God, we pray for an end to DEI initiatives in America. We pray for more companies to turn away from this ungodly ideology.

Even as more and more companies are turning on DEI, the majority of Fortune 500 companies are still holding to DEI initiatives.

From Just the News. A recent report from the right-leaning think tank, The Heritage Foundation, shows that almost all Fortune 500 companies still maintain incentives for “diversity, equity and inclusion,” also known as DEI.

Among those companies are Nike and UnitedHealth Group, according to Fox News.

Nike, as an example, has a page on its website about “representation and pay” that states, “NIKE is focused on its workforce representation, starting with women globally and racial and ethnic minorities in the United States.” …

However, Walmart has been one of the companies that has rolled back on its DEI statements. …

Other companies among the 485 out of the Fortune 500 that still have these incentives are Mastercard and Hewlett Packard. …

In a nation built on inequality, taking land and murdering the original inhabitants, instituting slavery, segregation, discrimination, and all DEI is at least some restitution.
