In preparation for big wins this November, Republicans in Congress are introducing bills to push back against the transgender movement.
From Reuters. U.S. Republicans in Congress are lining up behind legislation that critics say would roll back protections for transgender people, setting a playbook for action on a divisive social issue should they take control of Congress this fall.

The bills have no chance of becoming law this year, as Democrats narrowly control both chambers of Congress. But they are a sign that Republicans aim to elevate a battle over transgender rights that has so far largely played out at the state level.
Republicans in the House of Representatives have introduced a bill that would block federal funding to colleges where transgender women are allowed to participate in sports with cisgender women. A separate bill would allow transgender people to sue medical personnel who helped them transition as minors.
Another bill would block funding to schools that disobey state laws regarding “materials harmful to minors,” mimicking state laws that have been used to remove books discussing history around race and LGBT themes.
The bills have support from key Republicans in the House and Senate. Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has promoted the sports bill at a press conference and in a conservative newspaper. It is backed by 127 of 211 House Republicans.
In the Senate, five Republicans have sponsored a version of the bill targeting medical providers, including Senators Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley and Marco Rubio.
Republicans would be in a position to advance those bills next year if they win control of the House or the Senate in the Nov. 8 midterm elections, which analysts say is likely.
“I hope these are legislative initiatives that we can pass when we get the majority back,” said Representative Jim Banks, who sponsored the medical providers bill and represents a district in Indiana, which banned transgender students from playing on girls’ sports teams at schools this May.

This is another evil that must be reversed. God abhors evil even though He loves the sinner just as much as you and me. He was the author of gender and these issues fly in the face of right and godliness. JOIN the prayer teams to pull down this next stronghold.
Lord we ask that good common sense bills as these would soon become law to help protect the innocent, especially the innocence of children. But let us not forget that true healing for the soul of our nation, that starts with the healing of individual hearts has to come from you as we each repent and yield fully to you.
One step we can all take is vote in real Christians as school board members as well as other open city and state officials who adhere to the Word of God. I know that instead of just checking off people on my ballot, I am taking time to research and pray this year in particular. I have repented for past errors where I simply checked a box because of name recognition. Now it’s time for be intentional in all I do. I can put my faith in prayers in action. Thank you Father for the freedom to vote in this country even though there are certainly questions about elections, You are making thinks right for Your people.
REALLY grateful someone is taking action on this travesty of female sports. If you’re a man, even if you cosmetically alter your appearance, you’re still a man. Compete against other men.
Lord rise up your representatives who can influence against this legislation and stir up the people to effective action to stand firm in the design of your creation identifying perfect order of what you choose a person to be at birth. Your design is the best.
I come against all lies and deception loosed on the earth causing confusion or manipulation over innocent children to not love themselves as you created them to be I loose truth, courage and tenacity through the influencers who represent your ways, in the name of Jesus Christ.

We will soon see a generation of twenty-something individuals – mutilated bodies, unable to reproduce, clueless as to who they are, incapable of forming lasting relationships because their own identities keep changing, no families formed (which are the building block of societies) – we see it already in the stories of those attempting to “de-transition” I think it is called – realizing too late they made a mistake – but these stories are silenced by the media because they do not fit the current narrative. All this confusion about identity which leads to all this current chaos, is definitely of satan. Another attempt of his to destroy what God has perfectly created. Perhaps laws will help protect our preschool/elementary/middle school/high school age children from this destructive, demonic ideology – but Lord God we desperately need Your intervention, lest our children perish! Please send to the schools God fearing teachers and administrators and God fearing school board members who will do what is right in Your sight, protect our children and not allow “gender/transgender” etc. education/curriculum in any of our schools at any grade level. Let that right and responsibility remain with the parents. Lord “it is You who have made us and not we ourselves.” Let us not allow our precious children to believe they need to remake themselves because the world lies to them and tells them that is their “right.” We are all unhappy at times. That doesn’t mean we are in the wrong body – life is painful. Prayers that our children will not believe this lie – that changing your gender is the way to feel better about yourself. No teenager feels good about themselves. They are growing and changing. But changing your sex was never an option until now – so in generations past teens eventually made it through the teen years and grew into manhood and womanhood successfully for the most part. But now that opportunity is being taken from them prematurely but offering sex change as a solution to normal adolescence. Ridiculous and the results are grievous. What are “transgender rights” anyway? The right of an under age child to destroy their body before they fully know their own mind? As we all know, transgender is just another attack from the enemy to destroy our children and the human race. We are very grateful that there are senators and representatives see this harm and moving forward with their plans. Lord bless their efforts, giving them wisdom and insight until truth reigns!!!

“Insidious Ideology” I love this term th IFA writer used to describe how some politicians actually think. How in th world can any rational human being think it is correct for a male to complete against females in competitive sports!! Yet another example of Satans desperation.
Father we praise you for our lawmakers who are saying- enough is enough. We support them in prayer and lift them before your throne. May only your ideals fill their discussions as they craft these laws .. We as intercessors do stand in this huge gap that Satan has created in America.
