A clip of the Minnesota lawmaker went viral with over 2.6 million views after it was posted on X, with a translation saying Omar had said: “As Somalis, one day we will go after our missing territories.”
We were profoundly surprised, even shocked on discovering the remarks made by Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D) of Minnesota in a recent public forum, widely circulated on most social media platforms and attached below for your reference.

Omar is a convicted Muslim. I imagine she is a member of the
jihad to take over the American society.
If she is not converted to the American Way or to Jesus as her
Savior and leader, then she will propagate the Somalian way
which is the Muslim way.
The fact that she is so open seems to indicate that the Muslims are
ready to move publicly in their propagation.

Islam — Mohammedanism — teaches deception and dissembling, even within families and certainly with regard to non-Moslems (what a contrast with Christianity, which teaches honesty toward oneself and others!). We must have known that we were accepting viper’s brood when admitting to the country such false refugees and treasonous immigrants as Ilhan Omar, yet, doubtless, we believed that the influence of a once godly society could in time lead to her salvation.
Lord God, father of us all, I pray that the eyes of every American and every resident in our land would be opened to see the truth, your Truth, and that the hearts of all would be opened to receive your salvation. All this I pray in the name of the only Redeemer, your Son, Jesus, the Christ.

She should go back to her own country and fight for what she believes there if she feels that strongly about the situation in Somalia. She has already proven she doesn’t believe in our constitution or our need to protect our freedoms.

Somehow the person who quoted the NewsWeek article left out the strongest response in the article:
“Expel from Congress, denaturalize and deport!” DeSantis wrote on X.
In the past, DeSantis has singled out Omar as allegedly propagating antisemitic movements within Congress. In January 2022, after a group of people wearing Nazi symbols made national headlines for yelling antisemitic slurs on streets and highway overpasses in the Orlando area, DeSantis said he would not let others shame him for his support of Jews.
“I’m not going to have people try to smear me that belong to a political party that has elevated antisemites to the halls of Congress, like (US Rep.) Ilhan Omar, that have played footsie with the (boycott Israel) movement,” DeSantis said at the time.”
If this report is true and accurate, it means that Omar has denied her oath as a United States citizen, to protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic. She has proclaimed that she is a Somali, and not a U.S. Citizen. Why is this foreign national allowed to participate in the Congress of the United States of America? My prayer is “Help us Lord to seek your will when we the leaders of our government.
I am surprised at the anger spewing out in many of these posts. I suspect it is fueled by anger at the open border situation. If our only representatives and officials had to be born in the US many, many excellent officials of the past would not have been allowed to serve here.
I would suggest listening to the clip of the speech which seems to me to be to a Somali audience in a Somalia area and has nothing to do with America. Should that be an issue? Her concerns about her native home are understandable but her attitude about American actions and ways is another. But there are plenty of native born Americans whose attitudes about our country are as troubling as hers.
Lord, help us to seek your desires for our hearts and minds. May we honor You in our prayers.
According to news sources, these comments were made in the US to her constituents – not in a Somalia area.
Omar has long been a source of “ugliness” in Congress…….from her clinging to the Squad, to her stance on Israel, to the reports of falsified records to achieve immigration, to this. When we accept immigrants, there has long been the assumption / condition that they assimilate to our nation and culture, not erode and overthrow it. She has continuously criticized, demeaned, etc our way of life, our beliefs, etc. In Congress, we should expect “America First”……..we’re never going to get it from her……she needs to be expelled, her citizenship revoked, and deported………..her tenure is a lie and a slap in the face to those legal immigrants who come, embrace our nation, uphold our culture and protect it. She is an abomination.
As for the “hate” expressed…….i believe America’s cup of tolerance is starting to overflow. My prayer is that this is expressed legally and productively……expressing (politely) their dissatisfaction to their representatives, voting and getting involved to affect positive change. America is much better than our elected officials are giving us…….we need to clean house……Omar has volunteered to be first.
It is not anger but rather righteous indignation. Psalms 97:10 Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
We have too many fence sitters in this world now. People who are neither hot nor cold for Jesus (Revelations 3:15-16). Who are willing to go along with what is easy or popular at the time and that is why we are in the shape we are in now. We have been way too complacent, not knowing the scriptures nor following them. God is a God of order (1Corinthians 14:40) There are set ways for doing things and like it says in Matthew 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. How did a MUSLIM be allowed to run for governmental office?? This is America- and it needs to be AMERICA FIRST! Only American born citizens should be allowed to run for governmental office. This is where we made our mistake by “letting” everyone else into our government. We put America last and this NEEDS to change now! Do you think that American’s could run for governmental office in Somilia or other Muslim countries? Never! They won’t allow it. AND WE SHOULDNT EITHER! This is AMERICA- The LAND OF THE FREE! Be careful not to broad brush all LEGAL immigrants with the one Omar deserves. There are many here who came for a better life and love our country more than some natural born citizens. I’d put one of those in Congress any day of the week. Omar is NOT one, neither are ANY of the Squad.
Lord, I pray voters wake up to the damage their selections are doing to our Nation. Please grant us the wisdom and strength to recognize those not serving America (and therefore You) well and remove them quickly from places of influence. Bring YOUR justice to Omar and replace her with someone who will better serve Your purposes for our nation.
Perhaps Ilhan Omar has been elected so that Americans may awaken to the perils now within and without our country. At the very least, we know that God can turn catastrophe into blessing, evil to serve for good.

As for her comments, may they awaken people to her agenda. Father, forgive her for she knows not what she does! Grant her grace to repent and follow You. As an American living in Kenya I can tell you this woman is a danger to us and to nations like Kenya. Her land has assassinated over 150 university Christian students who were in morning glory- a 5 AM prayer meeting. Our own state dept warns us not to travel to Mombasa because of the harm to Christians by Muslims especially those of Somalian descent. She needs to be deported and taken out of office for treasonous and threatening statements. This next move of GOD in east Africa will sweep Muslim into the Kingdom of GOD.
If she is a Somalian first, then why is she here?? Then she needs to return to her homeland. I pray for this deceived woman, that she has a vision of Jesus Christ as her Messiah, and gives her life to Him! To God be the glory!

Father wake up America and its voters to stop putting people into our governments who do not appreciate even being here. They are not for us . We need to discern and remember the scriptures you have provided which tell us that those who are NOT WITH US are against us. Matthew 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. Luke 11:23 says same.

Interesting that I was awakened to read this article in the 3 am watch— when Jesus came walking in the water declaring to NOT be afraid!!
