God is at work in our nation–we are seeing the Body praying and engaged for our nation like we haven’t seen in years. Just ask state leaders who are welcoming an influx of engaged intercessors in their state! On the heels of witnessing a mighty move of God to quell the hurricane in Florida, we have faith that God will move and have His way in our national and state elections. Our prayer and action matters in this 11th hour–let’s continue to be faithful as we cross the finish line! There are several ways you can join in prayer over the elections!

PRAY WITH YOUR STATE
First, pray for and with your state prayer group on Monday, November 4th at 6pm local time. That means that 6pm wherever you live, your state will be praying for the body of Christ to get out the vote in your state, and for election integrity in the final hours of voting and counting votes. PRAY WITH OUR 36-HOUR PRAYER WALL

PRAY WITH US ON OUR ELECTION EVE AND ELECTION DAY WEBCASTS 
Hear reports from across the nation, and from election experts as we pray together on our special election webcast coverage. Monday, November 4th we will get updates from True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht, and others as in-person voting prepares to begin.  And then on Election Day, we will be reporting live from around the nation and pray about urgent prayer needs as they arise.  Both webcasts begin at 12:15m ET and can be viewed at IFApray.org, and call in at 667-771-7910 2452#.

We are hopeful that we will see believers voting in greater numbers, and that we will see candidates elected who will uphold biblical values. God has made us each for this time in our nation’s history. He desires to shape the history of our nation–we join Him through prayer, fasting, and taking action.  How will you be part of this history-making time in our nation? Here are some points of prayer as you join in the prayer times over our elections:

Pray for Christians to be moved to vote and vote biblically in greater number than in past elections! (Hos 14:9)

Pray for God’s purposes to be fulfilled in our states and our nation. (Prv 29:2)

Pray that the schemes and evil plans of the Enemy would disintegrate, exposed, fail, and backfire. (1 Pet 5:8)

Pray for swift justice for any unlawful or corrupt action that is taken to undermine our election systems. (Prv 21:15)

Pray to uphold the Constitution and our laws with every voting action. (Eph 4:28)

Pray that believers would conduct due diligence on candidates and ballot initiatives and be informed on each in order to vote biblically. (Prv 29:2)

Pray that candidates who walk with Christ would be protected, elevated, and continue to seek God. (Ps 111:10, 2 Cor 9:8)

Pray that citizens would be able to discern truth about candidates and ballot initiatives. Pray that the veil of deception would be torn and null and void. Pray for open eyes in our nation. (Ps 43:3)

Pray that all who are elected would either continue to walk with the Lord, or to encounter Him in a mighty life-changing way. (Prv 1:7)

Pray that the election outcome would ultimately result in our nation being poised for greater spiritual growth and an awakening! (Ps 22:27, 2 Chr 7:14, Ps 85:6)

Pray for physical protection over our candidates and our current leaders. (2 Thes 3:3)

Pray for boldness for Christians to speak the truth, declare what is right, and to find courage. (Deut 31:6)

Pray that there would be no litigation that would undo any lawful and legitimate election result. (1 Cor 13:6)

Pray for those who are working in the election offices and locations to be truthful, diligent, and free from fraud. The same goes for any personnel who are part of the tabulation process. We pray that any plan to subvert truthful results would result in failure and not overcome the truth. (Eph 4:28)

Pray for our nation in this time of division, that there would not be civil unrest and violence. Pray for biblical Shalom over our nation. (Eph 4:32)

Pray for protection over our nation during this vulnerable time in the election and subsequent transfer of power. (Ps 34:7)

Pray that there would be stories of God at work, shared answered prayer, and ordinary people fulfilling extraordinary callings. (Is 60:1-2)

Pray that like with Esther and Mordecai, there would be a deliverance of our nation from the hands of the Enemy that seeks to further destroy our nation. May God be our deliverer! (Is 54:17, Es 8:8)
