Judge Tanya Chutkan has put a pause on Trump’s Jan. 6 case, which the former president considers to be a huge win.

From Just the News. Former President Donald Trump’s campaign is celebrating Judge Tanya Chutkan’s pause in special counsel Jack Smith’s Jan. 6 case while the former president appeals his presidential immunity claims.

Who is praying on the wall?

Chutkan on Wednesday ordered the pause, which “automatically stays any further proceedings that would move this case towards trial or impose additional burdens of litigation on Defendant.” …

Trump’s campaign hailed the development.

Trump has argued that the case ought to be dismissed on grounds of presidential immunity and the First Amendment. Smith has charged with conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of, and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights. He has pleaded not guilty.

If by “crook” you mean Biden and his crime family, they will. God cannot lie and He is the promise keeper. He has already revealed that the corruption and truth shall prevail. That being said, I know you didn’t just sentence Trump without him having a fair trial and having his day in court to defend himself. Right? You know the whole justice system being built on the premise of being, “innocent until proven guilty”.
Father, I pray that people yield to your Holy Spirit for guidance, direction, and grace. That they NOT be judgmental or pretentious thinking they are superior to another person in judging an individual. Help us to judge not lest we be judged. In Jesus name, Amen!

A bit of clear thinking is needed T A. You just sentenced President Biden without ‘a fair trial and his day in court’ “ïnnocent until proven guilty”.
