A majority of Americans are bracing for the possibility of a politically-fired civil war, and more than half are already stockpiling food and other essential items to survive and fight back, according to a new survey shared with Secrets.
In the survey, 61% said that the United States is nearing a second civil war, including a shocking 41% who “strongly agree” with that assessment.
And 52% are so convinced that it is just around the corner, or after Election Day, that they are putting away food and other essentials, an historic expansion of the prepper movement that has been brewing for years, now driven by fear and coronavirus-induced shortages. . . .
Secrets has been following the series of surveys that have been sizing up the state of the nation and business since the coronavirus crisis hit. Of all the studies so far, this is the first to raise majority concerns about a potential war.
It comes as the 2020 presidential race is getting hot, with both sides ginning up support from radicals, and clashes a regular thing. It also comes as the Black Lives Matter movement continues to conduct heated protests to the point of riots in some cities.
During the first presidential debate, President Trump, while agreeing to decry racially-motivated groups, told the so-called Proud Boys, a militarized group that supports him, to “stand back and stand by.” The president also repeated his concerns that Democrats are scheming to steal the election.
Predictably, it’s the political extremes who are most ready for war, with 52% of very liberal, 52% of very conservative, 32% of somewhat liberal, 34% of moderate, and 35% of somewhat conservative respondents saying they believe the statement “I’m concerned that the U.S. could be on the verge of another civil war.”. . .

Already in several cities, including in the Washington suburbs, major stores including Sam’s Club and Costco, are reinstituting limits on items such as canned foods, bottled water, and paper goods.
“We have been conducting surveys of consumers and employees since the beginning of April in order to help industries make strategic decisions in the month ahead. The current data shows an alarming trend that that extreme political polarization of our country has a majority of Americans concerned that our country could be a powder keg ready to explode into a Civil War,” said Ron Bonjean, a partner at ROKK Solutions.

Dear Father, You instructed us in Ephesians 6:11 – 18, to put on the whole armor of God….For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Father, bind those who plot evil against Your people and protect us from their wicked devices. In the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Please allow the result of Trump/Pence winning so big that nothing can deny it and all knows that Your hands are on it. Both House and Senate will be majority Republican. Please do not let civil war in 2021 but unity flourishing because the economy is rising. MSM are taming down due to the overwhelming result of election.
Soros and others who fund violence, for some unknown reason, their funds are dried up.

Father God,
Your Word says that “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, and the people he chose for his inheritance” (Psalm 33:12). As we remember that we are a nation under God, grant us grace to acknowledge that you are in complete control, and you remain almighty. For “No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his great strength. A horse is vain hope for deliverance; despite all its great strength it cannot save. BUT the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine” (Psalm 33:16-19). Therefore, God, we surrender to your Lordship, because you are our help and our shield. We hope in you and your unfailing love. Let this love be also in us, removing fears incited by political or economic uncertainties and racial divides. Remind us that you created peoples because it pleases you that we all come to know the love of God that casts out our fears that lead us to do evil, hurting ourselves and others. May the peace of Christ rule our hearts and the heart of this nation as we, your people, repent and submit to your lordship. Thank you for your grace, mercy and faithfulness to us and for reminding us that we are a nation under God; therefore, unite our hearts, Lord, to trust in your holy name. You are almighty God who promises never to leave us or forsake us. You are our ever-present help in times of trouble. We, as a nation, need you. Our country is only great because You are a great God over this nation who also fulfills the purposes of your heart through all generations of Americans. May your “plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future (Jer. 29:11)” stand firm. Even when we are faithless, you are faithful. Increase our faith in you in these difficult times and challenging days ahead. With God, nothing is impossible. To God Almighty be all honor and glory. In Jesus’name.
Our church recently offered an all day workshop designed to prepare its adherents for a civil war. It included a section on stockpiling food as well as recognition of economic and electronic problems that might result from such an occurrence.
Truly I wish there had been more emphasis and teaching on the importance of intercessory prayer. At least one gentleman near me reacted to the information with fear despite the pastor affirming the Scripture from 2Timothy1:7 (“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”
Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” As believers, we have been given authority and power from our Father. 2 Corinthians 10:4, “(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)”. Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Utilizing the blood and name of Jesus, we can come against these unseen enemies. We can decree and declare that these strongholds and platforms of the enemy come down. This would include fear, intimidation, for the links with men to accomplish evil, unrest, violence, murder to be broken. Pray for exposure of the people behind the scenes paying for these people to do what they do, individuals having hidden plans, agendas, in the hidden places. Pray that justice and liberty will take place and that those perpetrating this will be taken down, every act of injustice dealt with. Pray that righteousness would reign. 1 Timothy 2:1-4, “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.” Pray for all.
