A judge sided with President Trump on Thursday, ruling that the administration could continue mandating all illegal immigrants register with the federal government or face punishment.

Illegal immigrants who fail to depart the U.S. will be charged with a crime resulting in a “significant penalty,” DHS said.

The Law of Unintended Consequences says that criminal elements can get counterfeit documents and now be protected.

This is going too far. Violates the 5th amendment.
Please read the actual wording of the 5th Amendment of the U.S Constitution. The key word to notice is ācitizenā of the U. S. This amendment applies to citizens of our country. There are requirements for people from other countries who enter the U.S., who desire to stay and live here.
I don’t think illegal aliens should fit under the protections of the Constitution.

I have been hearing about the illegal alien who was deported, the Supreme Court felt improperly. Only You know the truth about this situation, but my prayer to You is that You will correct any mistake that was made, if indeed one was made by Chief Justice Roberts. It seems to so many of us that Roberts should step down now, after so many scandals and photos of him on the Epstein planes and decisions in favor of the far left. We are pleased to see President Trump righting wrongs in this country as he walks in alignment with Your Perfect Will. You know how many wicked criminals we have had come into our country to murder, rape and steal homes, our taxpayers’s money, and join gangs to perpetrate more evil directed to law abiding citizens. Why has it taken this long to enforce a 1952 law and get a common-sense judicial ruling on it? Are we finally leaving the crazed anti-God matrix? What is next…the pope acting and speaking as Jesus Christ would?
It has taken this long to enforce this law because the previous president was a lawless person.
I am for the requirement that illegal aliens register with the government, and that they must be removed from the United States if they fail to account for themselves or commit a crime, that they must be deported and not be allowed back into our country.

This is a good start and I’m happy to see the judicial system has finally come to their sense and using our law to protect us according to the Constitution. I have no problem with people coming into the U.S. to better their life but those who have used unlawful entrance need to be dealt with. We are using our tax money to let an illegal live here on monies they didn’t contribute to. No thanks too the previous administration this has gotten out of hand. Now is the time to support our President and reverse stupidity. The political persons have forgotten who they were elected to serve. Those and the illegals need to be removed . We can’t afford this way of living!!!!
