Just a day before the Jan. 6 riot, the Secret Service warned the U.S. Capitol Police that their officers could face violence at the hands of supporters of former President Donald Trump, according to new documents reviewed by POLITICO.
The Secret Service’s emails shed light on intelligence lapses by the Capitol Police previously highlighted by both the department’s inspector general and a bipartisan report by Senate committees…
In a statement, the department said it had received the information about the threats in the Secret Service emails and acted on it by putting out a “be on the lookout” alert for the person who made threats against law enforcement and escalated their security posture based on intelligence about the potential for violence…
Just a day before the attack, the Secret Service sent a warning to Capitol Police about possible violence. That same day, a separate email circulated within the Secret Service detailing more threats to the officers in D.C. on Jan. 6…
“Per our Denver Field Office, a concerned citizen reported that [REDACTED] were flying into BWI today to attend tomorrow’s rally and ‘incite violence,’” the email begins. “In addition, the source reports that [REDACTED] previously made threats against President-Elect Biden. The source also reported that [REDACTED] was driving to DC with gear and weapons, to include ballistic helmets, armored gloves and vests, rifles, and suppressors.”
The email then gave specifics about the travelers’ motives.
“The subjects claimed that they are in the area to protest election fraud, support President Trump, and acknowledged the possibility of violence if approached by counter-protesters,” the email said…
“We have an opportunity in Front of us to take back our country and abolish the deep state once and for all,” the post says. “Call me some right wing conspiracy theorist if you will I don’t give a [f—] I read the Facts and I study history.”…
A second Secret Service email reviewed by POLITICO detailed more threats to police officers working in D.C….sent by a person in USSS’s Protective Intelligence Division to people at the department’s Protective Intelligence Operations Center and what appears to be the Open Source Unit of DHS.
Its subject line was, “Discovery of multiple threatening Parler Posts directed at DC Police regarding January 6th, 2021 protests.”…
“While the subject appears to be targeting MPDC, the subject calls for violence against any law enforcement in DC that ‘sides with the enemy,’” the Secret Service email reads…
“The user posted multiple threatening posts from today (01/05/21) to include…‘DC Police are the enemy of the people. No mercy to them on the 6th. They are not on our side,’ ‘time to fight! We cant trust the police…or the politicians. It’s time to take out all of them to remain a free country on the 6th.’…
The email then ended abruptly.
“No further research was conducted,” it read. “If the PIOC requests further research, please send a request to OSU-OnDuty.”
The congressional select committee investigating Jan. 6 held its first hearing in July on the dangers Capitol Police faced that day. But these documents show there may be much more to learn about which U.S. government entities sounded the alarm and why top law enforcement officials didn’t heed their warnings…

I think this is utter nonsense! I know a number of people that attended that Trump rally! That’s exactly what it was, a rally for President Trump!! Some saw guys dressed in dark clothes that were apart from the rally! These so-called “threats” were not from Trump supporters! Decent, God fearing, moms, dads, grandparents, were there to support the President, period! Who do these people think they’re kidding?
Was this a real report or was it generated with embellishments – with the goal of (with help from inside Biden supporters) to make it look like it was a Trump supporter? A good question that the present administration “REFUSES” to ask. It is possible and probable that this “communication” was from a Trump hater – who was paid to “redirect” the narrative. Maybe it was someone from ANTIFA or BLM or someone that would be completely willing to “run smoke” in order to make it look like a Trump supporter. And even if it was actually a supporter, that individual absolutely does NOT represent 100+ million voters who support Trump.
There are many intelligence employees who are not all squeaky clean, devoted to our country people. Under the present administration, they have been weaponized with an agenda and some are cowardly enough to follow it. Of the million people in DC on 1/6, a handful did what they should not have done. Of that handful, there were many “pretend supporters” – wolves in sheep’s clothing to do the work they set out to do…look like supporters but we’re not.
So again, don’t believe the narrative being forced on America regarding 1/6. It’s another diversion being pushed by this administration that cannot tell the truth.
When any person, group, agency, etc. is actually seeking facts and truth, they will listen to all sides, allow and be willing to answer questions that they may not agree with and not use the agency, title, etc. they hold as a tool of “casting doubt or subtle character assassination”. But again, our present administration is being led daily by hell’s bidding…so truth is not really on their radar.

Father, thank you for America and your direction for our country throughout our remarkable history. We thank you for the revivals occurring across our land. Thank you for each new believer in Jesus Christ. May each Christian put on the full armor you have provided for us to fight all these fiery darts being shot at our nation. I find all the disclosures of poor decisions and evil disconcerting but we have prayed for truth to be revealed and we thank you now for each new revelation. Continue to guide us now.
I pray we honor you and are united as one nation under God. May your Holy Spirit move in every square centimeter of our nation and go with every American moving around the world. You alone direct nations and history; America needs you desperately. Thank you for always keeping your promises! We love you, Lord!
