My name is Allan Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, a national non-profit, public-interest litigation group based in San Antonio, Texas. The Justice Foundation represented Norma McCorvey, the “Roe” of Roe v. Wade, and Sandra Cano, the “Doe” of Doe v. Bolton, (from 2000 to 2012) in their efforts to reverse their own cases which brought legalized abortion to America.  Today, I represent Melinda Thybault,  Founder of The Moral Outcry Petition, and over 483,000 signers. Our current focus is The Moral Outcry Petition, which explains legally why the Supreme Court should reverse Roe v. Wade. To date, we have filed multiple briefs, that includes these signers, at the Supreme Court asking them to reverse their abortion cases.

Arkansas just banned abortion except to save the life of the mother based on The Moral Outcry Petition by over two-thirds in both Houses. Below is a picture of sponsors with a scroll containing the first quarter million signatures.

We need half a million signatures by June 9. We are almost there! Abortion is one of the greatest injustices in the world today and God hates the shedding of innocent blood (Proverbs 6:17). The Moral Outcry is not just a petition, but a justice movement (it is not political). Based on “The Law of Judicial Precedent”, there are 5 legal reasons why Roe v. Wade should be overturned (read more here). There are 3 ways your church can legally participate in effectively and powerfully standing for the Sanctity of Life and to help end abortion in this country.

1. Pray for the Supreme Court (1 Tim 2:1-8) / Sign the Petition  – Join over 70 National Christian Leaders.

You and your congregation can legitimately influence the United States Supreme Court to do justice and reverse its abortion cases. Please join with over 60 National Christian leaders, including Dr. James Dobson and Father Frank Pavone (view list here), and over 483,000 Signers.  Please sign The Moral Outcry yourself. It is easy to view the entire petition and sign, visit www.themoraloutcry.com. Your name, and no other data, will be provided to the Supreme Court in Friend of the Court Briefs asking the Court to reverse its abortion cases. Your voice for justice matters. Don’t be silent!

2. Share The Moral Outcry Petition Movement With Your Church

Sign and endorse The Moral Outcry Petition by sending an email like this explaining how people may become involved in the fight for the child in the womb. Share this in your regular newsletter, email communications, etc. If you are unable to share to your congregation, will you please forward this to those who would like to sign?
