I Prayed have prayed
Father, help us to maintain justice and to do what is right in Your eyes. Isaiah 56:1
Reading Time: 6 minutes

As a nation, we are marching toward our Promised Land, journeying into the promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14. (If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.)

We have begun to humble ourselves and seek His face and God is healing our land!

The battle has been fierce. It has been long. Most days it feels like it is never ending. Some days it feels like one step forward, two steps back, yet, we continue to march in unity. Standing in faith. Declaring the word of God over our nation. Taking our nation back, one step at a time.

I hear more and more reports of intercessors growing weary from the fight. That should come as no surprise—it is the enemy’s job to attempt to weary the saints. How then do we remain strong and diligent in this journey?  How do we maintain enough strength, to not only keep marching in faith, but also to enter into our Promised Land with a shout on our lips and a dance in our step?  Here are three keys.

  1. Believe the Report of the Lord

But Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes; and they spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying: “The land we passed through to spy out is an exceedingly good land. If the Lord delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, ‘a land which flows with milk and honey.’ Only do not rebel against the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them” (Num 14:6-9).

We are all familiar with this story. The children of Israel were marching toward their Promised Land, one which God told them to possess. Moses sent ten spies into the land to see what kind of land it was and what they were up against. When they saw the giants, their first thought was to return to Egypt, to a place of bondage. Except for two of the spies. Only two believed the report of the Lord. The Bible says these two had a different spirit.

If we are to arrive at our destination – the fulfillment of 2 Chronicles 7:14 – we too must believe the report of the Lord.

We cannot believe the news media.  We cannot rely on social media.  Most times, we cannot even heed the words of friends and family.  We must believe only what God has said about the situation. He said, “If you humble yourself, seek My face and turn to Me, I will heal your land.”

We must rest assured that He is a faithful God. We have humbled ourselves. There are more people praying today than ever before. And it is certain God will fulfill His promise and heal our land.

The Word of God tells us to call those things that are not as though they already are. We must begin to declare, “God has healed our land.  Righteousness is prevailing.  God has fulfilled all His promises to our nation.”

  1. Don’t Waste Energy on the Crows

The only bird that dares to peck at an eagle is the crow. He sits on the eagle’s back and bites his neck. However, the eagle does not respond. He doesn’t waste his time or energy fighting with the crow. He has a better plan. He simply opens his wings and begins to rise higher and higher. The higher he goes, the harder it is for the crow to breath. Eventually, the crow falls off due to lack of oxygen.

Don’t waste your time or strength trying to fight off a crow – simply rise higher in God.

Jesus said to John in the book of Revelation, “Come up here…” (Rev 4:1).

Isaiah 60:1 says, “Arise, shine!…”

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint ( Is 40:28-31).

Crows are those negative people who believe the report of the world, the news media, and social media. They are the ones who want to jump on your back and bite at you. Their plan is to destroy those who are eagles, at any cost. If they can’t destroy you, they will do everything in their power to pester you night and day. They are after your peace – don’t let them have it.

Don’t waste your time with them. They will zap your energy. Simply continue to arise in God.  Keep rising higher and higher, knowing the crows cannot go where you are going. They will fall away as you rise upward.

Something I found interesting about crows and eagles is this; there are estimated 31,000,000 crows in the United States. (Wikipedia)

According to www.fws.gov, there are only 9,789 pairs of nesting eagles in the United States. The crows far outweigh the eagles in numbers – yet the eagles rise to places the crows cannot attain to.  So should we.

Another tidbit about a crow is they like to do this thing called, mobbing. They gather together and attack their enemy in groups. Doesn’t that sound familiar? But no matter how many crows gather and attack, as the eagle soars higher, they fall away.

  1. Daily Manna

In this season, we must think back to God’s daily provision of manna as the Israelites journeyed to their Promised Land.

God rained down manna once a day for the nourishment and strength of His people.

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you. And the people shall go out and gather a certain quota every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in My law or not (Ex 14:4, 16:4).

This daily provision came with strict instruction. They could only gather enough for each member of their family, no more and no less. They also had to gather manna each and every day, except for Sabbath.  It was daily manna.

I hear God saying the same thing to us on this journey into the fulfillment of our promise for our nation.

Daily manna is required.

This manna from heaven would give the children of Israel all the strength and energy needed to continue pressing toward their Promised Land.

Of course, it is not something to be rained down from heaven. It is something we already have access to – but we must partake of it DAILY. We cannot and will not be strengthened by yesterday’s manna, we need fresh manna to continue marching toward our promises.

