I Prayed have prayed
Lord God, we pray that our courts would rule what is right and just, that Congress would begin to do its job, and the Executive and Judicial branches would stop doing what the Constitution reserves for Congress.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that Texas and Montana are filing a multistate complaint against the Biden administration for revoking the 2019 Presidential Permit for the Keystone XL pipeline. . . .

“Since his first day in office, President Biden has made it his mission to undo all the progress of the previous administration, with complete disregard for the Constitutional limits on his power. His decision to revoke the pipeline permit is not only unlawful but will also devastate the livelihoods of thousands of workers, their families, and their communities,” Attorney General Paxton said. “This administration continues to tout imaginary green-energy jobs, without any recognition that their actions in the real world will make it impossible for hard-working Americans to put food on the table.”

The power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce belongs to Congress — not the President. This is another example of Joe Biden overstepping his constitutional role to the detriment of Montanans,” Attorney General Knudsen said. “There is not even a perceived environmental benefit to his actions. His attempt to cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline is an empty virtue signal to his wealthy coastal elite donors. It shows Biden’s contempt for rural communities in Montana and other states along the pipeline’s path that would benefit from and support the project.”

The complaint was filed by Texas Attorney General Paxton and Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen in Texas federal district court. The suit is joined by attorneys general from Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.

I do not understand how biden got in the first place except he lied about using people that had already been dead and lied about how many people he named for his political conquence – why is there no justice for a lyer that we alll know he is?

If the Keystone wasn’t meant to be established, it would never have been. Remember that they tried that constant delay tactic under the Obama administration, tossing up multiple falsehoods through legal “trickery”. Their goal was to appease a handful of “anti-pipeliners” who put their hopes not in science based facts but a myriad of paperwork meant to bury progress. (They tried the same thing decades before in Alaska) With Keystone, even though multiple legal and approved studies came forth (exactly what they had asked for), those groups still surged ahead with legal trickery because they knew they had “obtained” favor through election donations during the 2008-16 presidency. Public knowledge and record. And so is the W. Buffett donation to Biden for the 2020 presidency. Millions of dollars. Why? Because if there isn’t a completed pipeline from Canada or those other states in place, Buffets railroad that he “bought for a specific reason” hauls millions of gallons of that same oil over “his railroad in the tankers he owns or leases”. I would know that how? – because I worked for a competing railroad. We knew exactly what his plan was, how much oil he carried per year and we even handled some of his “transfer cars” to complete their trip to refineries on our R/R. And transport of oil by rail is safe BUT not near as safe as by pipeline. Safety wise, the pipeline is a 100 times safer.
But the fact is that Bidens E.O. did violate established laws, usurped the proper functioning role of all branches of government and last but not least, was an order merely meant to appease and pay back Bidens special interest connections here and abroad. Another stab in the back to thousands of American workers and tobmiddle America, which would garner much needed tax revenue for various states as well as support local businesses associated with the pipeline.
*Lord, we pray and ask for Your favor in this lawsuit (s). We ask that You would give wisdom to those states and people involved in these lawsuits. Grant them guidance and knowledge as they move forward. We pray for the thousands of people who lost their jobs because of this foolish and unnecessary E.O. We pray You would somehow provide for them and help them to find a way. We pray that soon their jobs would be restored on the pipeline through victories in the court system. We thank you for the states and their AG’s rightfully fighting for the pipeline. Continue to unify their resolve and guide their approach. In Jesus name amen.

I pray that this multi-state lawsuit that has been filed against Biden’s closure of the keystone pipeline will be upheld, passed and the revocation of the XL pipeline will take place.
Many citizens who worked on this pipeline in both the United States and Canada need to earn the income from necessary operation. I appreciate both Attorney Generals Paxton, Texas, and Knudsen, Montana, and the other states Attorney Generals for taking a stand for righteousness and filing a lawsuit against this unlawful and unjust action by the White House.

This action was not unlawful. You clearly missed this entire saga during Trump’s administration because that was when it was ruled as illegal. You need to pray for discernment, friend.
