers!
Our New York intercessors have been praying against our Governor’s plans to make New York an abortion sanctuary state. We declare we will be a pro-life state and that funding for Planned Parenthood will dry up.
Abortion is about much more than a woman’s choice. An abortion is a transaction in the spirit realm. This is a modern form of child sacrifice. A child is killed, and its blood is spilled. We know that the life of the flesh is in the blood (Leviticus 17:11), and that blood cries out from the ground for justice (Genesis 4:10). By sacrificing children on the altar of selfishness, people invite spirits of death, chaos, and destruction into the culture. This shedding of innocent blood gives the enemy power and authority to invade the culture. We see this every day and pray for godly conviction to grip hearts.
Prayer Points
We ask You, Lord, to open the abortionists’ eyes, as you did with Abby Johnson, who used to work at Planned Parenthood and now speaks out against abortion. We ask you to move on the hearts of those who perform abortions so that they will see the humanity of the children they seek to slaughter.
We speak healing for women who have had abortions in the past. Let them know your healing, forgiveness and peace Lord, in Jesus’ name.
We declare that the financing for abortion clinics will dry up, and that the funding will instead go to crisis pregnancy centers.
We pray for American pastors who have aligned themselves with “reproductive rights” and who claim to be Christians yet support the abortion agenda. Open their eyes, Lord.
Pray that the truth will come forth about women who die during abortions. Abortion is often deadly to the mother as well as to the fetus, though Planned Parenthood claims abortion is “safe and legal.”
Lord, open our eyes, give us wisdom, to see in the spirit realm what happens when children are sacrificed. We pray for the church, that we would understand how important this issue is to You.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5)
“Deliver those who are drawn toward death, And hold back those stumbling to the slaughter.” (Prov. 24:11)

Praise God for answered prayer!
In writing the biography of Gianna Jessen, GIANNA: Aborted and Lived to Tell About It (Focus on the Family, 1995) and in my friendship with other survivors of late-term abortions, I find this true in another sense also.
When a mother pays an abortionist (read, “hit man”) to kill her child she makes a contract which the spirit of death takes seriously. If the baby survives, I find he considers those children his possession and will try to take them out throughout their lives. Pray for these survivors to be safe from the enemy and to thrive, especially as they give bold witness as living testimonies to what abortion is.
Yes, and amen, Debbie! Thank you, Lord, for answers to our prayers! When I receive an alert to pray for a specific client (indicated by initial only) seeking services at a pregnancy crisis center, how I rejoice when I later hear, “They chose life for their baby!”, and equally wonderful when I hear, “She chose to receive Yeshua!”
I do agree that funding be cut off to abortion providers – but additionally, that there be a transferal of wealth from the wicked to those who are righteous stewards, who will use it to further the Kingdom of God and honor Him.

PLEASE CONTINUE CLEANSING OUR COUNTRY, EXPOSE THE TRAITORS, COWARDS, DEGENERATE PERVERTS THATTODAY COMPOSE THE UPPER HIERARCHY OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY. VISIT THEIR DESIRES ON THEM ALL PERSONALLY SO THEY UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE EITHER DOOMED TO HELL OR SAVED TO HEAVEN.

Father, thank you for what you are doing in the field of abortion. Close the clinics; minister through pregnancy resource clinics; change the hearts of those who want to kill babies. Thank you for your gift of babies. Send a spirit of love for children, especially unborn one!
I will add one more comment to my previous cry for help in the NYC area for CompassCare. These jobs are wonderful for retired RN’s. They can be part-time, and it pays a moderate salary. I am a retired nurse myself and I am amazed, blessed and feel so honored to be doing this work!!! This is also a wonderful opportunity if you are a younger nurse also as a part-time job. You would not believe the miracles we see. We humbly serve our Lord and He richly blesses us! Please if you are a RN or know a RN that would be interested please call! God Bless!

We need prayer for these needs for NYC!!
I am a nurse that works at a pro-life clinic in up-state Rochester NY called CompassCare. We also have an office in Albany, Buffalo and Brooklyn and one that will be starting in Statin Island. Our goal is to have offices in all the bouroughs in NYC. We also currently have a Mobile Unit that serves on the streets of the Bronx area giving free Ultra Sounds and counseling. Our offices are staffed with Registered Nurses and we are in desperate need for RN’s to serve in the NYC area. I and other nurses have been coming to the city from Rochester and serving in the Brooklyn office, but we need NYC nurses to fill these positions from the NYC area. We need churches in the NYC to pray, donors to give and other support staff to run these offices. We give U/S’s and counseling and share the Gospel with every woman we sit with. Many women are saved from abortion and many women receive Jesus Christ as their Savior!! Is anyone interested? Please call our office in Rochester at 585-232-2350.

Praise you our Savior for this Victory. May we see many other victories in this for we know you love the babies. I pray that those sanctioning and desiring abortion will be visited continually by your Holy Spirit with vivid images of the babies they are sacrificing — to the point where they get no rest and their desire to kill the innocent will be quelled as they must call out to you for rest and saving grace. I pray you will change their minds and their hearts as they come to realize their sin. To you be the Glory, Honor, Power, and Praise as you alone are worthy worthy to be Praised! In the Mighty Name of Jesus we pray. Amen
