Senators are pushing back against the World Health Organization’s efforts to take control over nations in the event of a health emergency.

As member states of the World Health Organization (WHO) prepare to gather in Switzerland next week to negotiate final terms of an accord that will give the WHO centralized authority over U.S. policy in the case of a pandemic, Republican senators are pushing back with an effort to reinforce congressional power to authorize treaties.

The draft accord, which would be “legally binding” on all 194 member nations, gives the WHO the authority to declare pandemics and submits member countries to “the central role of the WHO as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work,” in areas like lockdowns, treatments, medical supply chains, surveillance, and “disinformation and false news,” once a pandemic is declared.
Seventeen U.S. senators, led by Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), introduced the “No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act” on Feb 15, which states that the pandemic accord must be deemed a treaty, thus requiring the consent of a supermajority of the Senate, which is two-thirds, or 67 senators. …
But some doubt this bill, even if approved, will stop the WHO accord from going into effect once President Joe Biden signs it. …

Will Biden Need Senate Approval for WHO Accord?
It remains unclear if the Biden administration will need Senate approval for the WHO accord to go into effect. The accord itself states that it will become effective and legally binding on member states “provisionally,” as soon as it is signed and before any national legislatures approve it. …
While the U.S. Constitution states that the president can make treaties “provided two-thirds of the senators present concur,” American presidents have increasingly been signing international agreements without Senate consent, and those agreements have taken effect in the United States regardless.
According to the Senate’s website: “Treaties to which the United States is a party also have the force of federal legislation, forming part of what the Constitution calls ‘the supreme Law of the Land’ … In recent decades, presidents have frequently entered the United States into international agreements without the advice and consent of the Senate. These are called ‘executive agreements.’ Though not brought before the Senate for approval, executive agreements are still binding on the parties under international law.” …
The U.S. Supreme Court has on several occasions supported the notion that these executive agreements constitute federal law and supersede state laws and regulations. … Under the U.S. Constitution, health policy falls under state jurisdiction, but the WHO pandemic accord may be a way to bring health policy under the jurisdiction of the federal government, once the WHO declares a pandemic. …

Could it be understood by this attempt to submit America to UN control that this is the thin end of a wedge that has been a 100 year plan by the American Communist Party to overthrow the US constitution? The atheists involved hate it and seem to have found friends in our high places. If this doesn’t cause intercessors to fast and pray, I’m not sure what will.
We have been given a sacred trust in inheriting a great country and a great Constitution and no excuse, such as health “emergencies” should be used to take it away! Adults in a free society must be trusted to control their own bodies! Doctors are often wrong, so each individual should have bodily autonomy!
I am praying that the Lord will arrest President Biden so that he can see this is not the best America. I have asked the Lord to intervene and I believe He will do so as other believers come into agreement. The greatest force on earth is the Body of Christ speaks and believe that what the say will come to pass.

What an encouraging word, and I believe it. I would add as a teaching point that the biblical word for confession means “to say the same thing.” (Homologia, Strong’s 3670) Our words are powerful when we are saying what God says. Think about it, we are born again when we believe the gospel in our hearts and confess this faith in Christ with our mouths (Romans 10:10). Speaking the word of the Lord is one of the primary ways God’s power and authority are released.

Heavenly Father this is a spiritual battle of wicked proportion, LORD fight for us. We ask for Your ministering angels to visit every leader associated with the WHO. Let each member personally encounter the true, living God. But, Father if they turn away from You, confound the camp of wickedness, let them turn against themselves. If they reject You, let them reject one another. Draw together the army of believers at this meeting into one accord. Let Your Spirit give wise counsel to those who would hear. In the midst of this council send Your messenger and deliver Your true word. Trample the scorpions and crush the serpent’s head. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
We do have unalienable rights. I bind the evil agenda of the enemy in reference to this evil plan. We say no to hell and loose truth about this plan. No weapon form against America shall prosper. I declare and decree backlash to this evil agenda. I loose favor on Ron Johnson and his fight back against this and that there is and will continue to be an army of supernatural resistance against the plan to weaken the land of the free and the home of the brave. Lord Jesus, we pray that Your will would be done in this crazy scheme. I pray that the efforts of WHO to do this power grab would fail miserably. In Jesus’ holy name.

We are 2 years past the point where we should have rebelled against Joe biden’s hostile take over of our nation! Why do we keep allowing him to go against our Constitution; our laws on the books; and us? We don’t have to obey his unrighteous decrees and need to immediately, and vocally urge Congress to STOP JOE BIDEN in his tracks before we have no country! People who listened to him about the vaccines are now having strokes and heart attacks and many are dying! There are more of us than him and even the FBI! JUST SAY NO TO JOE! From now on and SAY YES TO CHRIST in JESUS MIGHTY NAME! AMEN!
Lord God, I am praying with a mustard seed of faith. Please miraculously intervene and completely bind this ‘treaty’ that wants to take control of our world. Cause all the leaders that want to sign this to COMPLETELY REFRAIN from doing so. Move in them—stir deep within them the uncontrollable urging to walk away from this treaty and organization. Let their hearts not only be softened to You, but fully submitted to You, for they are in a place of leadership that affects all the peoples and will be accountable to You. Let their eyes be opened and let them not be deceived as to what that document really is putting into place.
I am trusting You to do miracles.
