I’m just an intercessor like the rest of you, I have no special qualifications and I’ve been interceding in prayer for just a few years now in a group, and only during lockdown did I hear about IFA and begin to pray with you all. So I send this praying that if it’s me and not the LORD that this email will never be seen and in fact will just get lost in transition. I started a 3 day fast this morning of liquids only because I wanted to be really hearing the Lord and getting some clarity on some of the things we have been praying about. And one of the things that has not settled with my spirit at times is something I feel the Lord made me even more uncomfortable with, though it’s not something that I was praying for clarity on, is that so often in the prayers of the intercessors there is more prayer for Trump and for him to have 4 more years, essentially for Trump to save us. And the Lord gave me two scriptures as He brought this to mind 1.) That He inhabits our praise, that He will share His glory with no one, not Trump, not anyone. “Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel. Our ancestors trusted in you, and you rescued them. They cried out to you and were saved. They trusted in you and were never disgraced.” Psalms 22:3-5 NLT
“I am the Lord; that is my name! I will not give my glory to anyone else, nor share my praise with carved idols.” Isaiah 42:8 NLT
2.) He can bring deliverance from this antichrist spirit in communism with or without Trump. I am certainly praying with everyone else that the Lord (if we have heard Him right) will keep President Trump in the White House so that GOD can use him to bring about the deliverance of His people. But, if not President Trump, that the Lord will rise up deliverance some other way. We can have peace because the Bible already told us what is coming, I’m thankful that The LORD Himself is our armor and protection. The Lord brought to mind Esther and how Mordecai reminded her that if not her, then someone else would be risen up by the Lord to bring deliverance for His people. So maybe Trump will be given 4 more years to be someone the Lord Almighty uses to deliver His people, but maybe he won’t be. And I feel sad at times because I wonder if the Lord will even give President Trump 4 more years if the people are going to keep praising TRUMP for all the things he is doing and not the LORD GOD for simply using Trump for the things that HE is doing.
“Mordecai sent this reply to Esther: “Don’t think for a moment that because you’re in the palace you will escape when all other Jews are killed. If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?”” Esther 4:13-14 NLT
Anyway, like I said, I am just a regular intercessor. I am no one special, I just pray and intercede as the Lord leads and I want HIM to be praised. I find it easy to think about President Trump staying in office too and I pray that if that is the Lord’s will that it will be so! But I don’t want to get caught up in a person, and lose sight of our LORD. And I don’t want that for anyone else either. I pray if this is just me and not the Lord that this email will just fall away. I’m simply trying to be obedient to what I felt He told me to do (to email and ask y’all to address this with the intercessors, to encourage them in the Lord and to stay focused on Him). Praying with you and for you.

Yes. Almighty God, You alone are holy and You alone are Lord. There is none else but You Almighty God. You have used President Trump in the past and we pray you will give him 4 more years. But above all You alone are worthy of all our praise and may we worship You only. What is man that You are mindful of him. May all Your creation bow down to the One True God and May Your will be done in Earth as it is Heaven.
We have had a series of republican and democratic administrations in which the communist agenda advanced. There is no other explanation for this stalling and reversal of it in the last 4 years than that God was behind this administration. Other candidates had Christian reputations but one that we would not have expected won and uniquely made good on his campaign promises. I see no conflict between trusting in God and supporting the man he raised up.
I think, too, that so many of us so appreciate all that President Trump has led in accomplishing in this past 4 years, because we know that God Almighty has put him into the office of the President. I feel too that many times we get caught up in wanting him to have 4 more years, me included. The prayer team of which I am a member praises God Almighty for what He has done for our country through this President, and we give God all the glory, even though it is so easy to say that President Trump has been this country’s greatest President since Abraham Lincoln. We feel that God has His hand on President Trump, and that is another thing that we are so, so appreciative for. However, I ask God, too, if I have put too much emphasis on Trump doing this or doing that, I ask forgiveness, because it has been through God Almighty, that he has been able to accomplish all the things he has for our country.
What a relief to see this in print. I agree and hope we will focus on who God is.Give Him the glory and trust Him.

