As chaos ramps up in Los Angeles, California Governor Gavin Newsom is daring the Trump administration to arrest him after he suggested he is unwilling to comply with federal authorities seeking to arrest and deport illegal immigrants.

Trumpās border czarĀ Tom HomanĀ said of Newsomās comments, āItās a felony to knowingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien. Itās a felony to impede law enforcement doing their job.ā
Newsom responded by taunting Homan to carry out the arrest.
āHeās a tough guy. Why doesnāt he do that? He knows where to find me,ā Newsom said. āThat kind of bloviating is exhausting. So, Tom, arrest me. Letās go.ā
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass reportedly also dismissed the warning, saying that “[Homan]Ā had absolutely positively no reason to even say that.”
This comes amid riots that broke out over the weekend in Los Angeles. Young activists and foreign nationals alike have banded together, assaulting the police and pushing for an end to the arrect and deportation of illegal immigrants. In response, President Trump sent in the National Guard, a move that many leftist officials were quick to condemn as unnecessary.

President Donald TrumpĀ deployed the National Guard to the Los Angeles area after protests against Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids escalated into riots over the weekend.
ICE began the raids Friday, and agitators took to the streets in downtown Los Angeles and Paramount, Calif. Democrats condemned both the ICE raids and the National Guard response to the riots.
āIn recent days, violent mobs have attacked ICE officers and federal law enforcement agents carrying out basic deportation operations in Los Angeles, California,ā White HouseĀ press secretary Karoline LeavittĀ said in a news release Saturday. āThese operations are essential to halting and reversing the invasion of illegal criminals into the United States. In the wake of this violence, Californiaās feckless Democrat leaders have completely abdicated their responsibility to protect their citizens.ā
āThat is why President Trump has signed a presidential memorandum deploying 2,000 National Guardsmen to address the lawlessness that has been allowed to fester,ā Leavitt added. āThe Trump Administration has a zero tolerance policy for criminal behavior and violence, especially when that violence is aimed at law enforcement officers trying to do their jobs.ā

Nor is it a coincidence that there were huge mass baptisms in CA earlier this same weekend. Evil will NOT have the last word in LA! Our God is in control. Democrats and those on the far left are wanting a civil war. We must continue to pray that this will not happen. Father God, Lord Jesus, we appeal to Heaven, that America as a nation will not succumb to the efforts of evil to breakdown, overthrow or destroy the United States. Instead, Father God, use this as an opportunity to overthrow and destroy evil schemes, wicked plots, and every agreement of the enemy to bring division and destruction. Instead remember the covenants of old, and restore us to a nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Father God, only You can do this! We lean on You and ask for You to deploy Your angelic forces to thwart destruction, to release shalom instead over us, to bring conviction of sin, recognition of Your right to rule, and of Your laws which are forever established. Cause Your people to rise up in unity and holiness to bring instead the Good News of the Gospel of peace across our land. Instead of rebellion, let there be a release of a spirit of obedience to Your voice to Your Word. Humility and submission to righteous authority. We say no king but King Jesus–rule and reign in every heart! Give wisdom to our leaders to know what to do and how to handle these situations. Let it not be done in foolishness or recklessness but with firmness and righteous lawful upholding of Your purposes. Break the power of deception. Release courageous proclamation of the Gospel and bring even those raging against You, God, to humble themselves and know that You rule and reign over all. You are indeed sovereign. Jesus Your name is above all! Thank You for protecting those who are attempting to bring order once more. For Your Name’s sake, Jesus, Amen.
I also ask Father that You prevent any intention to catalyze civil war through these things. We ask that You hold back violence and strife. Father, restrain and prohibit any who are fomenting rebellion to be thwarted completely. Let law and order be established and upheld. Expose and convict or remove any who are intentionally working to overthrow the governmental authorities. Whatever positions they may hold, let them be convicted or removed. Only You know the thoughts and intents of the heart. Father, also cut off the funding of these wicked things. Cause the money trail to be exposed and evident that wickedness is clear and can be stopped. We understand this is a battle in the spiritual realm; we do not battle against flesh and blood. Seeing this, watching, reading, talking with the Lord about all of this, many times my prayers are utterance of words which I do not understand. However, I am also reminded of the prayer we read in Acts 4:29, Lord look upon their threats and grant your servants boldness.

Lord, we ask your Blood Protection over all the ICE agents, police officers, National Guardsmen, and any other law enforcement in LA . We ask that the Governor and Mayor are both legally arrested and brought to justice. I think there is a trap if they try to come arrest them so Lord by your Spirit please keep all law enforcement safe. We bind up all evil; demonic and those humans acting on demonic impulses to be bound according to Matthew 18:18, and we release law and order to LA. We declare that no weapon formed against the law enforcement will prosper, according to Is. 54:17, and we trample the scorpions of chaos and death according to Luke 10:19! It is good, and reveals Your holy character and how to live in a way that pleases You. We have a lawless society, because it is without Torah instruction. Lawless should literally be translated Torah-less. Although it’s application has necessarily changed throughout time it’s precepts and principles have not. I repent on my own behalf, on behalf of the ekkleisa, and on behalf of my nation for Torah-lessness, YHVH. We have transgressed Your law. We have sown to the wind, and reaped the whirlwind. Convict us and call us to repentance, so that we might in humility cry out for Your intervention.
Lord I ask You to cut off the resources funding these riots. I ask that You reveal to them Who they are truly standing against. I pray for Your divine protection over these police officers that are trying to restore peace to LA. I thank you that help is being sent to help these peace officers and protect them and allow them to do their job in sending illegals back to their country. It is clear that George Soros and his clan are funding these riots. Why hasn’t Soros been arrested and locked up, or at least his money and other assets seized to pay for multiple riots over the years he has funded. Who is paying for pallets of bricks delivered to street corners? Professionally printed posters and more? In the old days, law enforcement would surround these mobs, use police dogs and their billy clubs for control, and bring in fleets of buses to haul the participants to jail. Gov Newsome and that incompetent mayor Bass belong in jail. Residents have rights, rioters have none!
Father, Great and mighty God bring us to a place of repentance, change the hearts of those who rebel and raise up an Ezra for it was the reading of Your Word that brought forth confession and “the joy of the LORD brought forth their strength. We as Your people come against the evil, You have always been a faithful God who never abandons or leaves us because we love You and desire to follow your ways. Governor newsom and mayor bass should be arrested for inciting a riot, harboring criminals, and all the other laws they are breaking. All these states and cities that claim sanctuary for illegals act as if they are a country separate from the USA and they can pick and choose what laws to follow. As a street corner pastor for Market & Lancaster Church 18.5 years with 400+ messages and 300+ honk surveys & as I have open carried for nearly 10 years & double carried for 5. Began blowing a shofar during pre-service prayer. Having preached against Hell with a burning flare twice. Since Trump elected, a ray of hope for normalcy to return yet much tears to be shed in process. Honk surveys running 3/4th Christian response to 1/4th Satanic. Pray as we march toward victory as they continue to build the road to China under our state Capitol bldg claiming its to reinforce for 9 earthquake. Been praying last 2 years that it sinks under its own weight.

I was born and raised here in California. Please donāt through the baby out with the bath water. Pray for our State to return to the Golden State. Many have left to go to Colorado, Idaho, Texas. In Boise the Trans flag is being flown over City Hall. Texas is struggling to maintain its status as a Red State. In Colorado the legislature is trying to pass legislation that if you misgender your child you could face jail time. Our nation and world is under spiritual attack. DONT RUN! The California governor represents evil at almost every turn. Most democrat California politicians have shown that they are for the far left only and donāt want justice.