Fear not, Beloved. Fret not, for fretting leads to evil per the Psalms. I, too, pray fervently daily. I pray for specific battleground states, for favor for God’s chosen candidates, for free and fair elections, etc. I love to pray. One image that I have seen is an elephant moving across the US toward Washington, D.C. The serpent is also moving across the land, hidden in the tall grass, but slithering along toward D.C. Father God, we must look up, connect with you, and pray according to your will, but I pray that believers in every state would also look down and see the serpent in the grass and know how to pray against its continued journey. I thank you that, even though Satan bruised your heel, you crushed his head. Thank you for all of the prayer and worship that is happening in Washington, D.C. If Satan makes it that far, I believe praise and worship will crush his head. One thing that I have seen is that even the great and mighty elephant kneels before you. Every knee will bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Every day I receive scriptures and chapters from GOD’S Word to reveal either places for personal and national repentance or encouragement that God is with us and to receive strategy to fight the battles that align with current events. They reveal the mind of God concerning what is occurring on the earth He created and our decision to obey His Word and Will or our own ways.
Today I was given Joshua 5,6, and 7. I saw the blowing of trumpets at “The Return” and the March in Washington for repentance. Truly we are in a battle that is bringing division in the land. Chapter 6 gave me hope that the fight for righteousness would win. However, I am troubled by chapter 7. Before continuing into battle after Jericho there was an incident that caused defeat in the next battle that brought the wrath of God. An accursed thing was taken from the enemy’s camp. I immediately felt a strong warning come upon me. It prevents us from taking enemy ground. My fervent prayer is that if and when we are granted victory, we will not lose favor with God and not lose what we have conquered by taking an accursed thing from the enemy’s camp. This could be many things that we should be praying about. We must pray for God’s righteousness to go before us. Warnings come for us to keep the course for victory for the glory of God.
Years ago the Lord gave me a vision concerning this country. I saw what appeared to be a loose knit sweater, big stitches kind, the seam where the sleeve is stitched to the main body of the sweater was unraveled, all but one stitch was holdIng them together. Then I saw these great big knitting needles appear and started knitting the sleeve and the body of the sweater back together! I knew it was Our Father! How He will do this will be in many ways a mystery but one thing we do know we are an integral part of the events. Yesterday, I asked Him about the dissenters, haters. He said they will be silenced by the Lion and the Lamb of God. The hornets sting and then die (down) their voice drowned out by “the Voice of Many Waters”. my people speak out My words of warfare to the heavens and earth, both! I, Shirley, responded: I understand, awesome Lord God; warfare against powers, principalities, evil spirits and peace, strength to your people as they speak (pray, declare, degree,command, bind or loosen Your words over any, all situations in Your Son’s name You hear us and are moved to save us from our enemies and bring us Your deliverance, healing and Restoration! I believe, in JESUS NAME, AMEN. Saints, what do you think?
I think that we can only rely on God’s power to give us what He wants us to have. That it is out of our hands at this point.
Shirley…I LOVE that you are praying, declaring, decreeing, commanding, binding and loosening with your mouth!! Satan cannot read our minds but quakes in fear and flees at what comes out of our mouths!
Sweet Jesus you commanded us to love one another- I pray that every person who identifies with you will stand up for peace. that we will call Satan out for the liar he is and stand strong for unity from the body of Christ. Help us to put aside ourselves and shout out for love and respect boldly saying I am made in the image of God and we are one people under the grace of God to go forth against such foolishness. We bind the lies of the enemy that would cause division. We speak peace over this country over our hearts and minds.
Father we thank you that we do not have to walk in fear but with faith in you. Give us wisdom and trust in you.
Lord God, we come to you today to plead and decree the blood of Christ upon The United States of America! For it’s Holy and Devine protection against enemies foreign and domestic. Please fill us and those who know you not with the Spirit of Joy and not the Spirit of fear! For in the blood of the Lamb we are set free! In Jesus name! Amen
In 2020 the unseen Enemy of God has already been
instigating many to fight
violently throughout our land. I know he is using
Communist
agitators to direct the mobs who are paid by certain wealthy persons. But who is fighting against them, physically, I mean? During our previous Civil War, men who believed one way about our nation and our values signed up on one side, men of a different persuasion signed up to fight on the other side.
