According to Daily Wire, “Legislation introduced in the South Dakota House of Representatives seeks to give the state’s attorney general the authority to review executive orders from President Joe Biden and potentially nullify any order deemed unconstitutional.
State Rep. Aaron Aylward (R-Harrisburg) introduced HB 1194, which is described as an act “to authorize the review of certain executive orders issued by the President of the United States.” . . .
The bill specifies that Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg could exempt South Dakota from any law or order “that restricts a person’s rights or that is determined … to be unconstitutional” if the law or order relates to the following:
Aylward told KELO-TV that the proposed legislation is not specific to Biden. . . .
Asked about opposition to a potential national mask mandate from Biden under his legislation, Aylward responded in the affirmative: “This pertains to our rights that are protected under the U.S. Constitution. If the President ordered a nationwide mask mandate, it would go against the power laid out in Article II, and it would also go against the protection of the rights that may lie underneath the 9th and 10th Amendments.”
If the bill were to pass, the Republican said, “it would give South Dakota much of its power back. Per the supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution, the powers of the federal government need to line up with what is laid out in the document. ‘Which shall be made in pursuance thereof[.]” . . .
14 state attorneys general warned Joe Biden they are reviewing legal options over his decision to cancel the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline. . . .
Editor’s Note: In other words, Biden planned to destroy tens of thousands of jobs. . .
Biden signed an executive order canceling the Keystone XL pipeline that runs from Alberta, Canada through several states. . . .
Editor’s Note: Most of these thousands of jobs that would be destroyed are oil working jobs, which would make states suffer by losing hundreds of millions of dollars in tax revenue. . . .
Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen led the coalition of state AGs and sent a letter to Joe Biden warning him Americans will suffer “serious, detrimental consequences.”
“Please be aware that the states are reviewing available legal options to protect our residents and sovereign interests. In the meantime, we urge you to reconsider your decision to impose crippling economic injuries on states, communities, families, and workers across the country,” Knudsen and the attorneys general wrote in the letter.

I thought we might have to move to Texas where my daughter lives.
All his orders need to be rejected, and all states nees ro stand together being against these orsers, we need to bring God’s laws back to this country. If not we will be doomed, like Sodom and Gamorah. Our children need to be protected also from sex trafficking so bring back ICE.We are facing a very dangerous time in this country, not just to save it from communism, but from God’s judgement on it and to all who goes against God’s laws and plans for America! He is in this fight, and I am waiting for when He shows up. God we are ready, make America Godly again…God Bless America!!!
We need to encourage ALL STATES. TO FOLLOW SUIT…How can his EO be lawful if his basis on false information… We also need to contact State Legislatures to ensure our states follow laws put forth by our States legislators.

I think it is great that these states are standing up to Biden’s harmful executive orders. I have been praying that God would raise up people of wisdom to be courageous and take a stand for truth and righteousness.
The states are doing exactly what they should do and what the Constitution protects them to do. The Trump administration allowed the the state’s to function as they were supposed to, reinforcing their autonomy as they should. The Biden administration is trying to overexert their perceived power by the perverted use of EO’s to force overreaching federal power in the states – which they have no right to do. They hate when states actually use the already written law to stand against newly created EO’s – which in this case the Biden administration has been using to circumvent the legislative process (avoid). EO’s have their place but they are never meant to replace the actual lawmaking process. And remember, EO’s are NOT LAW- don’t let anyone tell you that they are. (study the history of exec. orders and their purpose). They were never intended to usurp state laws, contracts, etc. So these states have absolutely taken the right course in respect to the Biden administration overreach and misuse of EO’s. There are many who want to try and “con” us into believing EO’s have authority over the already stated & written law(s) but the overuse or dictorial application of EO’s is a ploy to get you to believe it is “a new law”. It is not!!
For those reading this who live in the states involved – PLEASE call the respective leadership in your state and encourage and thank them for their actions. They need to hear from you. Be sure to verbally support them!!
I think it is fabulous that they are standing up to his truly foolish move! You do not obliterate something that is worthwhile (thereby effecting peoples’lives) without already having something better in place for EVERYONE concerned. This executive order hurts the whole country in the end.
NO WISDOM was utilized when he made this move. Sadly I see that wisdom is lacking in all of the decisions being made in this administration..and I do not see any wise advisors in their midst. So, we pray for God to intervene…
I thank and Praise you God for these State AGs who are standing to protect their constituents. I pray that PA’s AG would turn to the constitution as well and do similar actions to protect citizens.
I am thankful for these attorney generals who have courage to stand. We need to be in prayer for them daily. We also need to pray for the godly bold leaders that God is raising up. We need to pray that God will give them boldness andcourage to stand for their constituents. This is a Must. It is for our grandchildren and great grandchildren that we are praying for godly leadership.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for these courageous men and women who are standing up to tyrannical rule by decree. Their efforts show wisdom and discernment, and I pray you bless each and every one of them as individuals and further bless and bolster their collective efforts. May their states have the wisdom and courage to adopt these measures, and May their example serve as both a guide and a spur to still more states. Lord please let Biden and his administration see the light and realize the folly of their position on the issues at hand. Lord, if they refuse to repent May You free us from their evil intentions and grasp. Lord may Your light open the eyes of millions more to the evil that has already been done and the even greater evils the shadowy puppet masters have planned. Free us from their wicked deceptions and machinations. Protect our innocent children from the vile ideologies and indoctrination they have already unleashed and will now push with a fury. The forces of evil at work in this nation are cunning, organized, and calculating. Help us to unite against them and withstand their political, ideological, psychological, and yes, spiritual onslaught. Let the bold legislators in states loyal to Your causes lead the way in this struggle, and May truth and justice yet prevail. In Jesus precious name I pray Oa’ Lord, Amen.
I do believe these people have the right also all the states in writing to Biden about the Pipeline. It needs to stop and protect the American workers for losing their jobs. I feel he is doing out of spite and hatred of Trump who signed it so many people could have jobs. Pray this letter will touch his heart and the Keystone pipeline will be restored again. Praying for Biden to do the job he is supposed to do . In Jesus name our God all mighty . We ask for your will be done

FATHER GOD we thank YOU for raising up men and women in power in our states to stand firm for the constitutional rights of their people in JESUS Name! Please help them and protect them and their families from all harm in JESUS MIGHTY Name! Amen!
