I Prayed have prayed
Lord, we ask that our governmental leaders would be God-fearing and recognize that they are accountable to You for each decision and act.

A federal judge on Tuesday barred the U.S. government from enforcing a 100-day deportation moratorium that is a key immigration priority of President Joe Biden.

U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton issued a temporary restraining order sought by Texas, which sued on Friday against a Department of Homeland Security memo that instructed immigration agencies to pause most deportations. Tipton said the Biden administration had failed “to provide any concrete, reasonable justification for a 100-day pause on deportations.” . . .

Prayer Point: Pray that the Biden Administration will not be able to circumvent the laws to achieve their objectives.

The order represents a victory for Texas’ Republican leaders, who often sued to stop programs enacted by Biden’s Democratic predecessor, President Barack Obama. It also showed that just as Democratic-led states and immigration groups fought former President Donald Trump over immigration in court, often successfully, so too will Republicans with Biden in office. . . .

The Department of Homeland Security referred a request for comment to the White House, which issued a statement saying the moratorium was “wholly appropriate.”

“President Biden remains committed to taking immediate action to reform our immigration system to ensure it’s upholding American values while keeping our communities safe,” the White House said.

Prayer Point: Pray that the Biden Administration would truly uphold American values and keep communities safe!

David Pekoske, the acting Homeland Security secretary, signed a memo on Biden’s first day directing immigration authorities to focus on national security and public safety threats as well as anyone apprehended entering the U.S. illegally after Nov. 1.  . . .

The 100-day moratorium went into effect Friday and applied to almost anyone who entered the U.S. without authorization before November. . . .

That agreement required Homeland Security to consult with Texas and other states before taking any action to “reduce, redirect, reprioritize, relax, or in any way modify immigration enforcement.”

Prayer Point: Pray that the Biden Administration will work with the southern border states and that God will prevent the harm that could be caused by drastic changes to open immigration.

The Biden administration argued in court filings that the agreement is unenforceable because “an outgoing administration cannot contract away that power for an incoming administration.” Paxton’s office, meanwhile, submitted a Fox News opinion article as evidence that “refusal to remove illegal aliens is directly leading to the immediate release of additional illegal aliens in Texas.”

Tipton, a Trump appointee, wrote that his order was not based on the agreement between Texas and the Trump administration, but federal law to preserve the “status quo” before the DHS moratorium.

Paxton has championed conservative and far-right causes in court, including a failed lawsuit seeking to overturn Biden’s victory over Trump, as he himself faces an FBI investigation over accusations by top former aides that he abused his office at the service of a donor. . . .

Kate Huddleston of the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas criticized Paxton and argued his lawsuit shouldn’t be allowed to proceed.

“The administration’s pause on deportations is not only lawful but necessary to ensure that families are not separated and people are not returned to danger needlessly while the new administration reviews past actions,” Huddleston said in a statement. . . .

Thank God for brave Judges like Judge Paxton for refusing to go along with the deportation mandate from Biden. I have relatives in the Tuscon, AZ area where it is estimated that one million immigrants enter Arizona illegally every year. This will decimate the economies of the border states and put so much stress on social services that I don’t know how these states will survive financially. With the Covid pandemic many American citizens are out of work, and this influx of illegal immigrants will take jobs away from our citizens. What part of “illegal immigrants” is not understand by the Left wingers?

Thank you Honorable Judge Tipton for standing in the gap against the unrighteous forces that are trying to deviate from our Constitution laws to advance their own agendas.

It takes a fearless, righteous, Judge to stand for constitutional laws and their pledge to uphold these laws at all times. Thank you Honorable Judge Tipton!

By the resurrection power of Abba Father, the blood of the son Jesus and the Holy Spirit, we decree and
declare Psalm 91:11-12 for He shall give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.

We will continue praying for a shield of protection over you, for devine health, wisdom, discernment, knowledge, courage, provision, that the joy of the Lord be your strength and the Shalom peace be with you always.

In the mighty name of Abba Father, the son and the Holy Spirit we pray. Amen. Glory to God! Praise His Holy Name!Amen!

The states must assert their rights given in the Constitution and stand against presidential orders that harm and affect the welfare of the nation. It will be up to the states to lead the fight, along with the citizens, to reject the unlawful actions of the current administration.

No matter if you try to give it away, health care is not “free”. Some one will pay. Even Jesus paid for us by taking stripes.
This doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t freely pass it on, but the imposition of it on citizens by a Godless government may be misdirected.
We as Christians should be allowed (as we are compelled by the Holy Spirit) to have the freedom and anointing to pass His Word to those in need to receive the Truth. Jesus gave us the commission, and correct interpretation of the Ammendments has given us the rights to evangelize, and administer God’s freedom for all our needs. And the needs of others.
A government disallowing that God given right has strayed, is tyrannical, and will not stand. Even if we have to withstand the abuse and persecution, it will not remain. We will be privileged to see it fall and implode upon itself. Things built on sand wash away.
We as the Church of Jesus have to stop whining and do His will. Arise mighty conquerors of God! Speak the Good News! Set men, women, and children free! Jesus has set us free! We are to be enslaved by no man or woman! Ignore the satanic threats. Speak His Word! We have eternal Life. We are not destined to die. Speak His Word! Set men free!

I think it is tough on the courts because they are trying to manage the morality AND the criminality in situations. I read that it is the responsibility of the church to manage the morality. Well guess what is not happening. The ecclesia is so stuck up on itself, the Word gets watered down so the morality issues get covered up. PEOPL NEED TO BE LOVINGLY LOVINGLY LOVINGLY TAUGHT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG. A PART OF THAT RESPONSIBILITY BELONGS TO THE FAMILY. HOW IS THE FAMILY GOING TO HELP SOCIETY IF THEY ARE TOO BROKE SPIRITUALLY, EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY? How is America going to maintain FAMILY structure?

Let me pray:

Heavenly Father thank you for all of of our current freedoms and blessings. Thank you for a wonderful country we live in. I pray to keep our family structure intact. A father and a mother, male and female, teaching their children the Word of God, so they are not confused, but know exactly whom they belong to. This whole gender alternative biz is just an excuse the enemy is using to further his agenda of destruction. The people who follow this rebellion are misguided and fear filled and long for acceptance. Father God wipe away our tears. It’s rebellion he is trying to spread. Well we know Father that we CHOOSE LIFE and life never ending. You, Father, are our DELIVERER, STRONG TOWER, VICTORY BANNER, PROVIDER. Lord, we know how the story ends. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Lord, thank You so much that we have a few righteous judges left. We really need to take care of our our own citizens first before we can assist others coming in from other countries. Our immigration laws really do need serious reform. Lord, I also ask that our leaders would be God-fearing. Help them to recognize that they are accountable to You for each decision and act. In Jesus name.

America should be giving free healthcare, first to our own citizens and veterans living homeless in country that were mostly born in America and many served to protect our country and some disabled from ears they involved in. Americans first, and only when our citizens are taken care for any health care, then review our immigration policy. Currently we are actually refusing to put all American citizens first. Godhelp us care for our own citizen’s needs. We need repent for ignoring health and other needs for our own people.

Thank you Lord for at least ONE righteous judge. Raise up more judges that will make decisions based in the righteousness of Your word and the constitution that was drafted out of Your word by the founding fathers.
