It’s not unusual for federal agencies to collect data. But it is unusual to use the data collection to reward schools for accepting the political bias of the presidential administration. You won’t read about this anywhere else.
On Aug. 13, 2021, The U.S. Department of Education (DOE) announced the release of a letter to public school superintendents. The letter informed superintendents that the DOE would continue its Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) initiative for the second year. The data collected would assist the DOE in assessing which schools are compliant with their current civil rights directives on the discipline of students of color, racial disparities, gender identity, gender expression, and nonconforming gender stereotypes. The DOE would then make decisions regarding how to distribute funds to compliant schools.
Data collected on students and schools are not new. The first Department of Education created in 1867 functioned under the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. The department’s primary duty was to collect information on schools and teaching to help states establish effective school systems. President Carter restructured the DOE in 1979, allowing the department to operate with its own Secretary of Education cabinet position. Data collection remained one of the department’s main duties.
What makes this latest data collection more insidious is that it has nothing to do with academics. Rather, it is about enforcement of what the current DOE perceives as social justice and rewards those schools with money that will be funneled through the department, primarily through grants. The more in step with the DOE’s liberal policies, the more money a school will receive.
The data collected by the DOE has long been a source of contention by parents aware of the extent of information the department has on each child. In 1988, the DOE implemented its first comprehensive plan, The Education Data System Implementation Project, to harvest data from students for federal purposes. B. K. Eakman, known as “Education’s Whistleblower,” considered the program the nail in the coffin of state autonomy in education. Since then, the DOE has harvested an alarming amount of data from students in our public schools to influence public opinion and mold and control students’ behavior.
The Trump administration’s DOE narrowed their civil rights data collection on gender identity, gender expression, and nonconforming gender stereotypes, a move that angered the NEA. When the NEA comprised their wish-list for the Biden administration, called the NEA Playbook, they promised to undo President Trump’s data collection guidelines. Their goal was to have civil rights data collection reinstated regarding gender, racial, and discipline disparities. In addition, they also wanted data collection to advance equity. The Biden DOE lost no time in partnering with the NEA to accomplish this goal.
This letter comes as parents are already upset with local schools subjecting their children to Critical Race Theory, sexual identity confusion, and sex education from K-12. The DOE is not concerned about parents’ wishes or what is best for the children. They continue to push their social agenda by rewarding schools that embrace their racial, social justice agenda while ignoring the widening academic gap that continues to grow because of COVID-19 disruptions. It appears the current department has lost touch, not only with reality but with the students for whom they are responsible for educating.

This is dispicable bribery. Lord, I ask tht You would remove ungodly people from the Education system because they are hurting our students, the most vulnerable. May the Holy Spirit come like a fury upon students and Education personnel. Open the eyes of the blind and help them see the deception going on all around them. In Jesus name.
Father in the name of Jesus we humbly ask and receive the help of the Holy Spirit to overcome in prayer on these issues! Father we pray for parents and their children who are together in the valley of decision who have not taken a stand for you or against you, We pray for like warm believers who have not taken their stand with you on these issues, and we pray for those of the kingdom of satan who Dare to defy you on these and all spiritual issues, May you woo all to your side with your perfect measures of Godly fear and perfect and unfailing love, perfect justice and judgment, reach and touch all regarding these issues to take a stand for righteousness in them, especially youth who are struggling with gender confusion and identity, silence every self righteous Pharisee who wants to only throw stones at those who are struggling and those who ignorantly support these agendas thinking they are doing good, silence and restrain every violent and intolerant gay hating vigilanti and instead surround those struggling with lifelong and new onset gender confusion issues with GENUINE Holy Spirit filled and led believers who genuinely and consistently carry your anointing in a spirit of true love humility and holiness, as Jesus did, who can and will demonstrate the True Jesus of the bible and pray the confused through to genuine salvation and revelation of their true GOD given gender and identity, and serve you with thankfulness and holiness, Father convict all selfrighteous pharsetical finger pointers, all stone throwers even as Jesus did and as Jesus ministered to the Adulteress caught in the act instead of siding with the religious who would have stoned her, and as He ministered to the woman at the well with the sordid lifestyle, so send your true apostles to minister to these needy spiritually poor and confused people who are captive to and support gender deception and show them every aspect of your righteousness holiness and justice perfectly mingled with your great mercy and unfailing love. Woo them so greatly to yourself that they will run to you crying out for your touch your love and cleansing valuing you above all the bribes the enemy could ever offer. In Jesus name we commit the giant of the gender identity crisis into your hands to overcome it and cut off it’s head, kill it at the roots once for all and set the captives free, first those who are related to God-fearing families who sincerely seek and honor you and have prayed for their loved ones to be freed from this crisis, and next for all others. Father continue to deliver and raise up more witnesses for you whom you have completely and permanently delivered from gender confusion, bring all who call upon you sincerely on this issue to complete and permanent holy gender identity freedom and deliverance in Jesus name we pray, and receive it amen. May this be the day you use us who are weak to overcome in prayer to defeat these giants, even as David defeated Goliath, we believe your word and receive it and thank you for it! Father.

Precious Heavenly Father, Please remove ungodly men and women from the Department of Education. They are hurting the most vulnerable of the population. I know You warned us that the love of the many would grow cold. I know You told us to keep watch. We have failed as a country, a people, and as Your church. We let the business of this world overwhelm us. Bring us to our knees! The lies that are being taught to the young are inexcusable. I know home schooling has doubled in the last year. But that isn’t nearly enough. So many are still caught up in their daily lives that they don’t have time to be aware of what is going on. Some because they have no other choice. My son had refused to marry the mother of his child because they would lose the government handouts! They can live together as if they are married and get extra money for not making it legal. But worse, in Your eyes!! Thank You Lord for using his father, my husband to show him the truth. He said he would be ashamed to take government help. He is a man and he takes pride in providing for his family. My son is now married. However, he is not bowing to You. Please Lord I beseech You to bring him and his wife to You. I pray for my 2 and 1 coming grandchildren to be raised in a Godly home. The world’s lies (straight from satan) are penetrating everywhere. Yet we know that we know You are still greater!! I know that one day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord! Come Lord Jesus!

Awaken the sleepy Christians, let us use our spiritual weapons to fight this fight! We are over-comers and this war is yours, but we need to move in prayer!
