Biden’s unconstitutional student loan forgiveness program has been struck down. This is a huge answered prayer!
From CBN News. A federal judge in Texas has struck down the Biden administration’s student debt relief program Thursday, calling it “unlawful”.
Pray for your fellow intercessor.
U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman said the program undermined Congress’ power to make laws.
“In this country, we are not ruled by an all-powerful executive with a pen and a phone. Instead, we are ruled by a Constitution that provides for three distinct and independent branches of government,” Pittman wrote.
He added, “The Court is not blind to the current political division in our country. But it is fundamental to the survival of our Republic that the separation of powers as outlined in our Constitution be preserved.” …
In the court files, Judge Pittman declared the program to be unlawful because Biden did not allow a period of public comment before the policy’s announcement.
“We strongly disagree with the District Court’s ruling on our student debt relief program,” said White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre in a statement confirming the appeal. …
While the stay temporarily stopped the administration from clearing debt, the White House has encouraged borrowers to continue applying for relief, saying the court order did not prevent applications or the review of applications. …

Thank you FATHER for divine intervention..we are you for divine intervention in the education of our children in this country and other countries..we believe what Satan has tried. To stealhe will will have to give it back..
I am a retiree with student loan debt.This is due to wrong thinking on my part as I was close to 50 years old when I decided to get a loan to get my master’s degree. I did not finish the program. Can the government come up with sensible, constructive ways for seniors to pay off student debt? I don’t want a new job in the field I trained for, but am qualified to do many other things. So they should have a list of duties we could choose from. Maybe we could do the work of a government employee who needs time off. We could be temps or something.
Thank You judge for sanity amidst chaos.
But God never shut down His forgiveness program but then its founded on a solid rock not an old man in a suit.
Its secured by God Himself. We need to remind ourselves that Christ is ““the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Glory to God! May we in our nation continue to get back to our constitution in every state and to support and defend our republic with our godly biblical values in every branch of our government. We forbid the evil overreach of the wicked from within and from without, in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ our Lord and King! We are more than conquerors and have been made victorious through the blood of Jesus Christ!
Thank you God for giving crucial judgement on executive “orders/actually memos” from becoming “law” according to a “president” who uses it to enforce without Congress acting on it. The U.S. is not in position to dole out millions of dollars for college loans because they have issued trillions of dollars on other agendas causing inflation in our nation. So far our God has led and directed this nation as “One Nation Under God”! May it continue to be so. Give us judges across this nation who are not involved in politics or bought off. In zJesus name we ask. Amen
Thank you, Father! I know you hear our prayers and save each one. We are praying for the salvation for our country and those who live in it. We want to honor you and do what is right in your sight. In Jesus’s name, amen.
