A judge recently agreed to consolidate two cases brought by whistleblowers against the IRS, both of which allege that the agency failed to give them an award for information on the Clinton Foundation.

From Just the News:

The cases were brought by retired federal agent John Moynihan and private fraud expert Larry Doyle and have wound their way through the U.S. Tax Court for years.

The details of the investigation conducted by the two respected forensic financial investigators, Doyle and Moynihan, first surfaced during a 2018 congressional hearing. The pair said they first filed a complaint with the IRS in 2017 sharing the findings of an investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

They testified that year that they believed the foundation wrongly operated as a foreign lobbyist by accepting overseas donations, with the purpose of influencing U.S. policy.

The two turned their information over to the IRS as a “whistleblower claim for award.” According to Just the News, this program sees the IRS receive claims about “about suspected tax fraud, evasion or tax law violation the IRS is authorized to administer, enforce or investigate.”

Just the News notes that the whistleblowers’ cases met unexpected resistance from the Trump administration. The IRS under President Trump filed a motion in August urging the judge to stop the case from proceeding to trial, claiming the plaintiffs had no standing to sue. Doyle reportedly said he wasn’t surprised, accusing the federal government of refusing to investigate the Clinton Foundation for years.

According to Just the News, the decision to consolidate these cases indicates that the trial, stalled for years, is now finally moving forward. Let’s pray for the truth about the Clinton Foundation to be revealed, and let’s pray for it to be held accountable.

Praying that we will return to our senses, and our knees, EARNESTLY SEEKING the only one who can Save. Just like with this season we are in, we have chosen to turn our Savior’s birth into a “holiday” that celebrates nothing much about or for him. I am sickened by how far away from him we are getting and we wonder why there is all this going on????? Even churches now days barely touch on his birth and its importance — putting up pagan idol trees Jeremiah 3 (some three and four across the stages.) Everyone gives each other presents while we give Jesus nothing. My prayer this year is that we return to celebrating him and not each other.

Happy Birthday Jesus, My Lord and Savior

However you choose to deck the halls,
Whether tinsel and garland or colorful balls.
Please remember the ONE at the celebrations core,
Who was born to die so you could live for evermore.

Satan and Santa have the same letters you see,
So do Present and Serpent – it’s no mystery.
It was well designed to keep you stressed out and tired,
So, Jesus’ Birthday would be totally mired.

Rushing and busy with all sorts of behavior,
So, there would be no time to consider our SAVIOR.
Remember that he was born to save us from our Sin,
If we would but accept him and for him live.

Gathering trees to adorn with colorful baubles,
become our homes focus – pagan idols.
Jeremiah 10 v3 and 4 warn us about doing it,
But because the world does it, we follow suit.

This year why not give Jesus the ultimate Gift,
One of time in his presence while you take time to Pray.
Thanking him for his sacrifice, mercy and grace
Remembering he forgave A debt we could never repay.

Amen
