Actor Jim Caviezel warned that if Christians want their religion to endure for future generations, they will have to fight for it.
During an interview, Caviezel said, “No one has ever rode to victory on the back of fake moral platitudes. We have to speak the truth boldly.”
“Barbaric Christian persecution is something that still goes on today,” the actor said, proceeding to reveal the movie’s intent. . . .
Caviezel has said it’s essential for Christians to pay attention to these troubling acts of persecution and to take action.
“When I read the gospels, I’ve never seen a Jesus who would sit there and say, ‘Too bad for him,’” he said of the apathy that can sometimes creep in on this issue. “And that is not the gospel I know.”

“We’re talking about massive, massive persecutions.”
“When you look at away of life, if Christians of this country continue to not say anything, some say think this is a holy way to go, but if they continue to remain silent… Christian culture will no longer be a part of that. It will be something else,” he said.
“What happened to prayer?” he said later in the interview. “What happened to prayer in the family?”

Father God, we thank you for your constant love, forgiveness, and blessings. You are so patient Abba Father and we are so slow to do Your will On earth as it is in heaven. Nudge us Lord to action NOW and to stand up for You. And in so doing stand up for religious freedom in this country.
Our President, Donald Trump, can’t do this alone. He is attacked every day, 24/7, with lies, slander, fake scandals, impeachment and more. We who follow Jesus Christ, must rise up and vote for our Judeo Christian heritage that is also under attack. Pres Trump is working to uphold our constitution and religious freedom. And he is the only one speaking out against abortion.
He is the only one who will stand with our Creator and boldly state IN GOD WE TRUST.
Father God, light of the world, protect us from the enemy and protect us from complacency. And we ask for your mighty hedge of protection around our president and all who stand with him. In Jesus precious name, we ask for your protection and blessing.

Last Sunday the pastor of my church warned of coming persecution of
Christians. We must keep praying to pull down strongholds and that the eyes of our citizens would be opened to the truth.
I am glad that your pastor spoke up. I am concerned that many ministers are too worried about “rocking the boat”. Therefore remain silent.
Thank you. The pastor of our church is bold in preaching the dangers of sin and other topics that some are too reticent to speak about.
Dear Heavenly Father, help us not to sleep on our watch. Let us work while it is still day, before the night descends upon us in Jesus’s Name. I decree and declare that every chain of oppression and blinders would fall way in the Name of Jesus. Amen. I keep trying to talk to people I know and intercede for them, but so many people are sleep, or just don’t believe that persecution is possible in America. Really??

We as Your people have been silent for too long and I pray that the Lord would open up platforms whereby we ordinary, everyday Christians will have opportunity to speak out in truth. I also pray that all God’s people will use their rights to vote His values and morality at the poles and not stay home in apathetic silence. Let us use the voting voice we have been given.
Lord stir Your people who are still asleep. Shake the apathy from them and open the sleepy eyes that they may see. Amen

Christians in this country are praying more than ever before and actively praying and working to abolish abortion and sex trafficking. I think your perspective depends greatly on where you live. I live in Mississippi, if I lived on the east or west coast I would have a different perspective.
How can any true believer support Biden/Harris who support full term abortion with tax federal dollars. It is because they have not been taught. My people perish for lack of knowledge.
Hello Sherry, some individuals that I have spoken to don’t even know what Biden/Harris platform stand for. They are just convinced and hypnotized by the media that President Trump is evil and must go. I can give them resources to investigate the information, but they refuse to follow through.
We’ve been taught to be silent and to turn the other cheek. Our pulpits are silent against the atrocities that are occurring daily. Churches have bowed down to the 5013C which has silenced political sermons in exchange for a tax exempt status. Churches no longer teach the Bible, no longer speak out against sin for fear of offense. They value church numbers and tithing amounts to the word of God. Lord, forgive us for turning Your church into a lifeless social event. Pour Spirit upon us and drive us to our knees in repentance. Teach us how to be mighty Christians again. Raise up bold leaders who do no value the dollar but value You. Raise up leaders who will lead us.
Lord, I come, I come to You in these uncertain, trying times. It is easy to be afraid as persecution is possible, but You say “You have not given us a spirit of fear, but power, love and a sound mind” . “”be strong in the grace that is in Jesus Christ”. “”Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles (schemings) of the devil”. Lord I receive Your Word into my life, into my spirit In Jesus name Amen (II Timothy 1:7, II Timothy 2:1, Ephesians 6:11)