Amen! I too feel that the Lord has let me know that our hope is not in President Trump and to be careful as I am praying for this nation! Our only hope is in God! I too am just an intercession. God will tell us the same things! This is just a reminder to be sure where we are putting our trust!
Amen!! Thank you for sharing this word. Yes God is the one who rules and reigns over all the affairs of men, He sees the corruption in our nation and only He can reveal the evil, only He can contend with those who contend with us. I am grateful for what President Trump has done for our nation, but all that has been accomplished has been by God’s gracious hand. And yes, God will use His chosen ones whomever they are to accomplish His will if His people will pray, seek His face, turn from our wicked ways.
Lord forgive us when we look to man and not you. To you is all praise, honor glory and thanksgiving for what you and you alone are going to do.

I certainly hoped and would hope that most of us understandment President Trump it’s just a vessel that God is using oh, for sure his anointed for this time. I think this is a good reminder our hope is in the Lord, not man.
It was never about President Trump!
It was always about GOD intervening to save this country, and HE chose President Trump to bring that about.
It was GOD who gave President Trump the wisdom and courage to move the American Embassy to Jerusalem.
It was GOD who gave President Trump the wisdom and courage to broker the agreement between Israel and Saudi Arabia.
It was GOD who gave President Trump the decency and courage to stop supporting Iran.
President Trump has obeyed the leading of GOD’s Holy Spirit and for that we should be very, very grateful both to GOD and to President Trump and to continue to pray fervently for the truth about voter fraud to be exposed.
It is plain to see that Mr. Biden does not obey GOD,and therefore we must pray fervently for GOD to intervene so that we could continue to have Mr. Trump as President of the United States of America and not Joe Biden who supports the aborting of baby Americans in their mother’s womb.

