Lord God–I lift up to you the country of Iran..
I pray that you would visit both the people of Iran and their leaders–especially Mojtaba.
You know the best way to communicate to them that You are both good and real.
I pray that they would know the truth that makes them free.
Holy Spirit–move mighty on this nation–I pay this in Jesus name, amen.
Even thou we do not know the condition of the leader right now we can pray that he comes to salvation and also that his son does. We need to reach nations by praying and witnessing to the unsaved the message of Jesus. Lord give us the hearts to reach the lost souls. In Jesus’ name.
I do not want to pray for a bad person.
Yes, it is much harder to pray for an evil person or an enemy. But Jesus commanded us “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you” Luke 6:27, 28…. “Love your enemies, do good to them.” Luke 6: 35, as in praying for them. It does take God’s supernatural empowerment to forgive, do good and pray for enemies and evil men. It helps to ask God to help us realize all he has forgiven us and be aware that once we were alienated from God and enemies in our minds, Colossians 1:21.
Wouldn’t Jesus have us to bless our enemy and pray for him? God desires our enemy to turn his heart towards Christ and no longer be an enemy to God.
Could He not use our prayers in hindering this bad man from doing more evil?
We must pray for bad persons also. Praying for their acceptance of Jesus as their Savior.

Father you set up leaders and depose leaders. I’m asking that you appoint a leader in Iran who will be open to the gospel. All things are possible with you . I’m praying for a great Godly spiritual awakening and revival all across this world of yours. Jesus said if you ask anything in my name my father will give it to you according to His will. Salvation is your will and I look with expectation to world revival raising up holy hands in praise to the one who is able to do abundantly above all that we ask or think. In Jesus name.
Iran has the highest evangelistic rate (i.e. referring to the rate in which evangelical Christians increase). Their rate is 19%. Afganastan is second in this rate. Let’s pray that this rate increases massively! This will bring about a reduction in persecution.

Dear Lord, You know the Khamenei men, Ali and his son Mojtaba. Ali studied the Koran since 4 and is revered as supreme. Mojtaba is a theology instructor whose bigger job is controlling the nations’ financial assets but You know them intimately. Before You fold up Ali, please give him a vision of what awaits him in his present condition and change him. I pray he has time to confess the lie of his life with his son, family and all of Iran. I pray Your actions will have a far reaching impact in this region and beyond. I am asking this and believing it possible because You are God. I am asking this and believing it possible because Jesus said with Your faith in me and forgiveness in my heart, it will be done. My comments below were actually one unified comment that would not post. It was lost. I then retyped it, and copied it into a word processor, so I would not lose it again. I then had to break it down into segments, and try posting it in parts, checking for what might be considered “offensive words”. I’ve had to do this on previous posts as well. The words I have used could only be considered offensive if misused, not in the context I used them. And there is still one paragraph, even after revisions, that would not post. I’ve invested about 2 hours in this process so far this morning – not because I consider my written prayer indispensable, because I know YHVH was listening as I typed it – but because I’m concerned that it is happening to others as well. I guess I’m trying to figure out why it keeps happening. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, please amen it.
Ali Khamenei. YHVH, there is only one thing that can limit Your divine redemptive plan, Your mercy and grace, and that is an individual’s free will. So, even now this man could choose to cry out to You in repentance and faith, and receive the atoning work of Yeshua on his behalf. You amaze me!! If that is still possible, may it be! For we know that You desire that none perish, but come to know You and everlasting life.
May his son also be given opportunity to hear the Gospel, to reject and renounce Islam, and be born again. Many of his countrymen have done so, and found that “pearl of great price”. We thank You, that Your church can thrive and grow under any government or regime. But they have paid a great price as a result of living under this religious and political totalitarian regime. We ask for change, YHVH – not for an evil to evil regime change, but the changes You desire. We ask this for the sake of the precious people of Iran; for the sake of our Iranian brothers and sisters; for the sake of the safety of Israel and the world; even for the sake of Sunni Muslims – but most of all for Your Name’s sake!! That the world might know there is a God in Israel – the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob – YHVH!
And YHVH – please deal with world leaders, especially here in the USA – be they political, religious, financial, etc. – who would oppose Your divine Sovereign plan for Iran, and even more so Your plan for Israel. It is a fool’s errand to oppose You!!
I pray that President Trump will have wisdom from above to stop Iran from prospering so that they will not have the ammo etc. to start a war. He has done it before, Father God,
we believe he will do it again and Iran will not be a threat. I pray that we will quickly building back up our military supplies quickly and all that is necessary to make our military strong again. Maybe Elon Musk will be led to donate and/or get paid back?
