The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Friday, January 7, in a surprise special session that was announced by the justices before Christmas. The nine-member court will hear two vaccine mandate appeals by the Biden administration: one related to forced vaccination of medical workers and the second related to an OSHA rule forcing businesses to vaccinate their employees or get fined and punished if they fail to do so.
The legal showdown Friday comes after a federal deadline for compliance, Jan. 4, has come and gone which affected private businesses through OSHA and affected health care workers who work in facilities that receive Medicare and Medicaid funds.
The looming court fight also comes after state governors, trade associations, doctors and nurses, non-profits, and private businesses flooded the courts with lawsuits after President Joe Biden claimed in September he has the executive authority to mandate a COVID-19 vaccination for an estimated 84 million Americans.
“We’ve been patient,” Biden lectured unvaccinated and free Americans in an address from the White House. “But our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us…”
In a pre-hearing filing, Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar told the high court OSHA must have the legal authority to monitor COVID-19 vaccinations in the workplace because the “danger to workers is not just grave, but worsening.
“Delaying enforcement of the [mandate] thus would likely cost many lives per day, in addition to large numbers of hospitalizations and other serious health effects,” Prelogar wrote.

In related news, a divided Sixth Circuit panel refused to stay an injunction against the vaccine mandate for federal contractors. The panel rejects the argument that the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act allows the federal government to require vaccination for nearly one-fifth of the American workforce. A federal district court in Georgia had issued a national injunction against the Biden Administration’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement for federal contractors. Last week, in separate litigation, a district court in Kentucky also enjoined the mandate, although this injunction was limited to the plaintiff states in that case.
The Eleventh Circuit upheld that injunction.

I will not be injected with something that has not been approves by FDA EXCEPT FOR AN EMERGENCY. AND THE FACT THAT people are infecting others that had the infection after getting the vaccination and getting Covid 19 themselves only improves my point. I already had Covid 19 in December of 2020 and I’m 73 now . I am ready to go to be Jesus when He calls me home and not a moment sooner.! I know Dr,. I work for a church that has over 100 employees as we run a pre-school and daycare. They believe that since they take federal money for help with the daycare lunch program they can enforce a vaxx mandate. Furthermore, they are not wanting to accept religious exemptions. I have been praying for an answer to give and trying to figure out whether to even stay as a part-time employee. I cannot believe that I am having to make such a decision and the process to go forward. They are running the church more like a business than a church. They have lost their way. Praying for guidance and strength as I know that I most likely will not continue to work there and will need to find some other means of employment!

God have mercy on us. Praying and believing all the shaking will wake us all up and we the church will be purified and prepared to stand . That we will encourage one another as we see these things happening. We need courage so grateful for those on the front lines really paying the price working to protect our liberties. So many giving us truth in the midst of lies. God’s truly got an army of believers fighting the good fight of faith. Keep our eyes on the Lord and keep persueing his righteous ness. Many paying great sacrafices to prevail over evil. Everyday is a gift we took to much for granted. We all must be more proactive.

It is a frightful thing to think that forced mandates is violating our Constitutional freedoms as U.S. citizens! I pray that we the people continue to speak up against what we know is wrong! There are those who have been on the job, taking care of others, and what needs to be done through it all, the chaos, and suffering!! Now many people are losing their jobs! Medical personnel, not to mention our military are threatened to one point or another! Thus weakening our military! Excuse me, but what the hell is wrong with you people! Lose your minds?! Trying to take away our freedoms anyway you all can?! Creating division! Violence! People can be dumb swallowing all you are feeding!! But you all forget that there’s also smart, patriotic people also! We have common sense! We believe in the laws of the Constitution!! One last thing, why don’t they just leave the children alone? Covid never was really a threat to them! So why vaccine them if they are healthy? Educate them as it’s always been!! Stop harming them!! Sure inject the youth with the virus!! It’s truthfully what the shot is!! I’m fearful for the children! If they are healthy, I pray parents protect them, as I fear to vaccinate the children, many will surely be sick, or suffer other health issues they never would have had otherwise!! Our freedom is not granted to us by the government or the state but conferred upon us by the Lord himself. The great irony here is that Biden, who claims to be a disciple of the Lord and a true, professing catholic, has done everything to trample on that precious gift by blatantly disobeying the commandments, sentencing the unborn to death via abortion, advocating LGBT hegemony, undermining the sacred bonds of family life and coercing us to take an injection which has already maimed and killed a fair number of our brothers and sisters. In the movie, The Boys from Brazil, a zealous Jew named Yakov Liebermann relentlessly tracks down Joseph Mengele, the angel of death, and his Nazi cronies who fled to Brazil to escape justice and rightful punishment. Although fictitious, the very plot now shifts to us as we must now confront insurrectionists from within and root them out with the very power and efficacy of the Lord’s Holy Spirit. As our Lord Jesus told his disciples, “whoever is for us is not against us” and nobody on the face of the earth before, now and in the future can ever “pull a fast one” on the Lord and escape his righteous judgment.
I pray that God will impress upon the justices how far the US government is attempting to control people. I pray the justices will remember the Nuremberg Code and why it was created and rule on the side of choice for the people