I totally agree, and have been fasting and praying myself, that God would hold off this evil for another time, but that would be as well, and I, too, have turned to the book of Esther and praying that the Hammons of this day and their sons be hung on their own gallows and that the Mordecais to be put in their rightful position, and if, “if” things don’t go the way they ought to in our mind that God would give us the strength and the courage to persevere. We know that God is in control. He is provident and he has a plan. Amen, praise God!
While I have been praying for President Trump and this election, it is NOT about Trump anymore. There is a wickedness that is killing this country that comes from the pit of Hell. I will never kneel before it, I will bind it in the Name of Jesus and loose Angel Armies to fight it with the battle cry NO MERCY, NO SURVIVORS. These demons have been leading, guiding, and enabling a wickedness and corruption in our government through their human hosts, they have been working their perversion and profanity – with the aid of their hosts in Hollywood and all aspects of popular culture – INCLUDING IN CHILDRENS PROGRAMS.
When will the Church make a stand IF NOT NOW?? I am a blunt instrument in the hands of My God, and I will not apologize for that.
Adding to the Spiritual dimension of this fight is the PHYSICAL LOSS of our Republic to the godless whores who lie, cheat and steal in order to destroy it from within to gain power and obscene amounts of wealth.
I would rather that people who read this be offended, rather than complacent. The Church has a long history of complacency. It’s time to Rise, time to Shine and time to STAND. It’s not about Trump anymore – there’s so much more at stake here. We should be contending for the Kingdom of God here on Earth. That’s the job He gave us before He ascended – to paraphrase, He said OCCUPY until I return. I don’t recall Him adding, but wait and see if it’s My will first. Sickness, profanity and wickedness is NEVER His will for the Earth, it’s not even something you need to fast over, what has been happening in this country, AND THE WORLD, is most definitely NOT His Will.
My hope is in God but I am His Eyes, Ears, Mouth, Heart, Hands and Feet in this world. I’m His instrument in this world. So are you.
Kristine, Amen to every word you wrote!!! You expressed my heart perfectly! All this evil being exposed sickens me, and I am horrified by it all! I am praying for justice and righteousness to come forth in America! And to that end, I am asking God for 4 more years with President Trump, without apology! People need to wake up and see just what a Biden administration would bring in our nation! I cringe to think of it!
Sherli, I too dread what Biden-Harris can do to this country but I want to share what the Lord told me after 2012 when I cried out to Him in fear for my family’s future – Psalm 36 ! It contains His assessment of what happened (evildoers are governing), what my response should be (Praise God through my pain and trust Him through my confusion), what His promises to my family are (He will take care of us, even down to my pet cat!), and the last verse said “See how the evildoers lie fallen-thrown down, unable to rise.” I have prayed for that last verse to come to pass for 8 years now and I certainly won’t stop now!
To give you context of how SPECIFIC this Word was, the only serious argument that my husband and I have had in 28 years of marriage came in 2012, and it involved leaving my cat behind if we ever needed to “bug out”. Our Pastor was so concerned about the religious persecution he felt was coming from Democrats, that he gave us a plan involving a large piece of land the church had purchased years ago for a youth camp in Northern Minnesota. We had this place of safety for the Church, if necessary, and my cat was included in His promise.
Further context, my Pastor is Mac Hammond of Living Word Christian Center. Kenneth Copeland, Jesse Duplanfis, Keith Moore and other serious men of God sit on our church board. Pastor Mac sits on the board of CUFI. Pastor Mac is famous for his cheesy jokes but no one in their right mind would ever call him silly, or frivolous! He takes his job as Pastor seriously, and if push ever comes to shove, he WILL protect his flock.
Our job as intercessors is to pray that this country doesn’t decay into the kind of chaos that requires a “bug out” plan, but we need to always trust God – He’s got our backs, He’ll never leave us twisting in the wind, He’ll never abandon us.
And we need to remember that we’re not fighting flesh and blood – it’s demons, devils, principalities and spiritual garbage. Damage the demons controlling the human and you render the human harmless and inert. Ask for wisdom regarding the controlling demons and then go to town on them.

I pray the Lord guides President Trump to make right decisions. That he humbles him so that President Trump shouts from his podium, “Rejoice in the Lord, for with Him all things are possible. All the glory, honor and praise belong to Him”. We are his servants. For Him to use any and all of us as He sees fit. I, too, would be grateful for Trump to get another 4 years, but as you said, only if it is God’s will”.

Thank you for sharing this message. I pray for the president daily, as well as the nation, and many things as the Lord leads me. I’m thankful for words like this that call the body of Christ to do exactly what we are supposed to do and that’s examine ourselves. I agree with this word, and believe it or not many feel as you do as the Lord is leading them. This is by no means an attack against our current president, this is a bit of a wake up call to the church. We can easily fall into idolatry as well. I will continue in prayer for the nation, the president, and especially the church to take to heart his words and warnings. Thank you for sharing.

Yes! I have felt the same leading!!! Sometime in October I was praying about the election and felt the Lord asking why I am not praying this fervently for revival. I immediately felt convicted: I have spend more time volunteering and praying for this election than sharing the gospel or praying for lost souls. Since that time I have continued to pray for America, but my primary prayer focus is the Lord’s prayer: hallowed be His name, His kingdom come, His will be done…
Thank you. I agree completely. God’s will shall be done. We must keep our eyes on Jesus and follow him. Anything we receive glory goes to God. Most important is; when he returns will he find faith. If he doesn’t preserve Trump and he doesn’t protect us from communism; will he still find faith?

Thank you for sharing your heart, we agree with you, we do not put our hope in a person, however we are praying for God’s will, for God’s truth, righteousness and justice. It is good to be reminded that we are not putting our hope and trust in people. I’m sorry to hear if some are praying for Trump to save us, that’s wrong. I Timothy 2 says; ” Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all,”.
