Postmaster General Louis DeJoy said the U.S. Postal Service will pause changes to the agency until after the election.
“I came to the Postal Service to make changes to secure the success of this organization and its long-term sustainability,” DeJoy said in a Tuesday statement. “I believe significant reforms are essential to that objective, and work toward those reforms will commence after the election.”
“In the meantime, there are some longstanding operational initiatives — efforts that predate my arrival at the Postal Service — that have been raised as areas of concern as the nation prepares to hold an election in the midst of a devastating pandemic. To avoid even the appearance of any impact on election mail, I am suspending these initiatives until after the election is concluded,” he added. . . .
The Senate will get the opportunity to question DeJoy on Friday during a hearing aimed at addressing issues at the Postal Service ahead of the 2020 elections.

Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, I pray the postal system will not be used by anyone to alter voting results in the upcoming election. Enable the system to work according to Your good will, and serve citizens as it was intended to do. I pray for Your guidance of Postmaster DeJoy and all those involved in the hearing on Friday resulting in favorable agreement protecting all interested parties, and keeping at bay anyone who would consider using “mail-in” ballots in an illegal way. Protect America from evil, and protect the November election from evil. Amen
I question which changes he wants to make since he is fully supporting the Socialist party. Is he planning on censoring our mail the way social media censors what we can see????
Father God,
In Jesus Name, I pray that Postmaster General Louis DeJoy will do what You direct him to do. If he has not know You, please ignite him to seek accept and own Christ Jesus. If he already does, please draw him closer to YOU so that the next year, working together with President Trump, he can help to make Post Office be profitable.

I am praying for this man to be widely accepted by the committee so he ca move forward with his work. It’s too bad we have to lose 2 months to appease the chaos in our country.
Question? How is removing the drop boxes and destroying the sorting machines supposed to help? Just asking.
