I Prayed have prayed
Father, we ask You to bring an end to all the complications in our supply chain, whether a result of Covid or other geopolitical pressures. Thank You that You own all things and are our provider.

At the nucleus of advanced civilization, chips, called semiconductors and microchips, are the brains of today’s electronics. The rapid acceleration of the “internet of things,” and the future before it, has launched these tiny little chips ahead of oil and gas as the world’s essential commodity for input and growth. With an already fragile supply chain, the demand for chips skyrocketed as the pandemic shut down the global economy, leading to delays that may linger for a year or more.

An American invention, chips—minute wonders that host billions of transistors within them—bring to life almost everything in modern society…Twenty-five years ago, 37 percent of chips were manufactured in the U.S. Today, that number is only 12 percent…

There appears to be no end in sight to the issues facing chipmakers. The COVID-19 pandemic forced many factories to halt production…As society moved to remote electronic communication, the pandemic-driven lockdown increased demand for consumer electronics and caused a ripple effect up the supply chain…The situation has led Patrick Penfield, a professor of supply chain practice at Syracuse University, to declare:

“Right now, we have a global supply chain in crisis. We’ve just never seen anything of this magnitude impact us before.” …

The current need for chips is so great that manufacturers are unable to make enough chips to meet it at this time, suggesting consumers will soon be seeing higher prices for fewer goods. Making matters worse, approximately 90 percent of the world’s electronics travel through China’s Yantian portCOVID caused the port and other ports in Asia to close…

Before that, in 2018 and 2019, the trade wars between the U.S. – China, and Japan – Korea caused market turbulence for chipmakers. The trade wars added to mounting concern over the consequences geopolitical conflicts had on manufacturing and distribution…

In the second half of the pandemic, as consumers avoided public transportation and sought more customized vehicles, the automotive industry experienced a significant increase in demand…According to Lewis, in an effort to allow chip companies to shift and make chips for consumer products, automakers like Ford, Volkswagen, and Toyota cut production when the industry was about to rebound. This move led to a shortage of car chips…

Although not the leading cause, Taiwan’s tense relationship with China plays a role in the current chip shortage. With Taiwan driving the world in chip production, the potential for military conflict between the two nations “puts American access to the chip industry in potential jeopardy, and could be catastrophic for many industries…”…

Meanwhile, the White House reported in April that the Biden administration’s $2 trillion infrastructure bill includes $50 billion for semiconductor production and research.

Presently, opinions vary on when the shortage will end, but most agree it will easily drag well into 2022…

The United States used to make just about everything,! This is exactly what happens when any country outsources what they should have kept making, to places like China, etc., who are NOT our friends!! Years ago, we saw this happening and spoke up, but no one seemed to care. Everyone thought cheaper would be better. We knew a day would come when we regretted it! I don’t know about you, but I have made up my mind to buy MADE IN AMERICA products, from now on! Even if it costs more, I will! American entrepreneurs, get going, let’s make the products we need, the medicines we need, chips we need, etc. and keep freedom loving Americans jobs here in the U.S.! We’ve done it before, with God’s help, we can do it again.
Father, raise up men and women to start producing all that Americans need in our daily lives. Give wisdom and ideas to Your people. Open doors for them, make a way for them and financing for them. Give us a “can do” spirit, a willing spirit, to accomplish great things for You and for Your glory! Lord, we repent, that we have allowed nations, who use slave labor, to make products that we buy! We ask for Your mercy, Your forgiveness, and Your help, as we stop using products from these evil dictators. In Jesus name, we pray.

I think what is truly sad and without excuse is the greed of certain chip manufacturers in America. (especially the long established companies) They could have expanded and kept things here in America. But the constant pursuit of “greater profits” kept luring them overseas to enlist what we call slave labor. We utilize a nation(s) that does not care about their people (China) and someone that is the sworn enemy of the United States.
Supply chains are easily manipulated with a keystroke. COVID is the excuse they use. Don’t buy into that. This is a well orchestrated global manipulation by elitists who have a goal inspired by their hell driven agendas.
When anyone researches, in depth, “product supplies” for whatever their inquiry is for, there is ample raw material available. Unlike anytime in our history. Those creating products ensure that is the first thing they do. If they didn’t, they wouldn’t be in business very long. Manipulation of supply chains has been around for as long as mankind has had supply routes. Today, a keystroke allows greedy, agenda driven people to interrupt any chain for their purposes.
*Lord God, this fallen world we live in continues to need You. The flesh we walk in consumes and gives people over to weakness. We continue to ask for repentance and revival to inundate America and the world. Help us to bring Your hope and light to those who are only focused on this world. Help them to understand that there is much more to this life than just existing. Amen

Currently one company in HVAC is waiting for about 9000 units from the manufacturer to be delivered. The current end user of getting them is about 2-3 months
