No Kings Events Brought Chaos
Last weekend turned violent as No Kings events across the nation saw damage, violence, and even death. Now, Congress is seeking answers, as even the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) may have been involved.
Who is praying on the wall?
From The Epoch Times:
On June 14, the LAPD once again issued dispersal orders in Los Angeles after the anti-Trump “No Kings” protests became violent, with rocks and bricks reportedly being thrown at law enforcement. In Portland, Oregon, the Portland Police Bureau declared a riot as “No Kings” protesters clashed with federal officers outside an ICE facility. Multiple officers were reportedly injured.
While protests fizzled out in some places, many of the 1,500+ events became increasingly violent. Just the News reports that one person, believed to be an innocent bystander, was killed during a No Kings event in Utah:
“Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, 39, was shot and killed while attending the permitted event. Our detectives believe he was an innocent bystander. Arturo Gamboa, 24, was arrested and booked into jail on a charge of murder,” police said on social media.
“Detectives allege he raised an AR-15-style rifle and ran toward the crowd, prompting a person to fire three rounds, one of which tragically struck Mr. Ah Loo. Chief Brian Redd extended his condolences to Mr. Ah Loo’s family and those affected by this traumatic event,” police also said.
As many rampaged across the U.S., many more were left wondering who was funding this chaos. As we know, riots and protests like the ones on June 14 are rarely organic. More often then not, these events are organized by nonprofits that specialize in civil disobedience. Last year’s anti-Israel encampments, for example, were funded by nonprofits and, in part, George Soros.
The Epoch Times details a push from several House Republicans to investigate one funder’s ties to the CCP:
On Friday, House Republicans launched an investigation into Neville Roy Singham, an American businessman living in China who allegedly funds protest groups in the United States, including those involved in far-left pro-Hamas organizations and the anti-ICE riots in LA.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna announced on X on June 10 that the House Oversight Committee will be calling Singham to testify regarding the funding of “a communist group” tied to both the Los Angeles riots and the CCP.
Outside forces funding these protests should further inform our prayers. These are coordinated efforts to sow division and fracture America.
In the wake of this violence and chaos, let’s pray. Let’s pray that America returns to Christ, and that revivals, not riots, flood our streets!

Our Heavenly Father. We have been overtaken in the streets and freeways
from protests that turn violent. The “No Kings” Day was peaceful in a lot of places,
but people had a lot of horrible and slanderous things to say against President
Trump. There were many places that became violent with fireworks, burning American
flags, throwing rocks and fireworks and rocks at Police. LA was a constant riot for many
days and nights even though there was a curfew. There are paid insurrectionists that come
as anarchists and disrupt peaceful protests with rocks, breaking concrete, using hammers to
get cement and walk onto freeways and close them. They were throwing big pieces of cement
off of freeways onto Police cars and destroying them. They were firebombing Police and
using graffiti and breaking windows and looting stores causing millions of dollars worth of
destruction and damage.
There is a civil unrest among a lot of people. There is a Spirit of Violence that is being spread
all across America. Where there is hatred and division, there will never be peace. People
need to ask themselves why they are doing it. It is not solving or helping anything,
We ask that God takes over the United States and that we have Peace instead of War
in the streets. We need people to have a revival instead of going against God and
Our Country. God, please bring out strong, young Christians that are not afraid to speak
out for Christ and bring people to the Lord. Amen and Amen.
And would these same people who appear to be against any kind of protection force (law enforcement of any kind, military etc), if terrorists invaded America like 9-1-1 but much worse, EXPECT THEM TO KEEP THEM SAFE AND PROTECT THEM? It’s like biting the hand that feeds you, sort of. God help us.
