Florida law enforcement teamed up with ICE to arrest a known member of Tren de Aragua (TdA), making Franklin Jose Jimenez-Bracho the first TdA gang member arrested under the Alien Enemies Act.
From Breitbart. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced his state police teamed up with ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents to arrest a Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang member. HSI says this is the first in the nation arrest of a TdA gang member under the Alien Enemies Act, the governor said.

From Fox News. The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Friday announced the arrest of an alleged Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang member from Venezuela.
Franklin Jose Jimenez-Bracho is the first person detained under the Alien Enemies Act, which President Donald Trump invoked last week, officials said.
“Tren de Aragua is a dangerous foreign terrorist organization that has invaded our soil,” ICE Director Todd Lyons said while flanked by members of the FHP at the Friday afternoon news conference. …

I applaud this no nonsense approach to ridding our nation of the criminals who were welcomed to our shores by the previous administration! Lord, please protect and bless our law enforcement officers and ICE agents and HSI task force as they engage in this endeavor. This may not be a declared war, but it is a war none-the-less – may it be waged successfully! Enable them with excellent and heavenly intel.
