Father, we thank You for President Trump's nomination of Pete Hegseth. If he is Your choice for Defense Secretary, we pray that he would be confirmed without issue.

Even as he is facing attacks and allegations, Defense Secretary Nominee Pete Hegseth is receiving strong support from retired servicemen and the GOP.

From The Daily Wire. More than 120 retired U.S. generals and admirals signed onto a letter released on Monday expressing their “strong support” for President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense, U.S. Army veteran Pete Hegseth.

Connect with others in your state in prayer.

The letter comes after Hegseth endured several intense weeks of media coverage of allegations primarily made by anonymous sources.

They wrote:

He understands combat from the grass roots level and will take that much needed perspective with him as the next SECDEF. He has studied and experienced the disastrous effects Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has on our military and he is committed to expunging it from our armed forces. His focus is solely on warfighting readiness so that our military is prepared to fulfill its mission—to fight and win our Nation’s wars. …

Over the last week and a half, more Republican senators have indicated they are comfortable with Hegseth leading the Department of Defense after meeting with the 44-year-old. …

What do you think of Pete Hegseth? Share your prayers for him and the incoming administration below.

The Trump camp is pressuring senators to support him. It is not because they think he is the best person for the job. He is a journalist. He has not experience with leading a large organization. We are in a crisis with our military. Throw some of the less important positions to the less qualified candidates.

The IFA is so obviously a political website. This posting proves it.

This is a religious website but a false religion. The mindset is, we vote for righteousness. We are against the sins of transgenders, homosexuality, abortion being legal (aside-not really against abortion because we refuse to look at any other means of reducing abortion besides laws). The one party that agrees with these are Republicans. So we will only look at these three sins, they are all that matter, we will ignore all other sins which means we alone are righteous. Therefore we can condemn Democrats for their refusal to stand against what we see as wrong. We are all right, they are all wrong. So we will overlook sexual assault, stealing documents, J6, even sleeping with teenagers, we will overlook everything because Republicans are all right, Democrats all wrong. Which is odd because Jesus taught against this type of thinking telling stories like the Good Samaritan trying to get people who saw their side as all right and others as all wrong. The site also ignores Jesus in Math 5:43-48 to judge all equally. This site is religious, but not aligning with the teachings of Jesus.

Father give Pete Hegseth the wisdom needed to continue answering Senators questions and the strength to withstand the pressure from corrupt media.
