I am from Michigan, and the thought of this constitutional amendment passing is horrifying! It is far worse than this article makes it sound.

I studied the proposal carefully for myself. It does far more than legalize abortion up to birth. It allows minors to get contraceptives, sterilization, and even “gender-affirming” surgery without a parent’s knowledge, and the parents cannot sue. If a doctor botches an abortion and harms or kills the woman, he can’t be prosecuted. If a doctor refuses to do an abortion for reasons of conscience, the state is legally obligated to take legal action against the doctor for denying the woman her “fundamental right”.

Please pray with us that this horrific proposal will be defeated.

O Father, have mercy on the babies of Michigan!

Open the eyes of the blind and remove the veil from their faces so they can see the truth. Soften their hearts to embrace these unborn children and cherish them.

Grant a sweeping repentance throughout Michigan, and help us to soundly defeat Proposal 3. The alternative is unthinkable. Amen.

I come from a large family and I am the youngest . When my Mother gave birth to me, she had medical issues as a result and was told that if she ever became pregnant again that she would have to have and abortion. My Mother didn’t have to take time to think about it. Her answer was and emphatic, NO! There were no contraceptives back then.
My Mother knew the honour of God blessing her with children and how precious life was. Those of us on here today posting opinions,stories and prayers are here by God’s beautiful grace , mercy and never ending love and because our Mother’s chose to bring us into this world.
The argument years ago was about how many women were butchered through back room botched abortions, and died.
I understand that years ago it was not acceptable to give birth outside of marriage and that a woman was looked down upon and even shunned.
There have been unwed Mother’s homes in the town where I grew up for
Over 60 years. Many a Mother sent her daughter away as and excuse of going to visit Aunt Suzy for several months so a woman could give birth, and leave the baby there to be adopted out as and option. Today women openly defy God in order to rid themselves of the foetus, not a baby.
I saw this coming over 40 years ago, that abortion would stop being used for just rape, or a child became pregnant too young etc… And, That abortion would become a means of birth control. It has became so.
Lazy, incompetent, and evil women would choose to have their pleasure without protection and when they became pregnant…… No big deal !
I will just get and abortion.
This is nothing more than sacrificing innocent babies to Baal. People who agree with and fight for the right to murder helpless babies in the womb or to commit infanticide, are lost. They are depraved and as one Pastor put it, a stinch in God’s nostrils. Their mother’s didn’t abort them. Did one of them ever, I wonder, give God thanks for their own lives.
They cry…. It’s my body, my choice ! I agree, (Except!! ) When they are pregnant.So many times those of us who are pro life, ask….. What about the baby’s right to be born ? The innocent ones can’t speak for themselves so we are left to do it for them.
This current administration aligns themselves with Baal, and are so hungry to make sure that they can through abortion and infanticide, offer up as many sacrifices to Satan as possible so that he will bless them with whatever they want. We see where this has brought our nation to and to a Government who is fighting for the right not to keep these babies alive as God would, but to honor their father, Satan by the millions of murders yearly called, abortion.
People, we are the righteousness of Christ Jesus, as His precious children we have a Godly and moral duty to speak out against all of those who would destroy those precious babies who God Himself knit together in their mommy’s womb’s.
They were given a gift so precious, yet they looked at it as a blob, a clump of cells. They have allowed themselves to receive from Satan, the father of all lies, to convince them that abortion is not wrong, that abortion is not murder, that abortion is a right, and alright because it isn’t really a baby yet. These women have taken on the Spirit of rebellion.
How do they define, justify the murdering of second trimester to live birth abortions ?
One day, these women if unrepentant, will stand before the living God and receive a sentence much worse than the ones they passed on these innocent lives. Who knows what each of these babies would have become had their Mommy’s had chosen to have them and give them up for adoption to parents with empty arms ? There is no earthly reason for abortion. Adoption is the answer if a woman finds that she does not want to take on the responsibility as a Mother or use contraceptives or better yet, have their tubes tied.

Father, You tell us that we are to pray for our enemies and You alone know how difficult it is to pray for these women, many who have had numerous abortions.
We, as Your children know that every one of these babies go directly to Your arms in heaven and they have no pain and no fear. We know that they are happy and loved by all there.
We pray for the women, who many of us have known, who have had abortions and regretted it. We pray that You will show them the tender mercy that only You can extend and that as they learn about You that they will repent and allow their experience to help other women.
We pray for those who have made a ritual of being irresponsible and thus murdering their baby’s, that You would bring them under a deep conviction and we pray that somehow they come to the realization of what they have done.
We pray against those who are supposed to lead this wonderful nation that is called by Your name and dedicated to You, but who are working furiously to destroy it and to make it a legal right through Government action, to continue to murder these innocent and beautiful baby’s. How long if this continues, will it be before this current administration would force women to have abortions as they do in China ?
Father God, we ask that You will remove all of the current administration who are working against You and Your children.
We believe by faith that this is not over, that the enemy is defeated and that very soon we will witness the removal of every one who has offended You and shook their fist in Your face as they have no place to run.
Father God we love and adore You for who You are. There is no one like You Father. How blessed are we to belong to You and in You….. We live, and move, and have our being in You .

This decision affects everyone, and the American people must continue to demand that Congress enshrine the protections of Roe v. Wade into federal law. I believe Congress should do so with a simple majority vote, but if Congress lacks the votes to do that now, you need to make your voices heard. Our daughters and granddaughters deserve the same rights as their mothers and grandmothers.

In your response to me you said, the Supreme Court is committed to moving America backwards. You said, Roe v Wade should be “enshrined.” Enshrine is to cherish as sacred. But God says, “you shall have no other gods before you.” You said, our daughters and granddaughters deserve the right to access reproductive healthcare. But God says, “Do not murder.” “Children are a gift from the Lord;  they are a reward from Him.” You say you are faithful to the church. But His Word says, “If we say we have fellowship with Him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.”
