A newly published medical study found that infection from COVID-19 confers considerably longer-lasting and stronger protection against the Delta variant of the virus than vaccines.
“The natural immune protection that develops after a SARS-CoV-2 infection offers considerably more of a shield against the Delta variant of the pandemic coronavirus than two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine,” according to a large Israeli study…

The findings come as many governments around the world are demanding citizens acquire “vaccine passports” to travel…
Vaccine passports are morally dubious for many reasons, not the least of which is that freedom of movement is a basic human right. However, vaccine passports become even more senseless in light of the new findings…some say.

Media reports show that no fewer than 15 academic studies have found that natural immunity offers immense protection from COVID-19.
Moreover, CDC research shows that vaccinated individuals still get infected with COVID-19 and carry just as much of the virus in their throat and nasal passage as unvaccinated individuals.
“High viral loads suggest an increased risk of transmission and raised concern that…vaccinated people infected with Delta can transmit the virus,” CDC Rochelle Director Walensky noted following a Cape Cod outbreak that included mostly vaccinated individuals.
These data suggest that vaccinated individuals are still spreading the virus much like unvaccinated individuals…
People who have had COVID already have significantly more protection…people who’ve not had COVID and choose to not get vaccinated…are principally putting only themselves at risk.

I am a practicing Christian pediatrician and IFA supporter with board certification in 2 subspecialties. I do not work for a governmental agency, hospital, or receive any government funding. Although many readers of IFA articles have made up their minds about the vaccine, I wanted to address some concerns in this post for those who are undecided, or who have already been vaccinated.
1. The study from Israel dated August 24, 2021 is not the whole story. In fact, the conclusion that natural immunity is stronger than that seen in vaccinated individuals is mis-applied. A follow up study from the same journal 3 days later (August 27, 2021) makes the case for heightened immunity from the booster shot and recommends it use.

2. mRNA vaccines are not new. The use of mRNA has been under development since 1985. The two major vaccine makers, Moderna (2010) and Pfizer (2018) have been harnessing its potential for years in collaboration with several prestigious universities and the NIH. There are many articles about this; the one from University of Alabama at Birmingham below is both scholarly and digestible.

3. The vaccine trials, were in fact, done with placebo groups. Note in the FDA report on pages 43-44 that 4 deaths occurred in the vaccine group and 2 in the placebo group. Placebo patients are now being offered the vaccine.

I hope this is helpful and informative as we pursue our common goal of personal choice.
I am a retired health care professional; you cannot make a vaccine in this short length of time, and have it approved. It takes years of animal studies, then studies in different people populations, i.e., men, women, children, blacks, caucasions, pregnant women, geriatrics, pediatrics. These studies are done with controlled groups, one getting the vaccine, one getting a placebo. Only when these results have been obtained and tabulated, can the vaccine then be presented to the FDA for approval. This recent approval of a Pfizer vaccine is a hoax. I WANT TO SEE THE CLINICAL STUDIES THAT HAVE BEEN DONE ON ALL THSE POPULATIONS. Why should we even have to get a vaccine that kills less than 1/2 of a percent of the population. PEOPLE NEED TO CONSULT SCIENTISTS AND PHYSICIANS WHO ARE NOT PAID BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, BEFORE THEY CONSENT THROW AWAY THEIR LIVES TO A VACCINE THAT DOESN’T PREVENT ANYTHING. THE FACT THAT NOW THEY ARE CALLING FOR A THIRD BOOSTER SHOULD ALERT PEOPLE TO THE INCONSISTANCY OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THIS VACCINE. IT HAS NOT PREVENTED ANYONE FROM GETTING THE VIRUS. I AM SURE MANY OF YOU KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN VACCINATED AND STILL GOT THE VIRUS, AS WELL AS ALL OF THOSE WHO WORE MASKS AND STILL GOT THE VIRUS. BY THE WAY, WHY SHOULD PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD THE VACCINE STILL WEAR MASKS, IF IT WORKS? THE LORD IS CHARGE OF MY LIFE; I LOOK TO HIM FOR HEALING AND GUIDANCE. PRAY; HE HAS SAID HE WILL TAKE CARE OF US, AND I BELIEVE HIM AND I PUT MY TRUST IN HIM, ALONE, NOT THE GOVERNMENT.
Both my children are first responders required to vaccinate or lose job. Daughter is struggling with exhaustion and female problems so much so she changed to a different job.
Watching her pain, not present before, I am continuing to be unvaccinated. I claim Isaiah 53 standing on what Jesus finished.
