The Supreme Court has decided to answer key questions surrounding the most popular abortion pill. More than half of all abortions are chemical abortions so this will be an impactful case.
From The Epoch Times. The Supreme Court agreed on Dec. 13 to hear the Biden administration’s defense of regulatory moves related to mifepristone, a pill used for abortions.

The court’s decision in the heavily litigated case could affect the availability of the drug. In 2016, prescription rules were loosened, and in 2021, the government allowed prescriptions to be sent by mail. Opponents of the abortion pill argue that these decisions put women at risk. …
The decision came in unsigned orders released by the court. No justices dissented. The court didn’t explain its decision. At least four of the nine justices have to vote to grant a petition for it to move forward to the oral argument stage.
The court agreed to hear the cases of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine (AHM) and Danco Laboratories LLC v. AHM, but turned down another petition in AHM v. FDA. …
A federal district judge in April found that the FDA was wrong to approve mifepristone for public use in 2000 and that the agency had stonewalled opponents of the drug for years. The judge also found that the FDA had improperly lifted restrictions related to accessing the drug.
In 2016, the agency changed the drug’s label, extending the cutoff for its use from 49 days of gestation to the 70-day mark. At the same time, the agency allowed the drug to be prescribed by nondoctors and with only one in-person visit, and halted the requirement that prescribers report nonfatal adverse events related to the drug.
In 2019, the FDA approved a generic version of the drug. In 2021, the agency allowed patients to receive the drug by mail instead of having to pick it up in person from a specially certified health care provider.
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) appealed the judge’s decision, but the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit refused to block most of the order. The 5th Circuit held that the FDA’s actions in 2016 and 2021 were probably unlawful—a finding that the FDA and Danco filed petitions asking the Supreme Court to review. …
The DOJ appealed to the Supreme Court, which issued a stay, temporarily blocking the order until April 19. The Supreme Court extended the stay to April 21; then, on that day, it again blocked the order, allowing mifepristone to remain on the market. …
The court hasn’t yet scheduled oral arguments. The two appeals, FDA v. AHM and Danco v. AHM, have been consolidated and will be heard together.

Lord, we pray that you will pour out your Holy Spirit upon the Supreme Court justices, bringing gifts of wisdom and understanding. Open their hearts to receive truth from you, and help them to carefully discern truth from untruth in this case. We praise you, Lord, that your word promised that “hail will sweep away the refuge of lies,” and you are ending the covenant with death. Guide the justices toward that end.
We pray that you will shield the justices and their families from all harm – be their shield, physically and spiritually and give them courage not to be intimidated by any protest, but by your sovereign authority, Lord, we ask you to intervene and disrupt those who would create disturbances in protest of this case.
We pray also for the Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys who will present the case in the oral arguments, God our Father. We ask you to pour out your Holy Spirit upon them also with gifts of wisdom, understanding and discernment as they prepare. Guide their study and their analysis. Give them the words to articulate the points that will lead to a good decision. Let your Holy Spirit bring to mind the best answers to questions they will be asked during the oral arguments, so that the Supreme Court justices will be guided to decisions that align with your heart.
We ask your blessings and your protection for the attorneys and their staff, for the physicians of the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine who brought this case, and for all their families and friends who support them. For all of these, be their shield, physically and spiritually, during this time of preparation, during their travel, throughout their time in Washington and as they travel home again. May their work lead to a decision that will provide greater protection for the vulnerable and to an increased appreciation for the gift of life you give. We pray in Jesus name. Amen.
God our Father, we thank you and praise you for this opportunity for the Supreme Court to hear truthful testimony concerning the harms of drug-induced abortions, and especially the great harm of abortion pills by mail. Current regulations are based on lies about these unsafe drugs. But your word in Isaiah 28:17 says that “hail will sweep away the refuge of lies,” and we praise you and thank you for this promise and pray with hope for that refuge of lies to be swept away.
We pray for protection and safety for all mothers who are experiencing violence from abusers or traffickers, that you will help them to have joy in giving birth to children who are wanted and loved. By ending abortion pills by mail, it will not be as easy for traffickers or abusers to cause forced abortions in women who want their babies.
Pour out your Holy Spirit upon the Supreme Court Justices, with gifts of wisdom, understanding, knowledge, counsel and fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:2-3), to guide their judgment. May their decision shepherd our nation toward recognition of the dignity of every person, created by you, in your own image. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen
I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that these babies deserve a life. It is a murder if women have abortions these babies and children. The word of God says they are blessing from God. I pray that God will touch the judges in the Supreme Court for them to cancel. This abortion thing and that God will touch the women and send a angel to do. Speak to them and their spirit for them. Not to have abortions. It is against God’s eyes and against God’s word. That God will be in the Supreme Court. And Jesus Christ name Amen.

