German police have arrested several people of “Arabic appearance” following attacks on synagogues in North Rhine-Westphalia, including incidents where suspects burned Israeli flags in front of temples.
Police responded to reports on Tuesday that people were burning Israeli flags outside of two synagogues in Münster and Bonn. Members of the public had reported seeing a “group of about 15 people with an Arabic appearance” at the Münster synagogue burning the flag and shouting slogans.
In Tempelstrasse, Bonn, too, responders found the remains of a burnt Israeli flag, and there was damage to the entrance of the synagogue where suspects had thrown stones at the building. . . .

Just the day before, a so-far unidentified suspect in Düsseldorf set fire to a memorial to the former Great Synagogue on Kasernenstrasse. The Great Synagogue had been destroyed after National Socialists set it on fire in 1938 during Kristallnacht. . . .
On Wednesday, police in Gelsenkirchen dispersed an anti-Israeli rally involving 180 people who marched towards a synagogue and chanted anti-Israeli slogans. Police stopped the demonstrators before they could reach the temple.
The protests and attacks on German synagogues come as the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas, which began on Monday, continues.
In Israel proper, Arab-Israelis have attacked and set on fire synagogues in the city of Lod this week. . . .

Almighty loving Heavenly Father, thank you for this opportunity to stretch our hearts out to Israel and pray your mercy. Please, of course, protect them and keep them tightly tethered to you in strong faith, committed trust and your obedient agape’ love for their enemies. Please also EXTERMINATE the evil spirit of fear permeating BOTH sides [especially among the Hamas youth terrorists (obviously camouflaged as invincible), which is blindly inciting them to pridefully attack their Jewish counterparts]. Please open all hearts to your almighty power of Holy Spirit, to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, to do your will, your way and glorify you in every way possible. Finally, please let the whole world know that YOU are in charge and that you will not be mocked or defied. I ask this in Jesus’ precious name, I accept it and I thank you for it. AMEN.

My heart is sad over the destruction and murder in Israel, Lord God we cry unto you for mercy, Father God; of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, all things work together for the good for those who love you, and are called according to your propose. No weapon formed against your people shall prosper, we call for peace which passes all understanding. Lord put it into our leaders of United States hearts, to stand for Israel and come against the enemy who boldly wants to destroy your chosen Nation. We agree together for a miracle in Israel, we pray in Jesus name amen.
