On Monday, amid military conflict with Iran, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on the Iranian people directly, encouraging them to overthrow the oppressive Islamic regime.

“People of Iran, we are waging a historic war for liberty,” Netanyahu’s office wrote on X. “This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for you to remove the Ayatollah regime and gain your freedom.”
Netanyahu said Israel, operating alongside the United States, has dramatically intensified strikes against “the tyrants of Tehran.”
“Together with the United States, we are hitting the tyrants of Tehran harder than ever,” he said.
The Prime Minister said Israel has “taken out thousands of IRGC [Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps] thugs and hundreds of their missile launchers,” dealing serious damage to the Iranian regime. He clarified, however, that Israel’s campaign is focused on “regime targets,” not civilians. “We are your ally,” he added, “your best ally.”
In the conclusion of his address, he called on the Iranian people to be ready, saying, “In the coming days we will create the conditions for you to grasp your destiny … Be ready to seize the moment.”
For decades now, Iran has severely oppressed its people, especially those who do not hold to the Islamic faith. However, as IFA Contributing Writer Joyce Swingle explained on a recent webcast, the Lord has heard the call of the oppressed. With regime officials attempting to flee, this is the best chance the Iranian people have ever had to secure freedom.
Let’s thank God for Netanyahu’s leadership in this critical hour, and let’s pray for the freedom and the protection of the Iranian people!

I pray, Lord, that the rank- and-file Iranians will rise up and rebuild their nation in a way that is consistent with Your will. This is their opportunity to rise up and be counted. Thank You Jesus.

You used King Cyrus of Persia to re-establish Israel. Raise up a modern day Cyrus in Persia. Father, we pray for the people in Iran. Send the winds of your Spirit into this nation. Save the lost. I call for revival in that nation. I pray for divine protection. Raise up an army in that nation. An army of Christian’s soldiers, warring in the spirit, equipped with your full armor. Raise up leaders who will walk in boldness to take back their nation from this evil regime.
Give wise counsel to Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump, to those who advise them, to the men and women waging this war to help liberate the nation of Iran. All this we ask in. The name of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
1) Netanyahu does not profess faith in Jesus Christ. He will face the same eternal fate of his enemies unless be repents. Same goes for Trump. Yet you would think, reading this site, these men hold more authority than God Himself.
Does IFA even ascribe to the Gospel?
2) No headline prayer about the girls school that was bombed by mistake in Tehran?
3) No headline prayer with the names and families of the US troops whose lives were lost this past week?
Donald Trump is a Christian and has a relationship with God but it really isn’t your place to judge what is between him and God. He is the first President to have a Faith Office at the White House and he has them pray over him quite often.
As for the bomb that hit the school, the Iranians have taken the blame for that because one of their missiles didn’t go off properly and hit the school. If you are watching the Fake News Propaganda, you will never get the truth about anything. Go to Christian Channels like Victory News, CBN or Flashpoint. If you know the truth it will set you free!
I don’t care to be in echo chambers. My heart is with the people on the ground and their perspectives. I have loved ones in Israel plus several colleagues including Jews I know here in the states are actually of Persian descent with relatives still in IRAN. (Yes Jewish people live in Iran too.)
I also am near an Air Force Base and my heart is with the 18 year olds and up who are being deployed.
If you’re drunk off Late Great Planet Earth lore, it’s easy to see the headlines and footage like animation unfolding. A cartoonish frenzy of “prophecy.” Then you have the Left Behind countdown folks obsessed with the rapture, but have zero care about the real needs of fellow believers and neighbors around them who are just struggling to get by.

And while I don’t question that there are men and women of prayer around Trump, I also know that there are plenty who abuse their religious titles to pursue worldly agendas that have nothing to do with the salvation of souls, let alone his or Netanyahu’s.

I sense your frustration and understand some of it first hand! For one, the indoctrination of a pre-trib rapture has born the fruit of sefishness with in much of the church, as it ignores certain specific verses in both Old a and New Testaments, and the extreme plight of persecuted believers throughout the ages. No respected teacher I have ever listened to for more than 50 years has adequately answered questions in Matt 24, Matt 25, Daniel, and certain verses in the epistles. People often believe what they want to believe without thorough searching of ALL the scriptures themselves, or asking the Father for discernment & clarity from Him directly before choosing to hold fast to a doctrine of partial truth. Having said that, I want to encourage you to ask for His grace to let go of frustration, anger and disappointment at the current state of the American church as a whole, May we daily have grace to see His perspective – in humility, – calling things out as necessary, and as led by His Spirit, pouring our hearts out before the Lord, then leaving all of it at His feet. God is still at work – thank you for letting me share with you today!

Hi Brian, have you volunteered for the war? “Nothing is fair” please tell that to the loved ones of those deployed or about to be deployed. I did not even voice opposition to the war, I have dear friends living *in* Israel at the moment, and I have dear friends with relatives in Iran. (Including Persian Jews.)
I’m voicing opposition to the toxic and idolatrous spirit emanating from the site. It’s bloodthirsty and of the flesh, hardly Christ-like.
And Senator Lindsay Graham takes the cake as far as that goes. He literally sounds drunk. It’s embarrassing.
