Arizona residents are suing 15 counties in the state over allegedly failing to remove illegal voters from the voter rolls.
From The Federalist. Arizona’s 15 counties are refusing to undertake required procedures to ensure foreign nationals are removed from the voter rolls, an “amended” lawsuit filed Tuesday alleges.

Brought on behalf of the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona and resident Yvonne Cahill, the legal challenge argues that the Grand Canyon State’s 15 election recorders “have failed to take the actions required by law to ensure that foreign citizens are removed from their voter rolls.” Plaintiffs are represented by America First Legal (AFL) and a law firm headed by former Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright. …
Tuesday’s challenge is an “amended” version of a complaint filed against Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer early last month, according to a press release from AFL regarding the lawsuit.
Plaintiffs similarly alleged that Richer “ignored” his legally mandated obligation to “ensure” the removal of noncitizens from the locality’s voter rolls. …
The “amended” complaint adds Arizona’s 14 other county recorders as defendants in the suit.
The entire saga seemingly began in July, when AFL sent a letter “to all 15 of Arizona’s county recorders” demanding “that the recorders immediately start using existing federal law to verify the citizenship of all of Arizona’s federal-only voters.” …
Plaintiffs contest that Arizona’s 15 recorders have failed to undertake proper voter list maintenance procedures as required by law to ensure foreign nationals are removed from the rolls and the security of Arizona’s elections is upheld. …

Dear Lord and God Almighty, we are drowning in abortion, abuse, addiction, aimlessness, anger, apathy, arrogance, avarice….save us. The call to pray seems to be overwhelming but pray we must. Keep us reliant on Your power, not our own. Keep us reliant on Your Word, it is POWER. And because You are altogether righteous Lord, we know it is Your judgement that will prevail. I pray Your favor will cover the America First Legal team and all others fighting for justice. I pray victory in Arizona and every state in our nation working to make right their voter rolls as well as deceptive voting oversight. We honor You Father, Son and Holy Spirit and call upon You to fight for us. Help us in this and all days of trouble. Our victory is Yours. Please put it on the hearts and minds of these 15 county recorders to step up to the plate and do
the correct part of their job and to fall in line with the proper action. I ask that you prepare the people that would assist these recorders to do their job so that all things would be done decently and in order.
I pray for a spirit of unity and cooperation in this particular matter.
I thank you ahead of time for what great things You will accomplish in Arizona and also in other states that have to take similar actions.
Praise God! Thank you Lord for giving the people wisdom to bring about justice and protect our country’s voter rights across our Nation. May those who these cases come to do what’s right in Your sight by carrying out the laws of the land in Jesus Name amen.
