I Prayed have prayed
Reading Time: 4 minutes

. . . Gen. Michael Flynn‘s three-year odyssey in the criminal justice system finally came to an end this week with the long-delayed dismissal of his case in federal court. Ultimately, it took a presidential pardon to compel Judge Emmet Sullivan to release Flynn from the seemingly inescapable vortex of his docket. Yet Sullivan still decided to effectively declare Flynn guilty to the whole world — a final gratuitous act from a court long criticized for using Flynn to criticize President Trump and his administration. . . .

When prosecutors drop charges, most judges are careful not to offer their own views on an individual’s guilt or innocence. After all, a defendant has no appeal or recourse from such a declaration from the bench. Even in live cases, judges refrain from such commentary until sentencing a defendant. In this case, Sullivan publicly condemned Flynn in a long opinion that should have been one sentence in length. No matter that the case was dead: Judge Sullivan would still render a verdict.

His action in this case has long been controversial and was expressly criticized by appellate judges. It is not, however, unprecedented. Some 360 years ago in England, the body of Oliver Cromwell was exhumed from Westminster Abbey and posthumously chained, thrown into a pit, and then decapitated. Cromwell’s head was put on display and not reburied until 1960. By that measure, Sullivan’s three-year treatment of Flynn seems like a virtual “rocket docket” of justice. . . .

On Friday, a colleague, Judge Reggie Walton, unexpectedly discussed the merits of the Flynn case in a Freedom of Information Act hearing about releasing documents from special counsel Robert Mueller’s office. Walton held forth on how Sullivan did not have “a lot of options” but could possibly challenge the pardon as “too broad.” That discussion of a pending case before another judge was highly irregular. . . .

When Flynn first came before Sullivan for sentencing two years ago, it should have been a simple matter for a relatively minor federal crime. While there was tension with Mueller’s staff, Flynn cooperated with federal prosecutors. He was not expected to receive jail time — after all, uncooperative witnesses like Alex Van Der Zwaan received only 30 days in prison on a similar charge. However, Sullivan held a hearing that could best be described as bewildering. He used the courtroom flag as a prop to accuse Flynn of being an “unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the national security adviser” and to suggest that Flynn could be charged with treason — crimes not brought against him. Sullivan then declared: “I cannot assure you that if you proceed today, you will not receive a sentence of incarceration. I am not hiding my disgust and my disdain.” . . .

Sullivan simply refused to part with the case. When the Justice Department dropped the charges, the case should have been immediately dismissed. Instead, Sullivan took the extraordinary step of appointing an outside lawyer, John Gleeson, to argue against dismissal of the case. Gleeson is a former federal judge who not only had made public remarks on the case critical of the Trump administration but, as a judge, was reversed for usurping the role of prosecutors.

Sullivan’s conduct led to an extremely rare rebuke from a D.C. appellate panel, ordering him to dismiss the case. At the time, I wrote that the panel should be reversed simply because Sullivan had not issued a final decision. Later the D.C. Circuit reached the same conclusion and, without endorsing Sullivan’s conduct, sent the case back for a final decision. Sullivan then proved the original panel correct and many of us wrong: He again refused to dismiss the case.

In September, Sullivan not only declared that he “still has questions” but asked whether a Biden Justice Department might be able to reinstate the prosecution of Flynn. It was a chilling statement that left the impression of a court delaying justice to “shop” for new prosecutors. He simply was not going to allow Flynn to go free. As when he brought in his own lawyer, Sullivan seemed to many to be turning into a self-contained legal system as accuser, prosecutor and presiding judge.

Months then passed; Sullivan seemed to be awaiting a new administration and a new chance to prosecute Flynn, post-election. In response, Trump pardoned Flynn.

So, on Tuesday, Sullivan decided to skip a trial and just declare Flynn guilty. Claiming, bizarrely, that dismissing the case after charges were dropped by prosecutors was a “close question,” he reluctantly accepted that the pardon meant there literally was no crime to prosecute. Yet, he proceeded to prove the case against Flynn and declared “a pardon does not necessarily render ‘innocent’ a defendant of any alleged violation of the law.” Of course, it also does not mean he is guilty. . . .

Sullivan’s quasi-verdict is as close to a posthumous execution as we have ever come in this county.