I am praying for the abolishing of this vaccine mandate..I am a SURGICAL TECH (and US NAVY VETERAN HOSPITAL CORPSMAN)..TERMINATED by TRINITY HEALTH (St. Joseph Regional Medical Center).. on 10-21-2021 for not getting the MANDATED “vaccine”…I was also DENIED my religious exemption AND denied unemployment..I had worked ALL thru the pandemic from “day one”..when I was test fitted for an N95 mask 15 minutes prior to my first Covid19 case..humm..really thinking about my safety…Others were fuloughed..but I was kept and working..we had a limited amount of staff, but worked with the surgeons diligently..Then when the “vax” MANDATE was put into effect..I requested my religious exemption..denied it and was TERMINATED..Hero gone to Zero instantly..I was escorted out by a colleague..and not been afforded unemployment…FOR THIS I SERVED GOD AND MY COUNTRY……what a crying shame..NOW HOSPITALS ARE INUNDATED WITH LACK OF STAFF FOR THEIR IGNORANCE..Jesus IS Lord.. I’m a proud mom of a daughter and son-in-law in the AIR National Guard. My heart is breaking for all of America right now. For the brave men and women who fought to keep her free and the sacrifices they made, they were not in vain. God has been opening my eyes more and more each day to the evil in this world. Our only hope is to put our trust in our Lord and Savior. Our mission now is to keep praying that more eyes and hearts are opened to Jesus and His word. The vaccine has not stopped people from getting covid 19.
I have just as many vaccinated friends who got covid as I do unvaccinated. In fact my husband and I both were exposed to covid by our vaccinated friends.
Many have died or have permanent disabilities from getting vaccinated.

I am fervently praying for the SCOTUS to do the right thing, in accordance with God’s will. This ruling has far-reaching implications that go well beyond the mandatory COVID vax issue. Therefore, we need to be praying hard about this issue. Holy Spirit, please, give Your wisdom to the Supreme Court Justices as they hear this case and make their decision regarding this case. Folks, you have to remember where and upon what you stand.
The mRNA vaccine was NEVER used on humans until SARS-COV-2, otherwise known as the China Flu. That makes it highly experimental, even though the FDA fast-tracked an approval to lend legitimacy to Biden’s power-grab.
But let’s dig deeper. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21, part 50, Subpart B protects human subjects in medical trials. No one can use coercion to force participation, and anyone who threatens your job, medical benefits, or anything for that matter is in violation. If the mRNA is presented to you as an option, other alternatives that suit your needs MUST be presented. If they are not – that’s a violation. If you opt out of the trials at any time, no benefit to which you are normally entitled can be taken. If any are – that’s a violation. Your rights are not waived in this matter – if they are not observed – that’s a violation.
Violations of CFR 21, Part 50, Subpart B, are a FELONY OFFENSE that can result in millions of dollars in fines plus imprisonment for INDIVIDUALS who decide to travel down that road. So stand up. Don’t wait for SCOTUS. Put anyone who pushes the narrative on notice. The lawsuits against violators will come. Take your stand now, because the war has already started, and you have nothing to lose.

If Preloager thinks mandates will save lives, then show us the data! All of it. Risk from covid and risk from AE to the vaccine. How many are still hospitalized for covid non vaxed and vaxed. How many covid deaths from vaxed and unvaxed. I want data and proof. Too many hospital employees tell me that the vaxed are taking up most of the beds in hospitals.

There is no such thing as a Mandate. Call it a There’s a policy, a measure, a request etc. Don’t call it a mandate. Stop giving power where power doesn’t exist. There are laws. Only congress can pass law. Laws are the only thing that can compel your behavior. The president cannot authorize a government agency to carry out a request (policy, measure etc). A governor cannot mandate or tell you what to do. Religious exemptions must be accepted. You don’t ask for permission for an exemption, you notify the employer of your religious exemption. An employer including the government is bound by Title VII, The US Civil Rights Act, The Nuremburg Codes et al. It is to late for my daughter she has been forced to take the jab or lose her job she takes care of 5 persons as a single mom, she couldn’t be without her job. I’m scared for her she has so many health problems so if she can’t work there is no help, plus she will lose everything! She had to have the jab before Friday. So this didn’t help at all. Now I have the stress of her maybe getting sick or less face it maybe die! I thought Indiana was better then this, their not for the people at all.
