Within days of being sworn into office, President Biden made clear his administration’s emphasis on LGBTQ+ in schools. This administration’s priority would not focus on academic achievement for all students, which fell dramatically during COVID school lockdowns. Instead, the government would protect the rights of the LBGTQI+ students in any educational institution that received federal money.

The Civil Rights Act that passed in 1964 prohibited discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in employment and public accommodations. Excluded in this original act was sex discrimination against persons employed in educational institutions. Title IX was written to address that gap and became law on June 23, 1972.
Each administration’s Department of Education (DOE) issues its own Title IX rules to address sex discrimination issues the DOE finds particularly egregious. The process can take years from an administration’s start until the final issuance.
The final approval of the proposed Biden Title IX rules has not occurred, giving intercessors time to pray that the rules be detained.
The Biden Administration’s Title IX Proposed Rules
The ungodly directives received from President Biden and the Department of Education, pose a direct assault on Christian values. They miss the mark of promoting an environment of learning in our classrooms that prepares students and our nation for a prosperous future. As intercessors we are the buffer for the children in our nation. We reject the ungodly decrees and rulings that take our children captive. We pray in faith for God to make the proposed Title IX rules remain dormant and come to nothing at all.
The rules strengthen protections for students who experience sexual harassment and assault at school and protect LGBTQI+ students from discrimination. The rules will specifically prevent schools from adopting a one-size-fits-all eligibility criteria for sports. Schools will not be allowed to categorically ban transgender students of any age and in any sport from playing on a team consistent with their gender identity. Instead, schools will have the flexibility to develop eligibility criteria based on the objectives of the sport. Those on both sides of the transgender sport’s issue find problems with the rulings.
Three ways intercessors can pray:
- Pray for Delays During the Title IX Approval Process The delay in adopting the proposed rules gives intercessors the chance to pray. The DOE released A Timing Update on Title IX Rulemaking on May 26, 2023, stating their anticipated goal for the final Title IX rule is October 2023.
- Pray for Comment Responses: Once an administration publishes its proposed Title IX rules, it must allow for a period when the public can ask questions or make comments. During the comments period that ended on May 15, 2023, the DOE received over 230,000 comments. This number is more than double that of the number of comments received by the previous administration’s DOJ. Each comment requires a personal response. The process can consume a lot of time and delay the final date until the completion of all comment responses.
- Pray for District Attorneys to Initiate Lawsuits: During this proposal time, district attorneys who disagree with the proposed Title IX rules may initiate lawsuits. These lawsuits can potentially slow down or ultimately stop a Title IX ruling from going forward. Under the Trump administration, eighteen Democrat district attorneys filed lawsuits in two different courts. In both courts, the judges ruled against the attorneys.

Gods Words: I stand firm on Gods words and His warnings. There should not be any question about Title (9) rulings. Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. Making a new law still means if we have lived and sinning, living a life of Sin. We still have to repent and ask forgiveness. Just being a new law does not wipe away sin without Asking Forgiveness. ( I read a story about a young man who was living a life of homosexual) he made a statement “ written on our hearts (Jeremiah 31:31-33) and though we may succeed in muting our conscience, the Word of God is eternal. “It is never safe to tamper with conscience and it is absolutely fatal to tamper with God’s Word.” This is what was said from the person who was changing his life but not understanding the repent part. He knew the sin but never acknowledged Forgiveness. Holy Father I pray that the words become clear in the scriptures when new Christians are reading or hearing the words, God bring them back to the Cross to understand that the New Covenant is different, it requires belief, repent and forgiveness- then God puts the sin in a (box of not to remember anymore). The new Believers need to understand that Jesus left us a gift called the Holy Spirt. Father I know hundreds of younger generations do not have a clue about the Trinity and understand that this is part of the new Covenant. Father God these generations need two major teachings # 1 Purpose of the Cross #2 Nancy Huff prayer guide. I also purpose that scribe used to fight for Title (9) Father God I pray that the judges do not change Title Nine, but allow the Gender ID that God gave them be the true identity not changes that some Confused person has adopted. Father, I pray this proposed measure be resoundly be defeated. May those righteous lawsuits filed in opposition be successful. Take the trans athletes out of the sports. May Your righteousness reign in all areas of our nation.

Dear God I pray for delays during the Title 1X approval process, and for many comment responses to come in, and for District Attorney lawsuits to take place , so as to really slow the decision process. I also pray for your protection in this Title 1X to remain in place for the children of our schools. Only you Lord God can work from heaven above , miraculously , to help us keep this Title in place. For you love the children. In Jesus’ precious name.
Father of light, shine Your light on the terrible and horrific issues presented by this administration regarding Title IX. Scramble and confuse every attempt of the powers of darkness to bring these changes about, to harm the children. Confound those who believe themselves to be wise. O King of the earth, send forth Your warriors to dismantle and trash these attempted changes. Amen.

The anti-Christ policies of the Biden administration will not stand because Christ’s laws supersede Man’s laws.