The problem is that Flynn is still very much alive.

At least when Pope Stephen pulled out the dead body of Pope Formosus in the year 897, he gave his predecessor a trial — the “Cadaver Synod.” After being found guilty, three of Formosus’s fingers were severed before his corpse was thrown into the Tiber River.

Judge Sullivan’s modern version of the “Cadaver Synod” thankfully left Flynn’s fingers intact — but I cannot say the same for our judicial system.

What do you think about this Judge’s comments and actions towards General Flynn even after his case was dismissed?

The wickedness behind the “robes” of this judge must cease lest it come forward to others we have the unfortunate call to stand in that court room. Prayers that No hatred such as this would proceed against Gen.Flynn OR Others who this disdainful spirit has attacked. Lord send your warring angels of TRUTH to bring down the corruption and mindset that pierces the souls of men with No Mercy. YOUR Mercy TRIUMPHS over judgement and we call it forth, that Judge Sullivan will find your truth & love that will OVERTURN the mindset of hatred. JESUS grant protection to your Warriors in the natural & spiritual.

What was the relatively minor Federal crime?

This case reflects the “deep state” and their desire to attain their own goals by law, regardless, that it’s person vendetta driving the ship. Too much like Mueller case and all the other quasi legal action against the President such as an attempt to impeach when there was not a shred of evidence. Thinking of the time, money (millions) we now know another reason we needed a reset..

Let’s be sure to call Judge Sullivan exactly what he is – a rogue judge who uses the law to further his connections with the left, democratic party and the deep state.
He is the WORST kind of judge – the type of judge that makes rulings that God hates. God does not hate judge Sullivan but truly hates his actions. The judge was appointed to a position (questionably) that requires he operate as a judge abiding by the rules of the Constitution and the rules of law “already in place”. Sullivan’s actions prove repeatedly that he has no interest in either the Constitution or the actual rule of law because in the world of rogue judges, they are “the law”. He will only use the pieces of Constitution or existing rules of law to add enough salt to his already predetermined deep state decision & to protect himself.
A master of disguise for wording when it came to the Flynn case, you can tell that Obama and the judge confided closely with the ever-changing polished “reasons” of why they case needed to go on. Liberals were in gaga-land as was the deep state because their target, Flynn, had been taken down. Their secret plot & schemes were still safe. Little do they realize what is coming to their doorstep. Eventually the knock on the door will be a case file called “motion to prosecute – God vs Judge Sullivan”…”for crimes against humanity and for not upholding the laws of God”. I think God very patient and loving and merciful but I also think He has drawn a line in the sand for many in great responsibility over our nation.
God isn’t mocked. When he allows someone to be appointed a position of incredible responsibility and authority – and that especially applies when the rule of law is involved, God expects that person to carry out that responsibility in a God-honoring manner. God expects that individual to uphold existing law and not “create’ their own version of an existing law or add/subtract from it. There are other legal processes in place for that, although in today’s world the liberal leftists want you to believe that isn’t true. (the dangers of forgetting history continue to haunt us today)
God tells us point blank “that to whom much is given, much will be required”. His word shows us over and over again how important that positions of leadership rule and decide fairly, equally and honestly. That especially includes the very critical and responsible positions of judges, representatives, governors, etc., etc. Any rulings, decisions or that which comes forth from those positions reflect or should reflect how God expects a nation to conduct themselves under His laws and the established laws of the land.
Judge Sullivan did not do that. Even his own peers could see that. But Sullivan is agenda driven. A DS puppet. An Obama puppet. Someone with a possible growing overseas account under a ghost name.
God is merciful – that I know. But at this juncture, Sullivan’s past actions probably has God’s cross-hairs on him. He did not rule fairly during the charade called his courtroom decision(s) surrounding Flynn. His statements constantly and publicly made are not that of a judge who cares about the rule of law in relation to the Constitution or existing laws. He has no fear of that & he suffers no consequence – YET. But I really believe those consequences are coming and it will be another shocker to our nation.

To that God often says….”You fool – tonight your soul is required of thee”…

I am scripture praying Psalm 35 for General Flynn, President Trump, who stands for America 🇺🇸 and to include all those dealing with unfair persecutions during this time.

In this Psalm, David appeals to the righteous Judge of heaven and earth against his enemies that hated and persecuted him.

