House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) raised the long-shot possibility that she could become the acting president if neither President Donald Trump or Democratic nominee Joe Biden receives enough electoral votes to declare victory in November.
On Oct. 1, the speaker told reporters that she is preparing the House for a possible role in determining the winner with a vote by each state’s delegation. “We have all sorts of opportunities,” she said.
If a majority doesn’t emerge for either of the two candidates, Pelosi said, “then it goes into another range where the speaker becomes the [president],” referring to herself. . . .
About 150 years ago, the House played a role in determining the outcome of a presidential election. A 269–269 Electoral College tie or another dispute that prevents the determination of a clear winner would result in a contingent election, according to the 12th Amendment.
Democrats have a majority in the House with individual lawmakers, although Republicans have a majority of state delegations, as 26 states have a GOP majority and 22 states have a Democratic majority. There is a tie in Pennsylvania, while Michigan has seven Democrats, six Republicans, and one independent.
At her news conference, Pelosi said, “As you may recall, I’ve said … that we will be ready,” adding that there are a number of scenarios that could emerge.
If the House delegation vote results in a tie or if the Senate delegation vote results in a tie, Pelosi would become the acting president of the United States, according to the 1947 Presidential Succession Act.
Pelosi made reference to the contested election scenario earlier this week.
“Anything we do to increase our numbers in the House, whether it’s state delegations or members of Congress wherever they are, will help us hold the House and enlarge our size, win the Senate and elect Joe Biden president of the United States on Election Day—or the few days that it takes to count thereafter,” she said in an interview.
In the interview, she confirmed sending a letter to House Democrats to shift funding to battleground districts.
The Constitution requires Congress to certify the Electoral College vote total on Jan. 6, 2021.
Congress hasn’t been used to intervene in a presidential election since 1877.

Please help Nancy Pelosi to realize that her time is up. She need to resign.
Please let the winning of Nov. 3, 2020 by the Trump/Pence be an eye opening for her that she can not win from GOD and that Trump/Pence is God’s choice not human. Because it is just no way for Trump/Pence to win the 2016 election let alone this 2020. Only YOUR WILL BE DONE FATHER GOD. We pray that America to go back to YOU forever and for generations and generations to come. In Jesus name. Amen.

None of the elections would be constitutionally based, so none are legitimate. Unless you think the amendments that got us here are legitimate.
Almighty Lord God, we ask that You paralyze, bind, disable and break off the demonic spirits that are directing Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and all other Democrats serving in The House, Senate, Supreme Court as well as state governors. Remove the power from the people of wealth and ungodly influence who have an agenda take control of our freedoms and rights. Break every curse that has been spoken over this nation of freedom and the Constitution we live by. Expose every lie and the people behind them. Illuminate this land with Your light and reveal Yourself as the undeniable, unshakable, all powerful LORD. May every knee bow and every tongue confess You are LORD. In the name of Jesus.

The only Righteous Judge is God. He will choose between the two candidates and establish his chosen one as the next President of the United States. Man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. I pray that God would not allow those who hate America to be in power in our government. We need patriots, not politicians!
