As more and more action from leadership in the south-, continues to result in acts of courage.. and standing in the face of evil-, I have been reminded of a phrase that came to my attention.. about 10 years ago in different circumstances, and that is ..”the South shall rise Again.”.. remembering that originally the South was our Bible belt- in this country..
Maybe the Lord is tilling the ground and caring for the original roots of our God-fearing Heritage in that region- even though they had gone far astray.. I rejoice at this strong woman’s declaration- and I’m sure she was encouraged by Governor Ron DeSantis forging the trail ahead of her.

Lord I pray as these legislators and governors are standing up in the wake of others courage and action that have gone before them-.. that the wake of their bravery will spread -,as they say “courage is contagious”.. and it is also great news I think for women’s Liberation.. and at least for us Believers..to have such a strong example of a Godly woman. Yes Lord, help us to not let the fallout of landmines of the enemies attacks,
cloud our focus- on the victories- and remaining focused on your victory in the battle, let us not get overwhelmed with any of it.. and help us to continue praying-,Lord..and for those of us that physically have trouble staying on our faces- have mercy on us,. Lord, as we continue to seek You in prayer. I am put in mind of our founding fathers..some of which actually perished from this life-,on their knees.. in prayer..and I am overwhelmed by that challenge,..I do not know if I can do that-but I sure am grateful to be here for this battle.

PRAISE GOD for Gov. Kay Ivey for signing a law criminalizing transgender-affirming medicine, treatments, and surgery! Thank you for her courage and sanity in protecting minors and charging those who mutilate them with a felony punishable up to 10 years in prison! Heavenly Father, protect her, her family and staff and all those who are at risk from retaliation for agreeing with her. May many others in public office take courage and stand up to evil as she is doing.
