During prayer last month, I heard the Lord say “I want you to apply to FEMA.”
Needing clarity, my questions were rapid fire.
Finally the LORD asked me, “What does federal mean? According to etymological dictionaries, during the 1600s, the word “federal” was initially a theological term, used to represent covenants — primarily the covenant between GOD and man. Later federal became the familiar, secularized term representing a federation or government. And now it refers to the U.S. national government, including in the acronym FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration).
In Psalm 89:30-32, GOD warned: “If his sons forsake My law and do not walk in My judgments, if they break My statutes and do not keep My commandments, then I will punish their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.” But GOD! Verses 33 – 35 confirm His covenant promises: “Nevertheless My lovingkindness I will not utterly take from him, nor allow My faithfulness to fail. My covenant I will not break, nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips. Once I have sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David.”
It is often a hard truth to swallow, but the judgment of GOD comes always in relation to the covenant promises of GOD.
With the command to apply to FEMA, GOD was commanding me to apply to Him, through His covenant with Israel and with His Ecclesia for the emergency administration of His promises on our behalf. He was inviting me, and us, to believe Him to deliver great outcomes, without adjusting our claims to the detriment of His Word or His people.
Armed with a promise the LORD has given me about some remaining hostages, I applied for His emergency administration and look forward with hope for the administration of His Word. Here is how I prayed:
LORD deliver us from the hand of the Enemy and from his legions: human, spiritual, and mixed. Have mercy on Your people as we confess, repent, contend, and advance. Send emergency assistance by the command of Your voice this day. Today I ask that You cause the rescue and restoration according to Your word, of “Yet seven more.” In the matchless Name of Authority, Yeshua, I submit this application for Your covenantal emergency administration on this 3rd day of the Third Month, 5785 (9 June 2024), 7:53pm.
Has the LORD given you a specific promise related to your health, family, a prodigal, Israel or the nations? If so, apply today for His emergency administration of the promise.

Lord, We are prone to stumble. We need to fix our eyes continually on the only one who is able to keep us from stumbling and to present us blameless before the presence of your glory. You are able to do this, to present us blameless by your grace before the presence of your glory. Jude 1:24-25
Psalm 21: 4-6 says: “indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD watches over you— the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.” Lord we will praise and worship You alone during the storms of 2024. We seek your wisdom and protection and determine not to succumb to fear and compromise. We do this by your mercy and grace found through your Word and Holy Spirit, in the Body of Christ. Amen

Wow! Yes! We agree, Father –thank you for this message for your special opps. We definitely need it. Thank you for giving us such strategic messages for spiritual warfare. You never send us into battle without appropriate weapons. We agree that all of the hostages will be released or removed from further suffering, in You plan. We ask that You deliver our prodigals from darkness. We have been told we can also dispatch angels. Lord dispatch powerful warrior, ministering and protective angels in answers to our prayers. We have been told we can give You a “blank check” to fill in as You see fit. Continue to teach us how to stand strong for you. Give us skin like flint. Lord we ask all of these things in Your powerful name. Boo-yah, Lord!
I am happy to hear this post. I have been praying, asking the Lord about all the catastrophes that are happening around the world. On one hand I know Gods word talks about all these catastrophes happening. It is His working as written in the scriptures. However I was wondering if it was to give the world a chance to Repent? For his word says “and they repented not” I believe it is also awakening the backslidden ( prodigal) as a way to bring them home. For Gods mercy endureth forever. All this I was hearing from give him 15 that the Lord wants to save America. If so, I believe it is only due to repentance and praying to Him in faith, setting aside the idols in our lives and remembering the main call as Christians;; to bring in the lost, to save souls through Christ and Love. I still whole heartedly believe the time is extremely short even though we do not know the exact hour. His word states he desires Mercy above all. Thank you again for this post.
Please pray for me because God never speaks to me about promises or tells me ANYTHING like that and your testimony has made me question my relationship with Him now and I had just reached a place of peace and faith after my wilderness season but things like this keep coming up shaking my faith. Why does He speak to so many others this way but not me?
Karin. Be blessed my sister. You yourself said “I had just reached a place of peace and faith after my wilderness season”. NO you did not lose faith. Confusion does not come from God but from the enemy. Remember in the garden he said to Eve: “Did God not say…” so OF COURSE he’s going to twist God’s promises and truths. Of course he wants to drop-kick you back into the wilderness, or better yet entice you back. But our God is a God that cannot lie (Numbers 23:19) and all his promises are YES and AMEN 2 Corinthians 1:20. When this happens to me and I’m overcome my siblings in Christ remind me to remember His promises and soak in his Presence. STAND, sister, in those shoes of peace. You are standing on a firm foundation!
I agree with Wenona Andress in her encouragement to you. I add to meditate on AND memorized those promises. It isn’t easy but it is rewarding! He will speak to you through the Word that you meditate on and memorize.
Karin, I’ve known those times of questioning, too. But I think sometimes God is speaking but we’re expecting it to come in a different way, and we miss it, or attribute it to someone or something else. Be encouraged that He used Mavourene to speak to you. Pour out to Him Your desire to “hear” Him in whatever way He chooses to speak, through: His Word, His Spirit, His people, His “choice” of numerous ways He might speak. It is seldom an audible voice.
God inhabits the praises of his people. Get into his word. Be like David and memorize scriptures (119:11 Thy word have I written on my heart that I might not sin against thee) and then start lifting him up. Take time to tell him how much you love him, thanking him for even the small things, and then listen for him to speak. We have memorized a ton of scriptures that as we have repeated them daily, we have found it has drawn us closer to him as well as strengthening us. Quite a few times when I need clarification on an issue or something I am questioning, one of these scriptures will be the exact answer and he will show me that by having it preached and expanded on the next week at church. He is an awesome God and he wants to talk to you. Please hang in there and just talk to him. Tell him how much you love him and that you want him to speak to you. Jeremiah 29:13 says And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Above all, keep the faith. He won’t use all of us in the same way. We each are given different gifts (Romans 12:6) but each are equally important to him and in his kingdom.
Lord, I thank you for this anointed word of assurance of your power to deliver on the promises You have given us. Your love and power are the hope of your people. We confidently pray for the victorious solution over the enemies of Israel and the enemies of your righteosness in our nation. We turn to You, Lord, with confidence in your infinite wisdom to guide and direct us in our victory for your kingdom of righteousness to be established on earth as it us in heaven. Amen.
Application for God’s FEMA. God gave my wife a dream several times, several years ago that involved our family having a warehouse, a small office building, and a large home on the same property. I later had a dream where I was running a warehouse, packaging small or medium sized boxes. Our son who was about around 8 years old even had a dream of the warehouse and drew a picture showing it. We have not seen this vision materialized. We are in need of financial breakthrough. God please accept this application to your FEMA.
This word is right on! The judgments of God being righteousness on the earth. They ARE NOT His wrath and they are a form of discipline for His covenant peoples. May we have ears to hear!
