A group of pro-life organizations have filed a brief asking the United States Supreme Court to stop the government from expanding the federal funding of abortions.
The American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians & Gynecologists, the Christian Medical and Dental Associations, and the Catholic Medical Association filed a supplemental brief in support of intervention on Monday in the consolidated cases of American Medical Association v. Cochran, Oregon v. Cochran, and Cochran v. Mayor and City Council of Baltimore.
At issue in the cases is a 2019 rule enacted during the Trump administration that prohibits federal Title X family planning funding to go to entities that provide or promote abortions.
In the supplemental brief, the pro-life groups expressed opposition to a proposed dismissal of the challenge by the Biden administration, which will likely reverse the 2019 rule.
The pro-life groups are being represented by the Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative law firm that specializes in religious liberty cases and has argued before the Supreme Court.
The brief also expressed support for a joint motion by 19 states to ask the Supreme Court to stop the Biden administration from scrapping the 2019 rule on Title X family planning funding. . . .

Father, our nation needs you. We are desperate and depraved. Please help those who walk in your ways be able to do so without fear of losing their jobs or jail. I realize that you have used those circumstances to expand your gospel. I read tonight about Paul and the amount of people that Paul preached to because he was in chains for you. But in this nation, this should not be the case. Make the secular bow before you and your Son. I know the Kingdom is coming, but until then, please give us strength and perseverance and victories while we await the ultimate victory. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen.

Father, As this is presented and argued before the Supreme Court, I pray the totality of this abomination would fall heavily upon each and every justice’s heart. I pray as well Father, You would fill the mouths of those speaking in defense of the unborn with such wisdom and truth, that it would be YOUR voice heard by everyone in attendance. May it be done in all states, to God be the Glory, in the Mighty Name of Jesus, and in the deep conviction of the Holy Spirit. Amen

Thank you Tom, children are such a burden on my heart. Too many are unloved and in this case, not even given a chance to live. I do know the voice of the Lord breaks through everything and pray (with every cell in my being) HE Speaks…in this cause and the countless other issues facing us.
