[U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell II] said the administration had no basis to release migrants into the country’s interior without a court date now that the Trump-era Title 42 policy had expired.
“DHS’s Chicken Little arguments about the impact of it not being able to (mis)use ‘parole’ under either policy as a processing tool for the surge of aliens arriving at the border are hard to square with the DHS Secretary’s recent comments that only ‘a fraction of the people that we encounter’ would be paroled into the country and that ‘the vast majority will be addressed in our border patrol facilities and our ICE detention facilities,’” Wetherell wrote. …
The administration informed the court that it intends to appeal Wetherell’s ruling to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
The Biden administration’s policy was described in a Border Patrol memo this week, saying that migrants can be allowed into the country on parole if CBP is facing overcrowding. The parole process is typically reserved for “urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.” …

We must pray strong prayers against the evil spirits that are attacking this country. We command the holy warring angels to go worth and protect our borders and to protect the innocent from being kidnapped. We command these holy angels to come against those who have opened our borders and the spirits behind these wicked people – the spirits of lies and deception, kidnapping, sex trafficking, greed, perversion, and destruction and to bring these evil spirits down to the pits of hell where they came from where we chain them up for an eternity. We decree and declare closed borders, godly leadership and that the evil, corrupt leaders in government positions will be exposed, arrested and put in prison. Father, shine your light into the darkness and expose all evil to the light and rain down your Spirit upon all flesh.
Oh dear Father God!! More judges like this man. God bless him and continue to lead him. Oh God !! Let us return immediately to the Trump border policies which were the most effective in the history of our country. Republican members of the House of Representatives and the Senate unite and save the USA. God bring good out of bad as it says in Romans 8:28 !!! Hear our prayers and help us stand and do our parts. First of all I want to thank Judge T. Kent Wetherell II, God protect him from any evil. John 10-10 : 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. Satan is very cunning with his deceptions and he is pulling a non stop vindictive plan to destroy America and the people. When we Thee people stop praying he will take hold which makes us vulnerable to satans voices of the people he uses.) Fear, steps in Father and the people forget to pray because the focus changed. Father touch the spirits raise up the Warriors that will call out the name of Jesus to turn and reverse what the Biden administration( Obama) through their destructive decisions have done. God I ask in the name of Jesus to put up roadblocks to stop the Illegal Invasion. A Call to Persevere in Faith knowing that knowing God is going to help us. Hebrews 10- 22:24- “ let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope (we profess,) for he who promised is faithful. “ God your words as we pray them- gives hope in abundance because they are full of wisdom and power; knowing God is going to keep His promises. God you are our provider and I call down from Heaven these words of (Borders be Closed in the name of Jesus) Father God I believe in your power, your words and I am standing believing that your words can turn circumstances around and bring victory even through evil and the evilness’s of People in this administration are not stopping. Romans 8:28 says “ And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose.“ God I truly believe that Title 42 can be put back in place and or give our leaders who are fighting this issue to have a spirit of discernment, being allowed to be skillful to put in 42 back in place or reveal to them other measures to stop the Illegal criminal activity if open borders. God on the cross you used satans plans and strategies against him. Father God we know with your power and wisdom you defeated Satan for us and I believe according to your words – Philippians 4-19- “ And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.“ Father God forgive us for allowing so much ground to be taken in our nation by the deceivers, in spite of all the times we have failed you, I believe in spite of our failures and mistakes you are going to reverse the strongholds of darkness over America. Decree- We believe that a higher level of discernment is being released to the Leaders of the Conservatives and the churches and its people. “ The prophetic anointing ( that brings this discernment) will not be despised; it will be celebrated. DS” God I put forth this request “ 23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. Hebrews 10:23 God is faithful in His love for us and America. Father, we appeal to You based on Your word. You are our Make and Defender. Rise up, O Lord of heavens armies; come to our aid.

Our Father in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name, THY Kingdom come, THY will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Our Father, we ask for your divine intervention and forgiveness for this situation in which we now find ourselves due to our countrymen failing to seek Your guidance or turning a deaf ear to Your Holy Spirit by not obeying Your guidance and by putting into office people whom You did not choose to run this country. Let us all learn from this terrible mistake LORD, and may we never do it again! Meanwhile, LORD, I ask that if we have learned our lesson, that you would curtail this suffering. In Jesus Name. Amen.
The removal of Title 42 was a colossal mistake prompted by the enemy of our souls himself.
Lord God, thank You for U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell II, and protect him from any evil onslaught that would be aimed at him. Grant him strength and determination to stand on the decision he has made. I ask you to raise up more like him who would speak the truth and uphold those things that are right and good in Your sight. Deny the administrations appeal and let it fall to the ground as ineffective and without merit.
Protect us Lord from the the onslaught of demonic aggression of evil policies being implemented in our country. Save us from being taken over by ungodly leaders who seek to destroy our country that was dedicated to you for the purpose of being a light on a hill to the world. What was meant for evil turn it for good, that truth and justice will be restored in our land.
