Federal law enforcement arrested several Antifa militants in Portland late Monday evening. The individuals were mobilizing outside of an Immigration and Customs (ICE) facility with the intent to attack the building.

Federal police officers made several arrests outside the US Immigration and Customs (ICE) facility in Southwest Portland late Monday evening, following an aggressive mobilization by Antifa militants intent on attacking the building. The incident marks a continuation of increased tensions stemming from the anti-ICE occupation surrounding the area of the building, which began in early June.
Approximately 50 to 75 black bloc individuals, many affiliated with Antifa networks, gathered in front of the ICE facility around dusk on Monday. The group had put out a call for “mass mobilization” on social media after reports that ICE had detained an illegal immigrant inside the facility. Protesters hurled projectiles at the building, resulting in Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Services (FPS) agents and ICE officers busting out of the gate to make several targeted arrests.
Federal police officers deployed crowd control munitions to disperse the unruly crowd after issuing several warnings to vacate federal property. At least three arrests were made for various offenses.
According to The Post Millennial, Antifa has been occupying the area surrounding the building for weeks now. Militants have taken to shouting at and sometimes assaulting officers, as well as blaring loud sirens and other sounds. The noise has aggravated local residents, one of whom was seen on video telling Antifa they are “worse than ICE.”

These arrests come as anti-ICE sentiment has been on the rise around the nation. Many have taken to harassing, protesting, or even outright assaulting law enforcement. As IFA reported in June, ICE officers are facing a 413% increase in assaults, and many are also being doxxed and dealing with death threats.
As violence against law enforcement continues, let’s pray for protection for those working to make America safer.

Lord Jesus I thank You for who You are and Your love for all people. I pray that the hearts and understanding be opened to see that this is a country of laws and when those laws are broken there are consequences. It would be total chaos if there were no laws and we don’t get to pick and choose which ones to obey and which ones to ignore.
Protect all those in law enforcement as their job is dangerous and thankless in a lot of cases. Protect their families as well and bring to justice all who break our laws or attack our officers. Those who came into our country illegally broke our laws and should be returned to their own countries.
Lord have mercy! . May the church rise up and enforce the victory of Jesus Christ over the darkness. As well as the ICE agents enforcing law and order. May the Spirit of the Lord intervene in this aggression and lawlessness occuring around the ICE facility in Portland. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen
I agree, Janea! And I pray that the institutional church would cease encouraging lawlessness, and instead offer to help illegal immigrants they are aware of to self-deport, and repent of their choice to act in violation of our borders and our laws. That would be a righteous choice, and one that YHVH can honor.
Please pray for the state of CT officials to stop thwarting the ICE efforts to keep our state safe. In the name of Jesus, thank you for listening and answering this prayer. Amen.

Beverly, I pray an overwhelming end to Connecticut’s unlawful efforts. God is the source of order not mayhem. He is the source of truth and justice not deceit. The illegal immigrants were asked nicely to leave the USA. They are offered 1000.00 AND a free plane ride………home AND if they did this they would be welcomed back into our country going thru the correct process. If they do not cooperate then they will be removed and will not be allowed back into the country. Choices.
Something else……there is a lot of violence that the illegal immigrants are facing. The media tries to portray that the illegal immigrants are victimized……..by violence……..by ICE………and the media and others needs to remember/recognize that these people have choices. CHOICES. These people (illegal immigrants) are just that…….illegal………. that is the first crime that was committed. If they would leave peacefully like they were asked……..there would not be this “violence” and claim of victimization.
To be a citizen of the USA is a privilege, not a right.
I pray Lord for guidance wisdom and direction for those people who are here illegally to be convicted by You, Lord, or thru You, by someone who can break thru to them, to voluntarily and safely remove themselves from our country. Lord we ask for safety and protection for all of the ICE agents as they go about t doing there job of helping our country. Dear Heavenly Father, these soldiers of anarchy are as deceived as Rome’s were in Jesus’ time. The ones who dressed Him in a scarlet robe, the ones who placed a crown of thorns on His head, knelt down before Him and mocked Him, spit on Him and nailed Him to a Cross to crucify Him… Antifa is no different. I am reminded that we love You because You first loved us. And because of LOVE and for OUR sins, Jesus died on the Cross. Many continued to mock as He hung but at the moment Jesus died, there was a great earthquake, tombs were opening up and when a centurion saw these things, he was filled with fear. At that time, he recognized and confessed, “truly this was the Son of God.” I say, “ He IS the Son of God” and I pray You will bring these Antifa’s soldiers of deception to the same understanding. Yes, Susan, whosoever will may come!! YHVH is making Himself known, and revealing Yeshua His Son, and Holy Spirit is drawing all mankind – the way is open to those who will respond in faith and repentance. Perhaps after being incarcerated, they will hear better – so, Lord send forth the workers into our jails and prisons!
Good news. These bad actors need to be arrested, and be made an example of. These misguided, deceived people need to be eliminated from our society ASAP. Lord Jesus, I ask that You will put a hedge of protection around the ICE agents, as well as the law enforcement officers as they do their duties in our nation. Thank You Jesus.
Lord please protect and guide those who facilitate Intercessors for America, ICE officers, and law enforcement in their efforts to bring Peace to our land. Guide their decision making and keep them safe in their daily efforts to protect the most vulnerable of our society.