Today we have enemies paying mercenaries ( essentially) to fight the rest of us. I can’t see any of “the rest of us” talking about signing up to join a physical militia, and who is offering to lead them. How can we have a Civil War with only one side having an army?
If we asked God to prevent Soros and his Foundation and his buddies and the Communists from paying men to keep fighting our nation, would God likely agree with our request? Or will good people form a physical army/militia to combat the Enemy’s troops?
I will preface my reply by saying I am not a pastor, theologian scholar or college graduate. I am a middle-class American woman who lives in the Midwest raised on a farm. I love my Country, my state and my community. Above all I love Jesus passionately, but not as passionately as I will tomorrow!
You raise a very good thought and some very good questions, I do not have the answers. I do not know what else to do but pray. Pray without ceasing. I think there’re times I think we are in a Job scenario, God gave Satan permission to shift us (the Church) and after we are sifted the remnant will remain. Some have passed through the sifting process and already engaged in war – Spiritual War in prayer. My heart keeps telling me it’s not what might happen it is where are my eyes and my heart fixed on? Lord let the individuals here IFA community (even thought we are strangers perhaps in the natural we are brothers and sisters in you. We were all created in your image.) stand together agreeing what you are doing, and speaking. Unified in Spirit we can be the watchmen on the wall that is needed in so many arenas in our Nation right now Lord.
Lord, we ask together as one heart and mind that you would intervene and prevent Soros and his Foundation along with every individual and anti -Christian groups or organizations from paying men to keep fighting our Nation. We ask that you expose the subversive group that is working to steal, kill and destroy this Nation. We are one Nation, under you God and you alone.
I, too, have struggled with this and have spent many hours in prayer and Bible study in my attempt to understand whether and how we are called to take up arms in the event of civil war. The best I can determine from scriptures, there are times when that is warranted, but they are few and are limited in scope. For example, the Jews in the time of Esther were allowed to take up arms against their enemies but for only one or two days. I have listed to messages from prophets on the Internet, and they say that we should not do so until and unless it is very clear that this is what God wants. I pray that He will make his will abundantly clear in this matter, as I do not want to run ahead of God.
For now I am engaged in every peaceful means to bring about a godly resolution to the conflicts in our nation. I organized 10 days of prayer September 19-28 in my church in conjunction with The Return, and I pray often for God to intervene in our nation to bring about His righteousness. I try to spread truth with the people I know in order to dispel the lies of the enemy. I am encouraging my church to inform themselves and vote in the upcoming election.
Lord God, we acknowledge that the problems facing this nation are much greater than we can fix in the natural. You are the only one with the wisdom and power to save this nation, so we call on you from the depths of our hearts to intervene. Help us to do what we can to counteract the lies of the enemy and to spread the truth. But since there are ll such powerful spiritual entities behind what is happening, we ask you to unleash your holy angels in power to defeat these powers of darkness. Give us great wisdom to know when and how to respond if this nation should be plunged into civil war. We wait on you to lead and guide us. In the powerful name of your Son, Jesus the Christ, Amen!
Father God I pray for our country. I pray against any division that Satan would want to bring between people. Jesus you prayed the night before you went to the cross that your people would be one just as you and the Father are one. You love unity because you are a God of love and love brings unity. Our country is becoming so divided. Our churches are becoming divided. Our families are becoming divided. We pray against this dark evil satanic division that we are bringing upon ourselves. I confess my own sin of not loving other people and being critical and judge mental of others. I have done the same thing. Lord forgive me! Help Me as your child to show and share the love of Jesus, not to hate. Please help your church to share the love of Jesus, acceptance, forgiveness, speaking the truth in love, being courageous for you. But also help us to speak of your justice, your righteousness, your holiness, and of repentance of sin. Help us not to be afraid of speaking the truth boldly in your name.In the mighty name of Jesus, king of kings and Lord of lords
As Christians we do not panic to what we see manifest us the physical. We shut it down in the spiritual realms with the blood of Jesus and bind the spirit of Zeus. Guys we are in spiritual warfare and Gods word says that we are not ignorant of the enemy’s devices because the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. Where are we going to use spiritual weapons but in the spiritual realm!! We cancel and burn up all plans for war being orchestrated against the United States and our president and all who are on his side in the mighty name of Jesus. For His bane us above every other name and at the name of Jesus every knee shall now and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD to the glory of God the Father
I am one of the ones preparing. I never thought I would be a prepper. I am one now. I bought food that expires in 25 years. I have water filtration system pitcher and I have bought extra of some items. I am fasting and praying and preparing for the worst, hoping and praying for God to forgive us and have mercy.
