Whenever a leader dies, it is an important reminder to pray for those who are still with us. As believers, we know that our time on Earth is short, so we must pray that our leaders spent their time efficiently and effectively.
From Gateway Pundit. Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright has died at the age of 84.
Albright served in the Clinton Administration as the first female Secretary of State from 1997 to 2001.
“A statement from her family said the cause was cancer, and that she was surrounded by friends and family. The statement recounted Albright’s journey to public office, in which she “rose to the heights of American policy-making.” She was a “tireless champion of democracy and human rights,” her family said.” – Politico reported.
CNN reported:
Madeleine Albright, the first woman US secretary of state, who helped steer Western foreign policy in the aftermath of the Cold War, has died. She was 84 years old.
Her death was confirmed in an email to staff of the Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategy firm founded by Albright.

So sad even her family does not denote she went home to be with Christ. And the quote, She was a “tireless champion of democracy and human rights,” her family said.”indicates a great lack of education into our government which isn’t supposed to be mob rule (democracy) but a constitutional republic.
What a great failure for the church to have apparently lost another soul.
So as we show our respect for those who have dedicated their lives to serving us , let us not forget our current state of affairs and what I believe is our call to pray for righteous leaders to be lifted up..that acknowledge the original foundations of our governing bodies -and also the foundations of our country- especially those who are in governance over our land.
“Oh Lord, I thank You that the earth is Yours and everything in it. I pray that we will all turn from our wicked ways and return to the true and living God. We declare the coming of revival in our Land in Jesus Name. Lord may you awaken each of us that have fallen asleep that we may worship you in spirit and in truth.
I pray that our desires would be Godly desires and that we will seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness oh Lord, Amen”

Lord I also pray that our presence in prayer in the life of our country will be manifest- in that these governing bodies will be so affected by your holy spirit that this ungodly trend that has taken over our country- and worshipping idols,and evil, in tormenting children will be eradicated by the power of your Holy Spirit through our involvement.. and that new leaders would not dare to ignore you Lord,in any way.