YHVH, You know all things!! These protests, whether peaceful or violent were labeled as “No Kings!” events and therefore were/are anarchist in nature and intent. Lawlessness has been unleashed over our nation, and we are reaping the fruit of that lawlessness – it is bitter fruit. I repent on my own behalf, and on behalf of the ekklesia for any and all ways that I/we have been party to it. Lawlessness is any and all acts and behaviors that are prohibited in Torah. When the Scripture speaks of lawlessness, it is better termed, Torah-lessness. Please forgive us. Yeshua, You did not come to abolish Torah but to give it its full meaning. May it be restored, in whatever way(s) that honor it and Your call to us – through it – a call to live a life of obedience to Your mitzvot. Rightfully understood and applied, Torah reveals Your divine character and how to live a life that pleases You
Have we not recognized that President Trump and the Republican Party
have gone too far in the deep, damaging, reckless, ruthless cuts beyond eliminating waste and fraud. It is unconscionable the damage that is being done in every area of our worthy programs in our country. Yes! There was fraud, waste and abuse, but that was not thoughtfully and carefully removed. There was a chain saw that is bringing damage. The very needy are going to suffer because of these cuts in every areas. To cut the Social Security Administration is reckless as people will have a very difficult time getting help they need because of the reduced staffing. There is no empathy or compassion around these cuts in every area. The immigrants are not being treated with love and compassion as the Bible tells us to do. Children and families are scared to death as families are bing torn apart and separated. Most of these people are not criminals even though they felt they needed to try to make a better life for themselves here in the US. The “No Kings” protest was millions of Americans peacefully standing up to resist what they believe to be an extreme overreach on behalf of our President. His bill is taking away what the needy lower income people need in the way of services and transferring the bulk of the money to those who don’t need it. We don’t want real criminals in our country but we need to support working families who do many jobs that many Americans don’t want to do that help our economy because they provide worthy services and they pay taxes. I think we need to pray in this organization for our eyes to see and to recognize as Christians that many of us are blind to what the Bible really says. I have been a conservative all my life, and I wanted to get rid of East and fraud, but I did not want to cause the painful results we are seeing unfold under this administration. Some things happening are good but I see mostly irreparable harm. Please be open to seeing how this administration has taken things too far and recognize the damage taking place. That is why I support the mostly peaceful “No Kings” March across our country. The big beautiful bill does not cut our national debt but adds to it. Even though President Trump campaigned on “No Tax on Tips” “No Tax on Social Security” those things are unnecessary and the latter can bring harm to Social Security in the future. The depletion of the non-criminal undocumented immigrants is costing a fortune. We are increasing the national debt. The unnecessary parade in D.C. on the 14th cost a huge amount of money. I don’t believe Trump is doing the right thing when it comes to challenging our allies the way he has. He has even accused Zelensky of starting the war between Ukraine and Russia. We need to pray to really see God’s will. Pray for us to really apply God’s will from His word as to right and wrong. Neither Republicans nor Democrats have all the right answers. There are right and wrong answers on both sides. Pray to see what they are. I pray for God to transform our leaders according to His will from the inside out and to bring a strength of empathy and humility to bear on their decision making. Rip, Lord Jesus! In Your precious name I pray! Amen!
Dory for some typo errors. Help! Lord Jesus! Amen!
Social Security has not been cut. Let me tell you because of Pres. Trump how I have benefited from Social Security. My husband and I were teachers in public education. When you retire you must choose between teacher retire and Social Security . You could not draw both pensions even tho you paid into both. Because Pres.Trump changed the law which was unfair, I am able to draw my teachers pension and my husband’s full Social Security. Sometimes we don’t have correct information when we express our opinions. Thank you, God bless
A Biblical look at Immigration I believe the author is Josh Howerton
With images like this floating around, it’s clear Christians are going to have to think Biblically about these issues.
Here are 10 (difficult) thoughts…
1⃣ Christians as individuals are commanded to love immigrants (Lev 19:34), and should not let debates about IMMIGRATION POLICY erode their love for IMMIGRANTS as people.
But (wildly unpopular thoughts to come)…
This does NOT mean that Christians should oppose the enforcement of immigration laws or support mass immigration, because…
—
2⃣ In the Bible, God establishes BORDERS, NATIONS, and WALLS.
// Divides the world into nations (Genesis 11)
// Establishes borders (Acts 17:26, Deut 32:8)
// Led his people to build walls to protect their borders (2 Chron 14:7, Psalm 51:18, 1 Kings 3:1, Nehemiah).
Now, that FEELS unloving, and we need to address that…
—
3⃣ OBJECTION: “But building walls and enforcing immigration laws is hateful!”
No, nations build walls for the same reason you have a lock on your front door – not because you HATE the people on the outside, but because you LOVE the people on the inside.
The reason we have a legal immigration process is to vet who comes into the country, just like a good father vets who comes into their home.
Also…
—
4⃣ The United States allows (by far) the most legal immigrants per year of any nation in the world.
Of the Top 10 countries that allow the MOST legal immigrants per year in the world, we are #1 at 1M+ annually, nearly 250K more than #2 on the list.
This is why legal immigrants overwhelmingly support enforcement of immigration laws:
Because allowing illegal immigration without consequence is saying to all those who are legally waiting in line: “Suckers!”
—
5⃣OBJECTION: “But the Bible commands us to ‘love the immigrant’ and ‘care for the sojourner’!”
