The FBI raided John Bolton’s home Friday morning, reportedly in search of classified documents. Bolton served as national security adviser during President Donald Trump’s first term in office.

Agents arrived at Bolton’s Maryland home around 7 a.m. Bolton is not currently under arrest or in custody.
About the same time the agents began searching Bolton’s home, FBI Director Kash Patel wrote on X, “NO ONE is above the law… FBI agents on mission.” And Dan Bongino, deputy FBI director, shared Patel’s post with the comment, “Public corruption will not be tolerated.”

“America’s safety isn’t negotiable,” U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi wrote on X Friday morning. “Justice will be pursued. Always.”
Later Friday morning, Fox News Digital reported agents were seen taking boxes from Bolton’s Washington, D.C., office while Bolton was in the lobby.
Speaking to the press during a visit to the White House Historical Association on Friday, Trump said he did not know anything about the raid on Bolton’s home.
Trump called Bolton “not a smart guy,” and added the he is “not a fan of John Bolton.”
“He’s a real, sort of, a lowlife,” Trump said.
During the first Trump administration, the Justice Department claimed that Bolton’s 2020 memoir, “The Room Where It Happened,” included classified national security information. The DOJ sought to prevent the book’s publication, but a federal judge allowed the memoir to be published.
A civil lawsuit and criminal inquiry into Bolton ensued, but in June 2021, the Biden administration dropped the probe into the former national security adviser.
Bolton and Trump’s relationship began breaking down during Trump’s first administration as the two men became increasingly misaligned on their approach to national security issues. Trump fired Bolton in 2019.
Around the time the raid on Bolton’s home was underway, Bolton took to X to criticize Trump’s negotiations for a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.
“Russia has not changed its goal: drag Ukraine into a new Russian Empire,” Bolton wrote. “Moscow has demanded that Ukraine cede territory it already holds and the remainder of Donetsk, which it has been unable to conquer. [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelenskyy will never do so. Meanwhile, meetings will continue because Trump wants a Nobel Peace Prize, but I don’t see these talks making any progress.”
The FBI declined The Daily Signal’s request for comment.

Of course, Bolton should be locked up. He has spoken truth which does not fit the warped, paranoid mindset of the ‘ great leader’ no more free speech please. There is only one acceptable view and that is MAGA.
This is clearly lawfare being used against someone who said something in his book that Trump didn’t like.
How can I know that? His book was published several years ago. A these many months, it has never been suggested that it had classified information in it.

IFA forgot to mention that Bolton’s book was reviewed for classified information by several agencies before it was published. And it seems a little strange that a FBI director on behave of a president who stored classified documents in his bathroom and flashed Iran attack plans around a country club should be using an excuse of searching for classified documents that were supposedly used in a book which when published had no classified information in it.
Bolton sounds like a person who is willing to sacrifice our young men and women and our economy. Ukraine has lost billions of dollars and equipment so they are just as corrupt as Putin and our democratic party that is to say demoncrats!!!

This is all very disturbing. Please Lord Jesus, restore righteousness to people’s hearts and minds–it is becoming almost unbearable to learn of more and more previously honored men and women being involved in dishonorable activities.

John Bolton is a RINO, plain and simple. At this point in time, he is primarily irrelevant in our government. I pray, Lord Jesus, that Your will prevails in this situation regarding the files that Bolton had in his office. Thank You Jesus.

YHVH, if Bolton is guilty of any punishable offense, then I ask that he be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If he is not, then I ask that he be exonerated. I do ask that You would clean up our “intelligence” community, because it seems the title could be a misnomer in many cases. The truly intelligent don’t just have a lot of knowledge, but they actually know what to do with it, by gaining Godly wisdom that is rooted in Godly fear. Righteously applied knowledge is wisdom.