What is this manna?

So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord (Dt. 8:3).

It is the word of the Living God.

This is the bread which came down from heaven—not as your fathers ate the manna and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever (Jn 6:58).

It is Jesus.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God (Jn 1:1)

It is both, as one.

My friends, we are in a glorious time!  Still, to complete this journey, we must have daily manna.

Yesterday’s manna was great, we thank God for it.  But we need fresh manna for today. We need a fresh word to strengthen and refresh us, each and every day. I am not talking about a prophetic word from someone else. No! I am talking about the Word of God – the never-failing Word of God. We all have access to it – but are we partaking of it?

There are wells of living water just waiting on you. There is fresh manna right in your hands. Will you partake of it?

Yesterday’s manna will not do – we must have fresh manna every single day.

Yes, we are marching toward our destination of a healed land. A prosperous and righteous nation. Of that I am fully persuaded. Let’s maintain our strength for the journey by applying these three important keys.

Thank God for the words of encouragement. I’m reminded of Psalm 27:1 The Lord is our light and our salvation; whom shall we fear? The Lord is the strength of our life, whom shall we afraid. Read the full chapter and receive strength and courage to keep fighting in the spirit. Let’s be refresh daily by putting on the whole armor of God on as it is written in Ephesians 6:10-17. Praying always with all prayers and supplication in the Spirit, and watching there unto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. If we would believe we shall see the goodness of the Lord. Let us remember to pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17. Pray for those that are in authority.

Praise God for words of encouragement like this. There is nothing like being filled with God’s presense and His Word that keeps us strong for the day. Gather strength from god early and walk with Him ; He will give us everything we need for our daily walk. god is on our side and we will not fear what man can do unto us. Be bold in the love of Christ and strong in the power of His might. Remember, we have god on our side, therefore what can mere man do unto us. rise up people and take hold of the horns of the alter and cry unto God, for it He that will fight our battles for us. Put on your armour, theWord of ?God and be not afraid.
Praise God for all these words of encouragement.

Amen! What an encouraging word and I loved the focus on the need for DAILY manna in taking in the Living, Active WORD daily and in spending time with the LORD daily. John 6:35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in ME shall never thirst.”

This is a powerful word and so timely! Choose to be an Eagle, wait on the Lord and be of good courage!!!
We will inherit the promises of God if we faint not! Do not let the crows weigh you down, fly higher, as you wait on the Lord!
Waiting also means serving not just sitting idle, keep pressing, for the Prize as though youve already won, because you have!
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

“For God alone my soul waits in silence” (Ps 62).
Forgive me for letting the crows peck away at my faith, for opening my Bible, but not receiving Your daily bread.
Lord, forgive me my unbelief; help me to believe.
You are my rock and salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken.
You are my hope, the Hope for this nation. Only You, Lord.

Thank you Kim for that amazing and timely encouraging word for the brethren . God has called us eagles to rise above the storm and not be chickens clucking around the hen house saying what are we to do. The Lord has told us O man what to do to do what is just , to love mercy and to walk humbly with our GOD. We keep on praying and fasting from a place of peace and rest in His truths knowing battle is the LORD but Victory is ours. The LORD instructed Jehoshaphat in the battle to keep praising ME I have got this battle won as you keep on believing ME, singing my song of the redeemed ” I Believe YOU , I TRUST YOU LORD , VICTORY is YOURS”!!
HE tells us to put on the full armor of God ( Eph 6:10-18) praying in the spirit at all times knowing it is a spiritual battle against forces of darkness coming against the Kingdom of God. Be of good cheer Jesus tells us HE has overcome the world .

My perfect prayer Jesus told his disciples ” Our Father “Matthew 6:9-13. Our Father is Holy and gives us daily bread every day as we seek Him and ask for His kingdom to come and will be done. There is a battle with satan and his demonic host knowing his time is short and will lose his kingdom on earth.
As we keep our hearts clean by forgiving and he will deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the KINGDOM and the power and the Glory forever. So rejoice , rejoice church Victory is ours because our LORD and KING declares and decrees it so.

We will continue to stand firm as God’s Spiritual Army with our Armor on , with Faith believing HIS REPORT, Rising as Eagles , and receiving our daily bread (word for today) . Lets us encourage one another while it is still day and not lose our Joy over the bad lying reports the enemy is stronger than our Mighty God strong to deliver us.
Keep looking up your Redemption draws near. It is written WE Win because JESUS says so!!!