*********

The Lord the Avenger of His People.

Psalm 35
1Plead[a] my cause, O Lord, with those who strive with me;
Fight against those who fight against me.
2Take hold of shield and [b]buckler,
And stand up for my help.
3Also draw out the spear,
And stop those who pursue me.
Say to my soul,
“I am your salvation.”
4Let those be put to shame and brought to dishonor
Who seek after my life;
Let those be turned back and brought to confusion
Who plot my hurt.
5Let them be like chaff before the wind,
And let the [c]angel of the Lord chase them.
6Let their way be dark and slippery,
And let the angel of the Lord pursue them.
7For without cause they have hidden their net for me in a pit,
Which they have dug without cause for my life.
8[d]Let destruction come upon him unexpectedly,
And let his net that he has hidden catch himself;
Into that very destruction let him fall.
9And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord;
It shall rejoice in His salvation.
10All my bones shall say,
“Lord, who is like You,
Delivering the poor from him who is too strong for him,
Yes, the poor and the needy from him who plunders him?”
11Fierce witnesses rise up;
They ask me things that I do not know.
12They reward me evil for good,
To the sorrow of my soul.
13But as for me, when they were sick,
My clothing was sackcloth;
I humbled myself with fasting;
And my prayer would return to my own [e]heart.
14I paced about as though he were my friend or brother;
I bowed down [f]heavily, as one who mourns for his mother.
15But in my [g]adversity they rejoiced
And gathered together;
Attackers gathered against me,
And I did not know it;
They tore at me and did not cease;
16With ungodly mockers at feasts
They gnashed at me with their teeth.
17Lord, how long will You look on?
Rescue me from their destructions,
My precious life from the lions.
18I will give You thanks in the great assembly;
I will praise You among [h]many people.
19Let them not rejoice over me who are wrongfully my enemies;
Nor let them wink with the eye who hate me without a cause.
20For they do not speak peace,
But they devise deceitful matters
Against the quiet ones in the land.
21They also opened their mouth wide against me,
And said, “Aha, aha!
Our eyes have seen it.”
22This You have seen, O Lord;
Do not keep silence.
O Lord, do not be far from me.
23Stir up Yourself, and awake to my vindication,
To my cause, my God and my Lord.
24Vindicate me, O Lord my God, according to Your righteousness;
And let them not rejoice over me.
25Let them not say in their hearts, “Ah, so we would have it!”
Let them not say, “We have swallowed him up.”
26Let them be ashamed and brought to mutual confusion
Who rejoice at my hurt;
Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor
Who exalt themselves against me.
27Let them shout for joy and be glad,
Who favor my righteous cause;
And let them say continually,
“Let the Lord be magnified,
Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”
28And my tongue shall speak of Your righteousness
And of Your praise all the day long.

This whole thing has been a miscarriage of justice. General Flynn was “marked” by the Obama administration as a risk because he knew too much. Their trap was demonstrative of their corrupt administration. Sullivan was one of Obama’s appointees and, am sure, one who Obama kept in contact with in this case. The fact America lived through those eight years of treasonist Obama and his cohorts is an amazing compliment to the grace of God. This Deep State that has been erected over time has to be cleansed and uprooted. The mouths of the accusers that cover their crimes and vilify others of character has always been a suspicious ploy. It is time for America to stand with the just and freedom fighters with the rule of law and justice. No one is above the law and this bunch of thugs since Reagan have been allowed to pillage this nation and our freedoms.

The communists are alive and well in the USA. Facts are not important to them only punishment for not aligning with them. May God have mercy on Judge Sullivan and the USA.

Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.
Ephesians 5:6 NKJV

Gracious God,
We have no shortage of “empty words” today. It seems like now, more than ever, people (this judge, mainstream media) use their position to vent their opinions. May their words ‘fall to the ground.’ May they have no influence, power or effect!
Help us, Lord, to reject the “empty words” in favor of the words of life that come from You. Guide us in Your ways by Your truth in Jesus. Amen.

      Lord let your justice rule over these corrupt judges. Let those empty words fall to the ground- and let your LIVING WORD be supreme over this nation and the judicial system. We declare NO MORE HIDING BEHIND THOSE BLACK ROBES.
