This sorority claims they were pressured into accepting a trans ‘woman’ and now their legal recourse is stopped.

From Breitbart. A judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by six University of Wyoming Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sisters seeking to block a trans-identifying male from joining.

The sorority sisters will now be forced to accommodate Artemis Langford (whose given name is Dallin), a 6’2″, 260-pound man who believes he is a woman. Wyoming U.S. District Court Judge Alan Johnson, after hearing allegations of sexual deviancy on Langford’s part, ultimately dismissed the case on Friday and stated that redefining “woman” to include males was “Kappa Kappa Gamma’s bedrock right as a private, voluntary organization — and one this Court may not invade.” …

“The University of Wyoming chapter voted to admit — and, more broadly, a sorority of hundreds of thousands approved — Langford. With its inquiry beginning and ending there, the Court will not define ‘woman’ today,” Johnson wrote. …

The sorority admitted Langford in September 2022 after a vote, granting him access to the sorority house which accommodates up to 50 women — although he has not been living at the house, Reduxx noted.

Seven sorority sisters initially filed the lawsuit against Kappa Kappa Gamma leadership in March, although one woman removed herself from the lawsuit after the women were told their names would not be shielded. The lawsuit claimed that the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority’s national council president and Langford pressured the University of Wyoming chapter to violate the official bylaws of the sorority.

The lawsuit also claims that Langford, who is allegedly sexually attracted to women, once stared at the women in the house without talking for hours, including one incident wherein he silently watched a woman coming out of the shower. …

Cassie Craven, an attorney for the sorority sisters, told the outlet they disagree with the ruling and noted that the fundamental issue of defining what a woman is remains undecided. …

This decision is intolerable. This trans is biologically a man and should not be accepted in this sororiety. I love what Susan has to say and totally agree.

Lord,
I pray for the young women in these sororities to be protected from all harm and unrighteousness.
I pray for them to stand United in obedience to God’s law and sovereignty. Please give them courage to remove themselves from compromise and deception. Raise up Esther’s of the day to speak truth in love and honor the king of kings creator of all things and to represent the kingdom well here on earth. Manifest your holiness and your grace in these homes and situations. Lord lift the veil that all May see the demonic plan and assignment to rob these women of peace, grace, truth, and community and safety. I pray for courage and boldness for them to leave these sororities that are complying with Satan.
May your kingdom come and Your perfect will be done in Jesus name.

I don’t know the rules that govern the sorority but if everybody resigned from it then there would be no sorority for the male person to join.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. They must be willing to withdraw their participation.
Have courage, ladies, and call the bluff of those “woke” leaders who are trying to force you to accept the unacceptable!

I think this judge johnson should be removed from the bench. If he is too ignorant to know what a woman is, when a woman birthed him, he should be removed as incompetent from the bench! FATHER GOD please remove this judge and remove the young women that filed suit from the sorority! Let these women see that the entire sorority system is demonic in its practices from its inception and let them walk away in JESUS NAME! Bless them and reveal YOURSELF to them! Educate them to the true demonic history of sororities and fraternities and masons in JESUS NAME! Please send Your Truth and laborers to the entire sorority and fraternity and masonic system for total deliverance in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS! Amen!

Father, I pray for this man. Show him truth. I pray for the women that they would turn to you, realizing the world is not going to protect them, only you will.

Seriously?!?!?!?!???? We now can’t define what a woman is? A woman has ovaries and can bear children, a man has a penis and cannot bear children. He sounds like a pervert that wants to pounce on those poor college girls. Do they want to wait until someone gets raped because he decides he’s a man that day? This must stop before one of those girls are harmed and her life is changed forever! What is wrong with the University of Wyoming?????

I live in Wyoming and feel very ashamed of UW. UW got a gay president from the East Coast named Ed Seidel on July 1, 2020. He ruined the image of the formerly conservative University of Wyoming.
