After enacting a Civil War-era near-total abortion ban earlier this year, Arizona has enacted a far more moderate 15-week ban.
From The Epoch Times. The near-total abortion ban in Arizona has ended as Gov. Katie Hobbs’s recently signed law took effect on Sept. 14.

While signing the law, Hobbs denounced the previous regulation, describing it as “a ban that was passed by 27 men before Arizona was even a state, at a time when America was at war over the right to own slaves, a time before women could even vote.” …
Under the new legal framework, abortion in Arizona is legal with certain restrictions, allowing women access to abortion and providing legal clarity for medical providers.
After a nearly two-year battle over state abortion law, Arizona’s Supreme Court voted in early April to reinstate the 1864 law, which permitted abortions only if the mother’s life was in danger and did not make any exceptions for rape or incest.
The 4–2 judgment from the state Supreme Court overturned an appeals court decision that a 15-week abortion limit enacted in 2022 superseded the abortion restrictions of the older law. …
Despite being in the minority in the Legislature, Democrats rallied a number of Republicans to swiftly move a repeal bill to Hobbs’s desk in just a few weeks.
The law takes effect as voters indicate that abortion is a critical issue in the upcoming presidential election. An Aug. 13 poll, conducted by The Economist/YouGov, found that three out of four voters consider it vital or very important. …

How about when the DNC set up a mobile abortion van and neutering station for men…at the convention…like, come on guys and gals, if you’ve wanted to get that abortion or if you want to become a sterilized male, they cant hold you back, were gonna do it right here for ya, curbside, step right up…and that was during the convention for the Democrat Party…placing those vans there, making it easy and spotlighted like an added benefit there for those in attendance…is that the idea of how to handle a “tough decision” for a mother to make according to the Democrat Party? encouraging a decision involving the potential son or daughter of someone else or has it been more a desperate push? like puffing ones chest out to flaunt a stance and perceived right, rather than considering that another life or the lives of babies were involved…it’s a common argument, my body, my choice, but i dont give weight to that statement coming from progressive ideological messaging, how much of peoples bodies or choices were respected, when peoples livelihoods and jobs, and even needed surgeries were getting affected and withheld, when Joe Biden and Kamala and many others in left leaning leadership were trying to impose a covid shot mandate for those that had health concerns or personal convictions against it, even talking poorly of us, and I’ve had coworkers that were Democrats that didn’t believe in the mandate and had those discussions with me…so it’s not just the my body, my choice that was being disregarded toward conservatives only, there were also Democrat Americans whose , my body, my choice, werent being respected by the Democratic party as well during those instances…so those kind of talking points do not seem consistent and appear to be more conditional and manipulative
So why don’t you be a good Republican and mind your own body!
There are very good reasons for abortion and all should not be considered murder. I pray for every mother who must make that decision. Help those who are against abortion as they are not informed of the reasons for the decision that is never easy.
To kill our children in abortion, apart from the life of the mother, is to disrespect human life. I pray God would change our hearts to love and honor the life he has given us in babies.
It’s too late for that…blood of women is now on Christian hands thanks to the Dobbs decision.

What a travesty! What a lie! Writer framed “moderate” 15 week law with “Civil War era law” when it goes back all the way to the beginning in Genesis 1. “Be fruitful and multiply.” Conception is when life begins. All life is sacred and has a divine destiny in God for good works. Woe to those who practice sexual sin which leads to more sin of murder of the innocent! Katie Hobbs is an illegitimate governor which will eventually be made known. I pray for mercy on her for all her unrighteousness acts because she doesn’t realize all she is doing and how it will impact her personally. Lord, let AZ be turned back to You and righteous leaders and laws prevail!

When did their life begin? “For You formed my inward parts, You knitted me together in my mother’s womb..” Psalm 139: 13. Father God, praying for Your truth regarding Life to prevail in the midst of lies & deception. May blind eyes see and hard prideful hearts turn in repentance to You LORD JESUS. What happened to LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
