Months before the 2024 Presidential Election took place, Mark Elias, the Democrat Election Lawfare lawyer and founder of Elias Law Group, was sure that pro-Trump “Big Lie” election deniers would surface in every state. Elias Law Group filed multiple lawsuits in various states months before the election to ensure that didn’t happen. Elias also began sending letters to election officials threatening legal action if they upheld challenges to voter rolls to remove noncitizens and other ineligible registrants. To Elias, everyone should be able to vote in elections with no ID. Once the vote is submitted, Elias considers it a vote counted. Even if somebody cast the vote under suspicious circumstances, his ruthless behavior toward election officials, especially in swing states, threatens and intimidates.

Elias’ reputation for being an aggressive and hard-working lawyer committed to seeing that the Democrat consistently wins has put fear into the hearts of good lawyers who then become too afraid to step up and defend conservative values. With a law degree from Duke University and over 30 years as a successful lawfare attorney, Elias reigns as the ever-threatening Goliath of election lawfare.

With two refined techniques, Elias intends to thwart President Donald Trump’s progress during his term in office.

First, Elias will continue to utilize his most forceful tool, lawfare, by filing massive lawsuits to bring the Trump administration to a slow crawl. His official website, DemocracyDocket.com, discusses his massive influence and lawfare techniques. With over 225,000 subscribers, 700,000 total followers, and 160,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel, Mr. Elias is a force for the Democrat lawfare machine.

Second, Elias began after the 2020 election process to intimidate, taunt, harass, and sue any lawyer who wished to work for the Trump administration. His most recent website, TheProject65.com, confirms his success in the harassing department. The website displays pictures of over 80 pro-Trump lawyers Elias Law Group has sued. Sixty-five of the group worked directly for Donald Trump in addressing voting irregularities in the 2020 election process. The court deprived the lawyers of their livelihoods and licenses in each case. The site issued a stern warning to new lawyers in a September 23, 2024 post stating: The Project 65 warns aspirant Big Lie Lawyers: Don’t Lose Your Law License for Trump. On the same day, to add insult to injury, Elias Law Group released a wave of digital ads in 5 states and in state bar journals specifically to warn Trump lawyers not to let what had happened to 86 pro-Trump lawyers who lent their credibility as officers of the court to Donald Trump to file factually and legally baseless claims to overturn legitimate election results.

State bar associations have investigated these lawyers, fined them, suspended their licenses, and even disbarred them. The 65 Project Managing Director Michael Teter concluded by saying, “We have filed 86 bar complaints to date and are reminding lawyers that we—and the public—will be watching them.”

One lawyer associated with the issue recently said, “Elias has made it almost impossible to find a lawyer to support Donald Trump. If you represent Donald Trump or people around him, they will destroy you.”

There is no doubt about his success, but his latest prideful Goliath techniques may now earn him additional titles of chief Bully and Intimidator.

Mr. Elias’ threats are not empty words. He has more than 400 lawyers under his charge, who are flanked by 10,000 more lawyers on standby, ready to file legal pleadings and memos quickly into litigation and flanked by calls to fight from prominent politicians and media figures like Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass) and Rachel Maddow (MSNBC).

The spirit of intimidation through lawfare will not go away with Donald Trump’s election win. Lawfare brought on by Marc Elias could well be the most formidable foe the President will face during his next term in office.

Since our battle is a spiritual one, the spirit of Goliath may morph into different fronts to continue touting its superiority and daring anyone to fight with him. His tactics may change, but the spirit of intimidation remains and must be handled by those who know how to pray against spiritual forces in high places. Here is what we can expect in the next phase of resistance.

Believers will remember the last four years as a stormy time for America. We experienced a great victory on November 5, 2024. Now, we need to heed the words of Matthew Henry, the famous minister and Bible commentator from Wales: “Remember to Pray after every storm.”