Using that verse to oppose enforcement of immigration law is a reasoning error called “category confusion.”
The conversation is not about “loving immigrants.” It is about punishing criminals. The actions being taken have nothing to do with people being “immigrants” (which is why legal immigrants are not being deported).
The actions being taken are because people broke the law (and the Biblical role of the government is to punish crime, Rom 13:1-5)
—
6⃣Illegal entry into the United States has been a federal crime since 1929 under 8 U.S. Code 1325: Improper Entry By Alien, and it’s not a victimless crime (like jaywalking)
In California alone, taxpayers spend $9.5 BILLION on healthcare for illegal immigrants.
And keep in mind, our nation is currently $37T in debt with financial analysts warning of the possibility of a catastrophic debt spiral
—
7⃣ OBJECTION: “But Christians should want LOVING government leaders, and loving leaders would WANT to care for people!”
Yes, but in the Bible leaders are called to prioritize the people God has placed under their leadership over people who are not under their leadership.
If a Dad cares for other people’s kids in a way that harms his own kids, that doesn’t make him a good man, it makes him a terrible father. If a nation’s leaders care for another nations’ citizens in a way it harms its own citizens, that doesn’t make them merciful people, it makes them terrible leaders in dereliction of duty.

8⃣ Response to the “JESUS WAS AN IMMIGRANT” thing:
-Jesus never broke immigration laws
-His family traveled to legally register themselves in a national census (Luke 2:1-5)
-Jesus did not “immigrate”: He left Nazareth (in the Roman Empire) to go to Egypt (also in the Roman Empire)
-Jesus commanded obedience to laws (Rom 13:1)
-People like to selectively-edit Jesus to turn him into a mascot for their cause. You can equally say things like, “Jesus never left his home country, Jesus was unvaccinated, Jesus fed the poor without raising taxes, Jesus told people to buy weapons, etc”
Jesus is a Lord, not a mascot.
—
9⃣ Response to protestors using this verse: “You shall not mistreat a foreigner nor oppress them.” (Exod. 22:21)
Yes and amen! But…
-The Bible also requires the “foreigner” to obey the laws of the land (Numbers 15:15-16), which includes immigration laws
-It is not mistreatment to ensure the number of “foreigners” does not become harmful to the people of the nation.
And, nobody ever seems to bring up this verse (#10)…
—
🔟 We must also be careful not to pick and choose which verses of the Old Testament we apply and do not apply to modern immigration discussions.
This was also a warning God gave to the people of Israel that is rarely discussed:
“Foreigners who live in your land will gain more and more power, while you gradually lose yours. They will have money to lend you, but you will have none to lend them. In the end they will be your rulers.” (Deut. 28:43)
💥 FINAL WORD 💥
DON’T let debates about immigration policy harden your hearts toward immigrants.
DON’T get gaslit into supporting disorder.
LOVE PEOPLE.
AND GRACIOUSLY OPPOSE LAWLESSNESS.
Delores, this is an excellent commentary on illegal immigration – nothing new to me, but so well presented and organized. The warning in Deut. 28:43 is so important, as is the “final word”! Hope it gets a broader readership!
Father, we ask for a continuing release of spiritual power in our nation to bring forth the salvation of millions. Break the back of strongholds of violence and hatred, replacing them with love and kindness. We thank You for what is already taking place, now we ask that the disillusionment and hunger for change cause many more people to turn to Jesus. You said, “America shall be saved,” and we will accept nothing less. In Jesus’s name we pray, amen.
Lord, as recorded in John 10:9-11: John 10:9-11
You said:
9 I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and [a]have it abundantly.
11 “I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.
Thank you, Lord, for laying down Your life for the sheep. We know that the devil is a thief, that he is causing all this chaos, violence and hate. Oh shepherd of our souls, send out Your holy angels to spark and revival and spiritual awakening within the protesters hearts, during the protests, even as a person picks up a brick to toss it. May the hands of these angels stop the arms that throw violence, break the hearts of rage, anger and hate. May the fear of the Lord fall upon these gatherings and, instead, scatter those who would tear down. I praise You and thank You that You hear and You act according to Your will. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done. Amen.
Father God, we lift up our country our America to you in the wake of these violent protests and riots. We pray your hand upon us and may evil be exposed and dealt with. Protect our law enforcement and military guide our leaders open the eyes of those that are blinded by evil. Jesus may your love be in our hearts may we pray for the lost to be able to see your truth. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray amen. I love you, Jesus.
