UPDATE: An Israeli forensics team has confirmed that Hamas did not actually transfer the body of Shiri Bibas, instead giving Israel an “anonymous, unidentified body.” In response to this information, the IDF accused Hamas of violating the ceasefire deal, while Secretary of State Marco Rubio called for the terrorist organization to be “eradicated.”
In its most recent hostage transfer, Hamas released the bodies of four Israelis, including a mother and her young children. These tragic deaths only accentuate the need for peace and prayer in Israel.

At the time of their kidnapping, Shiri was 32 years old, Ariel was 4 years old and Kfir was 9 months old. Their father, Yarden, was also kidnapped by Hamas, but survived and was released on Feb. 1.
Lifshitz, a retired journalist and activist, was 83 years old when he and his then 85-year-old wife, Yocheved, were kidnapped from their home. She was released on Oct. 23, 2023.

The coffins were later transferred to a Red Cross car, which took them to Israeli forces inside the Gaza Strip. Once the hostages were back in Israeli hands, the Israel Defense Forces made sure their coffins did not contain explosives or other dangerous substances before conducting a short ceremony honoring their lives. …
The next transfer is scheduled to take place on Saturday where Hamas will release six living hostages.
About 70 hostages remain in Hamas custody. Nearly all the remaining hostages, including Israeli soldiers, are men and about half are believed to be dead.

Father, make good on your promise, that blessed are those who bless Israel and cursed are those who curse Israel.
Lord God Almighty, in our pain and horror at these injustices, these mutilations done to Your people just because they are Your people, give us grace–it will take such grace!–to leave vengeance to You, whatever that looks like, and to obey Your will to LOVE, FORGIVE and PRAY (BLESSINGS) OVER the murderers. May there be those in Gaza RIGHT NOW, even HAMAS members, who are shocked and horrified and sickened by what they have done, who are repenting and crying out to You for mercy and forgiveness. I pray, Lord , that You will bring to light what YOU have been doing in the darkness of those tunnels, appearing to terrorists and calling them to Yourself. Though we may never meet them in this life, may there be MANY we will meet in heaven who found (are finding) You as Savior and Lord and having their Jewish-bloodstained hands and hearts washed clean as snow.
This prayer resonates with me Jessica. As I was working out, the Lord was working it out in me. I was led to pray in a similar way. I was once a terrorists, maybe not toward others but toward myself and my Creator. Blessings to you.

I hope and pray all who fight against evil will unite against Hamas and all other terrorist organizations …that “they” are exposed and have no where to hide…that “they” and all leaders who assist them receive justice in proportion to the pain they have inflicted.
I thank God America has a new administration who supports Israel. As for the Bibas babies and all little ones who suffer, have mercy Lord. I continue to pray for the hostages yet released, the loved ones waiting and those who are grieving.

Lord, the bodies of these young children stir up the horror and grief over all the pictures I saw of the mutilated bodies of children and infants from the Oct.7, 2023 massacre. An indescribable demonic madness has manifested in this jihadist group called Hamas. But you, Lord of creation, have the power to bind and restrict this evil by our heartfelt prayers and the physical destruction of their hegemony over the Palestinians. The prewar photos of the Gsza strip looked like paradise and now destruction surrounds them. Open the eyes of the hearts of many to Your salvation.
Lord, give insight of your plans to redeem this land and the people open to your goodness to those in administration. Help them remove those who only desire to deceive and destroy so this evil will be contained. We thank you for your Word that always gives us courage and hope.
