New mandates from private companies, government, and elected bodies such as school boards pose serious risks to our cherished religious liberties protected by the Constitution and protected by federal and state laws. For example, one mandate that is currently affecting employment and religious liberties is the need to be vaccinated to maintain your job or attend a public school.
The Christian Post reported a recent protest held by nurses in Houston after losing their jobs for refusing to take the Covid-19 vaccine. The hospital mandate led to the loss of their jobs. “I’m running out of options for my career because of a mandatory vaccine that could affect my fertility,” Keri R., a registered nurse previously employed at Houston Methodist, told FOX 26 Houston at the protest.

When choosing to vaccinate we need to make that decision based on reliable information and prayer but never under coercion based on one’s ability to keep a job or in fear.
Ohio lawmakers passed House Bill 244 that would prohibit discrimination against students and staff in public schools and universities for not choosing to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. “The simple fact is that decision needs to be decided by their parents and by their family,” said state Senate President Matt Huffman. House bill 244 is on Gov. Mike DeWine’s desk now. The possibility of “vaccine passports” are of great concern to many conservative groups and lawmakers who fear the loss of personal liberties.
Florida was the first state to ban the use of vaccine passports by executive order. “Today I issued an executive order prohibiting the use of so-called COVID-19 vaccine passports. The Legislature is working on making permanent these protections for Floridians and I look forward to signing them into law soon,” stated Governor Ron DeSantis.
At the federal level, Sen. Ted Cruz introduced in May the No Vaccine Passports Act, “prohibiting federal vaccine passports.” Cruz said in a Fox News interview, “Listen, I think vaccines are terrific. I’ve had the vaccine myself.” Cruz continued, “I think it’s given us a lot of freedom, but I think there’s a real potential for government overreach, and I don’t believe anyone should be forced to take the vaccine. It should be your personal choice. You should make the choice based on your health, based on the decisions you want.”
The National Conference of State Legislatures stated in a recent article that 44 states and Washington D.C. grant exemptions for people who have religious objections to immunizations. “15 states allow philosophical exemptions for children whose parents object to immunizations because of personal, moral or other beliefs. Many states align their vaccine requirements with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. At this moment, no state requires children to receive the COVID-19 vaccine for school entry.” They have provided a map with examples of enacted legislation related to school immunization requirements here.
According to SHRM employment law article, Title VII requires an employer to accommodate an employee’s sincerely held religious belief, practice or observance, unless it would cause an undue hardship on the business. Courts have said that an “undue hardship” is created by an accommodation that has more than a “de minimis,” or very small, cost or burden on the employer. Also, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission mandates workplace religious accommodations. Several states have passed legislation that would prohibit businesses from making the COVID-19 vaccination mandatory.

How can the world system remove what God has ordained? We are God’s salt and light in this dark and evil world. We have to stay at our posts as Soldiers of God, dressed in the Armor that He has provided and not giving all this space to nay-sayers. We are the Body of Christ with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. We have the power to conquer the world, the flesh, and the devil. USE IT!
Heavenly Father, please protect our rights to say no to the Covid vaccine and preserve our freedoms, I solemnly pray. In Jesus name, Amen. You evil people: Woe to You! Rest assured, you all who are plotting evil WILL one day reap what you are sowing! Make no mistake!!
I think we are confusing issues of the spirit with issues of the flesh. Ease and comfort have been both goals and benchmarks of American life for the past century and a half. Nowhere in scripture does it say we are entitled to ease and comfort. Even when Jesus says my yoke is easy and my burden light, there is a yoke and a burden. No one can take away our mind, our soul, our faith, or our God.
We are told “fear not” in one form or another over 300 times by the Lord and yet we stress out, we have frightening headlines like “Religious Liberty at Risk.” These stir up emotions and fears of persecution and cause anger, even righteous indignation (which is rarely righteous).
By living our faith proudly and publicly without shoving it down the throats of others, we could go a long way to showing the left that they are wasting their time and energy fighting a battle they can never win. God is the victor in all things and as for us, we shall always be victorious in Christ. There is a battle, one worth fighting and worth winning. It is learning to fight like Jesus, that will ensure our victory.
You evil people who are doing this you know it is against our country and constitutional right. You think you are on the winning side you have been decided by satin and by people who knowing and willing serve him. you don’t have much more time to repent and come out amoungist them. God is soon to reveal everything you are doing. God bless you all who are standing up for what is right. God will repay you many times greater. It will soon be know that many arrest have been made for a few weeks world wide. You who are doing these evil things are going to be SHOCKED when you and others are revealed
There is excellent, strong, trustworthy, and truthful, information available to anyone willing to look at it. THIS administration, Fauci, big pharmaceutical, etc. all have an agenda. I’ve said this before, this is ALL about CONTROL! We cannot let these “mandates” stand! We have to understand, if they get by with this, they CAN control you and your children! Shame on the medical establishment for going along with this!
If you watch the June 30 program, “Ministry Now” on Daystar T. V., you will hear and see Dr. Peter McCullough. Daystar has had many, many doctors, as well as Del Bigtree, on, this past year. You can look on Daystar and get excellent, truthful information. You will also see some of the horrendous side effects you will not see or hear about anywhere else! It’s unbelievable! Let your governors and Congressmen and women know where you stand! No one should be forced to have any injection, specially one that is experiential!
A very good source of information about the vaccine is The Highwire with Del Bigtree. For example, he has an interview with the scientist who created the mRNA technology and has serious concerns about its use in this vaccine.
After the much more deadly Spanish flu, everyone was required to be vaccinated and that set a precedent for the Supreme Court to issue a ruling for forced sterilization in Buck vs. Bell. Eugenics is an evil idea which was being promoted in the early 20th century and saw its consequences in Nazi Germany. It is a very slippery slope which picks up tremendous speed in denying your personal freedom and liberty to make decisions about your own body’s health and care.
The Nuremberg Code, which was created after World War II as a response to the horrific procedures done on prisoners in concentration camps, was designed to protect people from medical experiments being conducted on them, This vaccine has not had the clinical trials to prove its safety and is therefore an experiment. We do not know the long-term effects.
There are concerns about sterility and the data shows greatly increased miscarriages in pregnant women who get the vaccine.
Another concern is the very troubling incidence of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart) especially in young previously healthy males. Dr. Peter McCullough, a world-renowned cardiologist, has spoken about this.
Freedom is not to be taken lightly or treated carelessly!
Father we pray for push back against the Covid vaccine mandates. Let no law be established that would require these experimental drugs, RNA manipulation of our cells into our bodies. We pray for the protection of our religious and personal liberties. We pray for truth and transparency of the Covid vaccine side effects caused by spike proteins, and for the divine protection of those who have taken the vaccines in good faith, we pray for their healing from all side effects and harm. We pray for the successful passing into federal law of Senator Cruz’s bill prohibiting government overreach. We pray all this in the mighty Name of Jesus. Amen!

Great article, Camille. This is a disturbing development. There is no surprise here, though. Lord, we pray that the religious freedom of Your people cannot, and will not, be taken from them. We pray that the misguided, Satan-influenced attempts to control people in such a way would fail miserably. We pray for the success of this bill that Sen. Cruz has proposed recently. I pray for this to happen in Jesus’ mighty name.
