House Majority Whip Tom Emmer told Just the News on Tuesday that Minnesota state employees are providing evidence that could lead to the federal prosecution of Gov. Tim Walz, offering sworn whistleblower testimony confirming the Democratic governor failed to act after they warned about massive taxpayer fraud involving the state’s Somali immigrant population.
“That my friend should be enough for criminal charges. The man should be in cuffs,” Emmer said during a wide-ranging interview on the John Solomon Reports podcast.
While Walz has vehemently denied wrongdoing and insisted he did not turn a blind eye to a fraud scheme that federal prosecutors predict could reach $9 billion, three GOP Minnesota state legislators told Congress last week that there were whistleblowers in state government willing to come forward to chronicle their efforts to alert the Walz administration to fraud and the subsequent retaliation they endured.
The Majority Whip confirmed that whistleblowers are cooperating with investigators and providing testimony about how they tried to alert Governor Walz and state Attorney General Keith Ellison about the fraud. According to these whistleblowers, Governor Walz knew about the fraud and ignored or retaliated against state employees seeking to bring it to his attention.
Majority Whip Emmer said that the retaliation whistleblowers faced included “threatening to blackball you from any future employment, threatening to take away your health benefits, threatening to take away your retirement benefits, and the list goes on.” And, according to state Representative Marion Rarick, who spoke to the U.S. House Oversight and Accountability Committee last week, some whistleblowers even reporting experiencing “a veiled threat of the use of military intelligence against them.”
These testimonies seemingly spell disaster for Governor Walz. As our legislators continue to investigate fraud in Minnesota, let’s pray for the full truth about the corruption to be revealed, and let’s pray for justice!

Yes walz and all those who are breaking the laws by their unlawful sanctuary for illegals and actively working against ICE enforcing laws passed by congress should be removed from office and locked up.

We need to keep praying this and letting the devil know that we know he is under our feet. In Jesus’ name.
In viewing the situation today, I am so very glad that this man is not the Vice President of our great country. Our leaders must be faithful to our moral standards and dedicated to serving the people in their realm of responsibility.
Let’s not forget this is a spiritual battle first and foremost and if you don’t believe it go read Ephesians 6. Your prayers against this regional demonic force will prevail and evil will be exposed and God’s justice will be implemented. It is so sad that innocent people get caught up in the physical battle, but look at how evil has been let loose to do its wickedness against innocent people. God detests those who assist evil and their reward will be just and swift.
Also remember the Minnesota Representative or Senator that voted with the Republicans to open the government i believe, and she and her husband were shot dead in their home. I hope we get to the
bottom of their murder. FATHER GOD please expose who killed this woman and her husband quickly and bring that person(s) to justice. Also continue to expose Tim Walz and the mayor and the A.D. for their involvement and monies received from the Somalian fraud in JESUS MIGHTY NAME. Amen!
Governor Tim Walz has appealed directly to Trump, asking him to “turn the temperature down. Stop this campaign of retribution. This is not who we are,” he wrote on social media. Walz also appealed to Minnesotans not to give the administration an excuse to send in troops. “I know this is scary,” he wrote. “We can—we must—speak out loudly, urgently, but also peacefully. We cannot fan the flames of chaos. That’s what he wants.”
The images coming out of Minnesota have been compared to those of Public Safety Commissioner Bull Connor ordering police officers and firefighters to use fire hoses against the children marching during the civil rights movement in Birmingham, Alabama, or of law enforcement officers beating civil rights marchers in Selma, Alabama. A family with six children in a van caught in the clash last night were hit with tear gas and air bags detonated by a flash-bang grenade. Three of the children, including a six-month-old infant, were taken to a hospital by ambulance for treatment. “My kids were innocent. I was innocent. My husband was innocent. This shouldn’t have happened,” the mother told Kilat Fitzgerald of Fox9 in Minneapolis. “We were just trying to go home.”
The administration has now openly shifted from using federal agents to round up undocumented immigrants to using federal power to suppress political opponents. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters today that Trump’s threat to invoke the Insurrection Act “spoke very loud and clear to Democrats across this country, elected officials who are using their platforms to encourage violence against federal law enforcement officers who are encouraging left-wing agitators to unlawfully obstruct legitimate law enforcement operations.”
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem told reporters today that federal agents will ask Americans to “validate their identity” by showing proof of citizenship if they are near someone federal agents allege has committed a crime. As CNN’s Kaanity Iyer reported, today, CNN legal analyst Elie Honig explained that it is unconstitutional for an officer to ask someone to show proof of citizenship “without some other basis to make a stop.”
It is not Walz who should be in jail. Wake up.
I am 75 years old and watched Bull Connor order fire hises against the Peaceful marchers in the south. What is going on today IS NOTHING LIKE THAT. It’s on YouTube, go watch the TOTALLY PEACEFUL marchers in Selma and in the south and come back and compare that to this anarchy of violent and insane attacks against ICE! There is NO COMPARISON! Bull Connor and his other law enforcement officers beat and put the firemen’s big water hoses against the peaceful protesters that had no weapons and were singing and walking. And none of them were paid! . How does 1960s compare with paid agitators ramming cars and throwing fireworks against ICE? I heard Tim Walz say out of his own mouth that his Minnesota police officers should come out and fight ICE. Tim walz is a snake who was paid by the Somalian to cover up their fraud and is using this violence against ICE to cover up his receiving monies from the fraud. Please do your own research before comparing peaceful marchers for civil rights against these murderous thugs fighting against ICE deporting illegal criminals. And President Trump IS NOT retaliating against a political opponent. He is REMOVING ILLEGALS FROM OUR COUNTRY. FATHER GOD I bind every lie believed and spoken against President Trump. President Trump was falsely convicted by a corrupt system filled with corrupt judges, corrupt lawyers and corrupt politicians. God Almighty will bring justice and vindication for President Trump! Justice is here, and all hidden corruption and criminal activity WILL be exposed because God Almighty HAS heard the prayers of His Ekklesia and mercifully is turning America back to Himself!! Yes Father God, You ARE blessing America again! America WILL be a light to the nations again because this is Your will for her!
You clearly do not care in the least about the truth. He was convicted by a jury, not buy a judge. He was also found responsible for assaulting a woman. We know what he said on video about grabbing women. He would have been found guilty of stealing classified documents if he was not elected, because people who refuse to accept what kind of person he is vote for him, just refuse to be able to accept the truth. He shows again what kind of person he is by flipping off a guy who is heckling him and saying a profanity. Both parties would see this as unacceptable of a president at any other time in our history. Both parties SHOULD be able to see that he lacks the character to be president. BLIND!
And all of his convictions were overturned. It is perfectly ok to dislike President Trump, but it is not ok to lie about him. All liars will find their place in the lake of fire. Perhaps do your own research before speaking?