Father, we pray that you will touch the hearts of the Supreme Court justices and have such an impact on them that that they will seek wisdom and guidance from you before making any decisions. We also pray that they will take a bold stand vote righteously, We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Heavenly Father, as the honored Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court are about to hear arguments, pro and con, for an apparent approval of an “abortion pill,” I faithfully and fervently ask that You would place the following arguments against the passing of such a pill on their hearts. Lord God, Your Word teaches us that You are actively and personally involved in the life of every unborn child, to include the planning for each day of their lives after birth. (Psalm 139:16, Genesis 25:21-23). You, O Lord, declared in Your Word that the beginning of life does not occur at birth, but is simply the arrival of the newborn child. The infant in the womb is a living human being from conception as noted in the frequent use of personal pronouns in reference to an unborn baby in the Holy Scriptures. (Psalm 139:13-15) Even the Prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah understood full well, O Lord, that You knew them as persons before they were born! (Isaiah 49:1, Jeremiah1:5) It has been documented that even John the Baptist was aware of Your beloved Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, Mary’s unborn child, while he, John the Baptist, was in Elizabeth’s womb, his mother. (Luke 1:44) Children are a gift from God, no matter the circumstances of their conception (Psalm 127:3-4). Lord God, please touch the Supreme Court Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court to choose life as You had intended it from the beginning! In Christ Jesus, and by His authority, I pray. Amen.
Abortion is destroying this
country. It is an act of people who see themselves as having no future. Even tribal people we consider savages do not destroy their own next generation.
The “civilized” West has

is at war with the very

verge of annihilation
because insane societies,

can a child be murdered,

die by torture, can we kill
them with a pill when they
are 24 hours old. And so on

savages how? Forgiveness
is offered through the Blood of Jesus at great cost
to the Father. Not via some desert moon god, self-“knowledge” or secular
insight. One refuses it at great cost…eternity away from the presence of God and all the horror that entails. Wake up America!

forgiveness through the Blood of His Son, not
through some medieval tribal desert

knowledge. One refuses it
at great peril.

Lord God – for years, many have pleaded with You to erase & remove abortion, of any sort, from our nation. We again ask You for forgiveness, mercy & compassion – and we ask knowing full well we don’t deserve it. We thank you Lord for the SC’s proper decision overturning R vs W. Now we ask for your holy Spirit to move again I the hearts of our justices and that they would side & make another proper decision for LIFE & Your creation. Dear Heavenly Father, You are The Creator and God of Life. There is NO argument to support abortion in any form but the enemy has made our children a target and he does so openly. This lawlessness is conducted through our government, with our taxes but without our consent. I appeal to You alone for justice by simply praying that Your divine power will guide the oral arguments that will soon be heard by Justices Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Sotomayor, Kagan, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Coney Barrett, and Jackson. Your Word is Truth and it is our greatest weapon so I ask that You will take their minds captive and the lies of this stronghold will be demolished. May the proceedings change all who are present and may the decision be unanimous and just. The enemy is loose and at large but with a Word, he can be bound. I am very grateful that the court is hearing this case but my heart continues to long for a nation whose hearts are rent before the Lord making it impossible for us to murder babies in the womb. Father, forgive us! We know not what we do! Cleanse us from this shedding of innocent blood, of ‘sacrificing our children in the fire’ of our selfish and sexual immorality. As the justices come to this case may they set You before them, hearing Your voice say, ‘This is the way. Hey Guys we must make this a matter of unification of our intercession!!! With the billions of dollars at stake for the drug companies they won’t stop until you can buy these life-ending pills over the shelf.
Father we lift up our Supreme Court to you this day. We pray that our friends, your heavenly hosts would be prudent to assist your kingdom by guarding these justices from influence from our adversaries. May the blood of the Lamb Jesus Christ cover this issue and In His Name we stand !!!
